So its been great experience. The staff members are pretty friendly and care about your well-being. I would recommend the Leonard apartments if your college student looking for off-campus housing. I have meet some really cool people here!

Maintenance has been helping in being prompt about responding to work orders and doing an effective job. Communication with the leasing office could be better with including all information needed in emails used in the portal.

always be sure to document anything wrong with the apartment when you first move in because they'll think you did it and charge you for it, overall the apartment is safe and comfortable the leasing office ppl and maintenance guy are all so nice and accommodating

The model looks great if they all looked like that I think it would be pretty great but other than that I think everything was good also I love the fact of the gym but the bathroom in the clubhouse could be bigger!

It's quite alright at the Leonard. Maintenance orders are quickly and effectively handled. The communal areas are clean and nice. The door locks are quite inconvenient in my opinion. The school bus stop is directly outside the complex allowing for immediate public transportation access.

Unit doesn't match up remotely with model unit shown. Would advise against living here. Places aren't cleaned or maintained properly and sound insulation is basically non-existent. Spend the extra $100 or so a month and pick an apartment community nearby that maintains their units and keep things clean

Valet trash and a community that cares about your well-being and hosts fun activities and food. This is a good community that takes care of my needs and has OK prices. Although there are a lot of fees, it is still a great place to live.

I have enjoyed living at the Leonard so far. There were some mishaps during initial move-in. Management seems to be somewhat decent, and maintenance is superb. I enjoy the amenities such as the gym although most machines don't work. For instance, out of the three treadmills, only one works, and this can be applied to the other cardio machines. Nonetheless, it's a good apartment that can be great for college kids.

Since I have moved in it has been rather peaceful I have no complaints. Everything has been good although the only thing I will say is that I put in a service request, and thought I would be notified when they are coming. Since neither I or my roommate were here when the worker came in, I just really would have liked to know prior.

My apartment wasn't clean when I moved in. There are so many things that need maintenance that aren't done in a timely fashion. My experience has been largely negative so far because there is no communication between tenants and office workers. Very unprofessional overall.

The tours of this apartment complex are a complete lie. They make it seem like it's nicer than it actually is. It is a downgrade from our last apartment complex. The only good things are the bus routes and amenities. Very overpriced for the amount of space they provide. They are taking advantage of students.

So far it's been a good experience. I've only been here for a little over 2 weeks and I haven't had any issues yet. I also haven't used very many of the amenities, only the gym. I'm looking forward to my stay here.

Convenient place and nice people around at first then when we moved in all problems were not addressed . Told to move apartments due to construction and the place was filthy no carpets cleaned , bugs and repairs needed .

So far it's been fine. There's like one or two problems that need to be fixed and they haven't responded to the work order yet. But I understand that it's still the beginning of the year. But apart from that, it's been fine with moving in and with everything else.

Living here hasn't been very good since we can hear our upstairs neighbors all the time walking. The rooms weren't cleaned when we came. The walls are chipped and my paint is peeling. The couch is chipped

I love it so far. Everyone was welcoming when i first moved in. I got a cute tote bag which i love. My room is spacious enough for me. The place looks nice and my roommates were nice as well. They fix my work orders quickly and it was incredible.

Area seems safe. Unit unclean, and damaged to many things upon move in. Staff has not been accommodating so far. I would probably have found another apartment if I would have known the condition of the one they assigned me to.

So far the experience has been okay. The transportation to UNT is good. The appliances work and my roommates are cool. I will say that upon moving in it was not cleaned and the previous tenants things were still in here.

Living at The Leonard is a great deal for college students looking to save money. The rent is much cheaper than average, and the amenities included with residency are a great plus. The only downside is the constantly active freight railway right across the street from the property.

I enjoy living here. The maintenance requests are always filled within 24 hours unless you submit one on the weekend, then it'll be completed early Monday morning. The only issue I've ever run into is the phone numbers on their website not picking up when I call about an issue.

Living here has been amazing so far, so great I even decided to renew for another the year! The staff is amazing and very helpful at every corner. The apartment offers amazing amenities, including my favorite, the pool. Overall, a great place to live and will continue to live here for the foreseeable future!
