The service is nice here and I really love the gym I think it's a very nice a big gym and the pool is very nice. The apartments are pretty average but they do have a more updated look. I think they are too expensive for me personally but it's a good place.

Since u moved into this apartment I have had to have the hot water heater fixed.. it needed replacing and I had to go without hot water the entire weekend. Other than that I have had the lint hose repaired I also have had maintenance to replace light bulbs and they came and made sure the lighting in my apartment were bright enough so I could see clearly

My problem was the ceiling fan in my bedroom wouldn't work properly, but the maintenance people came the next day and fixed it within 30 minutes. Very happy with the results that I have now, and I know I can trust them to fix it

I have had a consistently positive experience with the apartment maintenance team, and I'm very satisfied with the level of service provided. Every time I've submitted a maintenance request, the response time has been prompt?usually within 24 hours or less. The team is always courteous, professional, and respectful of my living space. They communicate clearly about when they will arrive and what steps they'll take to fix the issue, which I really appreciate. Recently, I had a plumbing issue in the bathroom, and not only did they fix it quickly, but they also checked to make sure everything else was functioning properly. They even followed up a day later to ensure there were no recurring problems. That kind of attention to detail and follow-through really stands out. The maintenance staff also do a great job keeping the common areas clean and in working order. The hallways, laundry rooms, and outdoor areas are well-maintained, which contributes to a better living environment overall. It's clear that the management and maintenance teams care about the residents and take pride in their work. I feel comfortable knowing that if something goes wrong, it will be handled quickly and professionally. Thank you for the great service!

I like it, however the amenities gym has had two treadmills broken for quite some time and the issue has not been fixed. Other than that, the complex feels safe and other maintenance issues have been quickly resolved.

This is my second year living at this apartment, going into my third this August. The staff is super friendly. They handle every situation so well. Whenever I put a maintenance request, they come in and fix it immediately. Everyone here is amazing!

The Leonar is a great place for anyone looking to have an unproblematic living experience. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, as well as supportive. The amenities are amazing and truly great quality. I also really enjoy the little event nights held at the clubhouse/pool area. The community in general is so friendly and has been for the past 1.5 years that I've been at the Leonard!

With the exception of my sister's car window being broken and car vandalised, and my tires being slashed at the property. It's been a pleasant experience. Maintenance staff is always helpful, neighbors are friendly.

Well it's been great so far. I have currently been a tenant for about three days so far and there are no complaints coming from me. The front office is very respectful and prompt, not to mention the maintenance team which took care of all my issues the day I submitted them.

My son signed a year lease for 2012-2013 and it was a nightmare experience. They got new management, so we thought things might improve so he renewed for the 2013-2014 school year when they offered him a "special". The nightmare got even worse!! Save every single receipt for every single transaction if you choose to lease at Campus Park. It was very hard to believe they could screw things up so badly....EVERY SINGLE MONTH!! My son also signed an "all bills paid" lease yet we received utility bills each month. I'd have to prove his lease said all bills paid then they'd say it only covered certain amounts and certain things. It was not worded that way in the lease though...and we were never told that there was a limit on the bills. He's been out of the apt. for 7 months now and we just received another bill from them today!! Unbelievable!! I appeared personally in their office twice last summer to make sure there was no remaining balance and was told all was paid and the apt. was left in perfect condition, yet bills are still appearing in my mailbox. The bills also do not state what the charges are even for! The apts. do supposedly have security, but don't count on that helping curb crime. My son was robbed and he was aware of LOTS of drug deals and cars being broken into. There were murders there last week and sadly, this didn't surprise me. My son now lives in a smaller apt. and pays more but it is worth the extra money. I WOULD NEVER let my daughter live there and I'm sorry I allowed my son to ever live there. It may appear nice...but it's not.

Be very leery of special deals that they offer around lease signing season. They will say, if you sign the lease before x day you get _________ (a new tv, a $250 giftcard, your rent lowered, etc.) They have no intent of actually giving these things to you. If they offer you something like this, GET IT IN WRITING. Even if you do what they tell you and sign the lease, they will say "Oh sorry, there's nothing in your file that says you get a giftcard." It's ridiculous. It might be their disorganization, poor business marketing, or just being ------ people but regardless, they don't care at all what they said to you trying to get you to sign up. Try to sign the lease in person if you can. They offer it online, but they can't cut as many corners if you do it in person. That way you can make sure your file says what it needs to.

Very disappointing experience. Noisy, and never felt safe. Management is awful. When I received my final statement of charges, I was charged excessive cleaning and painting fee. Apartment was cleaner when we checked out than when we checked in! When we had to address management about issues, we were met with a condescending tone and bad attitude.

