What about the f´ing train?
When we moved it we were told our building would be the quiet one. It was somewhat separated from the rest. (Building 11) I guess it´s our fault we never noticed the train tracks about 15 feet away. A train every hour on the hour.

I´m just now getting my hearing back.

Do NOT Live Here!!!
Everyday was a nightmare!! Management is incredibly hard to deal with and they do not care about their residents or what happens to them. Even if management has changed, it would not make a difference because I lived there through 2 managers and it progressively got worse. I would come out of my apartment and find trash, broken beer bottles, urine and the like on my doorstep and on the stairs. I had to file several police reports including domestic disturbances, noise violations, drug deals happening in front of my window, fighting, theft of services, and a woman getting abused. I would NOT recommend this apartment community to a homeless person with free rent!! Look elsewhere and enjoy your new home.

Four letters -> DUMP !!!!!!!!!!!
This place is cheap to live at but MAN it´s a big dump. Drunks, druggies, pimps and homeless people infest the area. Crime is also a big problem too. Avoid it like the plague if you can.

Get EVERYTHING IN WRITING
The management here doesn´t have their act together. We also have a problem with ants that will not go away. We have contacted them several times without any answers. When we moved in we were promised a lot of good deals to get us to move in, but when it came time to sign the lease these deals were nowhere to be found and they denied they had promised them. Get anything they promise you in writing. Not a bad place to live (looks nice), but the management doesn´t have their act together.

LAW SUIT PENDING
This was the worst place I have ever lived. We had been fighting the apartments for 4 months due to a horrible bug infestation. The excessive ants became so bad that they dismantled our fire alarm and gave it a short. When we went to open the alrm to fix it 300 or so ants fell from out of the ceiling. We had ants all in our food. My first complaint was the first night after I moved in when they were in my bed...about 30 of them....after 1 night. We consistently complained over four months and then broke our lease and have a pending lawsuit. They have a serious problem. The staff is awful. They are shiesty people. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

beware upon move out
Be prepared to recieve a bill for cleaning, painting, lost/damaged keys and possible past due rent (if moving in mid month-prorated). Management will not return calls and will refer you to collection if such charges are not paid in less than 30 days after move out. they expect you to repaint the apt after you move out. will walk the unit weeks prior to move out and will not walk it again until after you have left. demand a walk through upon move out and make note of any possible charges with MANAGEMENT at that time. Get a reciept for returned keys or that will cost you $65.00. They say they don´t get the keys back and want to charge you for them. BEWARE AND HEED THIS NOTICE!!!!

Choose life, choose a job, choose a career, chose a better place.
Not a bad place, but maintenence and the office are a pain to deal with. Neighbors tend to be up till early in the morning drunk and being loud. Typical college place. Some problems with drugs. And management is a pain!!!!
