I love Sonterra. I love the zen garden and the atmosphere the complex creates. The office staff is always professional and kind although they tend to be unaccommodating. It seems there is a corporate structure that restricts a lot of changes. Overall I do love my apartment home and my neighbors and feel very safe here.

Overall our experience here has been good. We chose to live here because it represented a good value at the time we moved in. Although the apartments are a little outdated, it still represents a good value.

Ive had very good experiences at Sonterra. The community is nice, staff is friendly and apartments in good shape. Ameneties are exceptional. Remodeled clubhouse looks fantastic. Its quiet and well built

This complex has no play ground for children. I have no children, however we have to deal with children playing in the driveway and around our cars. This is not right, not for ant of us. I have actually seen kids intentionally running their bikes into cars, not good.

At this specific apartment we have had to have the heat fixed 4-5 times and it still does not work. We have resorted to just not using it because whenever we ask for it to be fixed it never actually is.

When I first moved into phase 1 it was pretty good (back in 1999). Moved to phase 2 in 2013, not so good. As of late the staff / maintenance personal here are not very friendly. Charged 35$ a month for a trash service I will not use. All of the appliances in my apartment are close to 20 years old, the carpet is also original.

The staff has dealt with every request in a timely manner and very professional. The staff here is one of the main reasons I have stuck around even though the growth of the area has sometimes made getting from one place to another problematic.

Well its been cheap rent for 3 years, I'm about to sign the 4th lease and it has gone up ($20) this year for the 1st time. Management has made upgrades to gyms and club houses on property, so its expected. Recently management has changed twice, the first management when I first moved in, I don't think ever left her office. The second manager (earlier spring 2019) was on property a lot, which I though was good, the manager needs to spend time on property to know what is going on. Although she could never get a monthly news letter to let us know what was going on. Now we are on a third manager (Oct 2019), saw her on property (at least I think it was her) a couple of times looking things over. Maybe we'll see some good changes? What really pisses me off is management always ------- about lease violations (Valet trash rules, what can be on balconies, bikes under stairwells) but never does anything about it. I walk the property for exercise and there are several cars that have expired registration tags, one of them says Sep 2013 with a flat tire because its has sat in the same place for a year now. I believe someone in the office owns it and lives on property. I guess that's one of the perks for working here. What I've learned from management the past 3 years is that you don't have to listen to them, they won't do anything about unless they could get in trouble for it or fined.

80% positive 20% negative High points- 2 staff members have always been a big help. Going above their job descriptions Levi, Kevin Low points- maintenance staff. Not very friendly and seem to have a non professionalism about themselves.

I love this apartments because the location is perfect. Has great schools. Awesome office and maintenance staff. The environment here is beautiful and clean. Rents are reasonable. Done great job with club house renovation.

Amazing apartment complex. Beautiful scenery and quiet. Would recommend to any of my friends. Just wish we didn't have to pay for the trash service. Other than that it's a perfect place to live at! Thanks

Professional, maintenance always responds quickly. A great team! Robert, Martin & Grayson are " The Best". Office staff are always helpful especially Levi & Kevin, they are very welcoming. It's a wonderful place to call home,

My neighbors are nice and non-disruptive. The apartment itself is quite nice, but perhaps a little pricey ($1000 a month for one-bedroom). I also don't like being forced to pay $30 a month for valet trash pick up. To end on a good note, the staff office service and repair services are easy to get hold of and communicate with.

The trash service is not worth the money we have to pay. They come by and they choose not to if raining or if it is cold. The real issue is you can not stop the service and for the money they charge it is truly not worth it

These apartments are great. Most of the staff are every nice but some of the ladies in the office are quite snobby. Other than that the only other issue I have had is that they are not very fast at processing paperwork. Once you get past that process then everything is great. Community is nice and there is good parking. I know most other apartments around the area have limited parking.

Love the environment , The apartment is getting a bit dated though especially the appliances , so that needs a little bit of work, otherwise I really appreciate the effort being put by the Office team both at the Desk as well as the maintenance team, We have some real professionals at the Desk, Superb service Thanks to Levi and Kevin for being really patient with requests and always with a smile and cheerful attitude, Keep up the good work

it's been good mostly. my apt was part of a flood and no one really bothered to tell me what was going on or what to expect for repairs etc.. They still haven't repaired my light fixture or replaced the smelly carpet in my stairwell. They said they might be able to clean it but still, nothing! I'm really tired of having 2 remote controls too!!

I just don't understand that on top of the trash fees, we still have to pay for valet trash of $25. I am very capable of throwing my own trash. I wish that the valet trash is optional only for us tenants and not compulsory.

I like living here. The property is clean and maintained. I do feel that the Valet Trash is a waste of money. I am 5 feet from the dumpster and I can do it myself. There should be an opt out on it. The front gate and pedestrian gate seem to be broken once a month.

The community itself is great! One of the better complexes I have lived at. However, one issue that should be addressed is the move in process. I was given the run around during my application process, and was told my lease and keys would be ready on move in day even though my leasing agent would be off. I walked in and nobody knew I was signing that day, my keys were not ready, my garage door opener had to be programmed, and my washer and dryer were not installed. My hot water was not turned on properly. Maintenance told me the gas company would have to fix it, and of course it was a 3 day weekend, the gas company came out of Tuesday and just had to flip a switch on the water heater and said maintenance should have been able to do that.

Fantastic. We have enjoyed living here and getting to know new friends. Great location, near everything important. Great amenities. I cant think of more to say right now. Iam just trying to take up characters. Looks like I made it. Loved living here.

Not a whole lot happens. I do my thing and that is about it. I have friends that I hang out with but I did not meet then from the apartment complex. The living area is great and the surrounding area is amazing. School is right down the road and that makes things really simple.

The complex grounds are beautifully landscaped. The maintenance crew has been very helpful and are prompt when a work order is submitted. Most of the office staff are friendly and helpful when answering questions. All-in-all we've been very satisfied living here.

Good community. But I have a neighbor with a 60's era pickup truck. Each time he starts his truck, the floor vibrates. Apartments are nice. Clubhouse and gym is nice. And now i am just filling up space so thanks!