Campus Park is a terrible place to live! The tour and everything was great, but from day one, I knew that it wasn't going to work out. First of all, the rates WILL go up. They charge you like crazy for electricity and water! I live in a 3x3 with one other girl, and last month, our rent was +$60 for overages! The crazy thing is, she was only there one week, and I went home for a week or so out of the month, as well. When you confront the managers, they can never offer explanations for ANYTHING. One thing I DID like about CP is the maintenance. They used to show up quickly, and fix whatever problem you had. However, they even failed us plenty of times. I've been waiting a month on this one problem to be fixed, and we went three weeks without a washer after putting in countless requests! The noise level at campus park, is surprisingly, not as high during the summer as it is during the regular semesters; I guess people are just backwards! All in all, don't fall for CP because of the "cheap" rent. If you can afford better, definitely look into it before signing your lease. PS: The best thing about CP is that it's on UNT's shuttle route :)

This apartment complex is a horrible place to live. They have a bed bug problem and roaches. It s like the projects or something. The apartment was falling apart when I moved in. Then I when I moved out they want to charge me for damages that were already there and then I tell them I put it on the inventory sheet, they tell me it was lost when management of the property was switched. I would not recommend anyone to live here. They jack up the prices and when it comes to moving out they make up charges to get more money out of you. The staff is horrible the property manager is never there, when you leave messages or ask to speak to her you will get the run around. My best advice is to move somewhere else if you can afford it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not worth the prices of their cheaply made apartments, but definitely not the worst place to live. RIGHT NEXT TO TRAIN TRACKS THAT YOU WILL HEAR VERY OFTEN!!! Also get ready to be put randomly with some pretty ------ people. Me and my friend got randomly placed with a HORRIBLE girl after we even filled out a roommate profiler. They obviously didn't pay any attention to our opinions. AND THERES PRETTY MUCH NO GUEST PARKING!!!

Horrible place to live. The apartments are horrible. The staff is the only good thing about this place and even then they aren't that great. For some reason the manager is never available ever. Parking is a nightmare, good luck trying to find a spot close to your apartment. The clubhouse is a joke and so is the pool. Here's an idea, quit leasing to thugs who sit around and smoke weed all day.

Tips for CP ◾Fill out a move-in inventory (if you aren't given one, ask) and be very specific. Turn it in by the deadline (usually within 48 hrs. of move-in), and keep a copy. ◾Take pictures of the condition of the apartment before you move in, paying particular attention to any cracks or dents in the walls, the inside of the refrigerator and stove, the bathroom floors, and the flooring. If you see damage, be sure to print out the picture and note on the back the exact location and date. ◾A couple of months before moving out, check your lease to see how much notice you're required to give (sometimes it's 30 days; sometimes 45 or 60). Do it in writing and keep a copy, noting how and when you delivered it. ◾A few days before moving out, write a note to the property manager, asking to set up a "walk-through" time and date. Keep a copy, noting how and when it was delivered. Don't be surprised if you don't get a response. ◾Before turning in your keys, take pictures of the condition of the apartment, focusing on the empty refrigerator, stove, oven, and bathroom fixtures. ◾When you turn in your keys, give the manager written notice of your forwarding address. Keep a copy, noting when and how you delivered it.

The management sucks, its very loud and going to the campus office doesn't help one bit because they don't do anything. Its not even cheap anymore so match poor quality with worse pricing. Also when you move out, they try to steal as much of your deposit as possible, even if you haven't done anything. They're constantly raising prices and you have to pay utilities and they also try to get you to pay for anything and everything if they can. Overall just a cesspool of shoddy carpeting, horrible furniture, and the worst management and staff you can imagine.

Very unprofessional. I was told that I would receive a $400 gift card if I signed a new lease and did not receive anything. Community manager was very unprofessional, didn't contact me like she said she would, ignored my phone calls, and constantly put my concerns off. It seems as though the staff told me anything just to get my signature and money because by that time there's nothing you can do. I've noticed this with most student apartments; they're in the business of taking students money and not being held responsible for their end of the bargain. They make students sign lots of documents to protect their company from not being liable for anything. Move-in day was a major disaster, apartment not what I expected at all. I was definitely walking into this lease blinded by the photos and office staff. Campus Park is definitely not the place for new-incoming students, do your research and get documentation of everything that was told to you and anything you sign.

The last year living at Campus Park has been one of the worst experiences of my life. To start, I was shown a model apartment that was great. It looked so nice. I was told my apartment would look just like the model but it would be a one bedroom. Then move in day comes around. I was so excited until I opened my apartment door. It was so small and the furniture was hideous. It was nothing like the model. My couch had a stain on it and it was barely big enough for 2 people to sit on. The coffee table was a terrible light wood color and the leg of it was not even attached the table was just balancing on it. I was furious and went to the office. They did order me a new couch and new coffee table. They had told me they would get me a new kitchen table, but never did. Then I received my first rent bill. My rent was suppose to be $899 "all bills included." My monthly rent ranged between $950-$980 a month. I asked them if they could give me some sort of breakdown of where the extra charges were coming from and they said they did not have that information. I never had a problem with maintenance they only had to come two or three times. I actually moved to a different apartment in May but I continued to pay my rent at Campus Park so I didn't have to break my lease. I went to clean up the weekend before my lease was up and my apartment was full of giant paint tubs. They were using my apartment as a storage unit and my lease was not even up yet. Supposedly the maintenance man had come in because the air was out and noticed that everything was moved out and said that my unit was vacant. They should have known better by the fact that I paid rent for the month. The windows and walls were terrible and you could always hear everything going on outside. There were parties all the time and people yelling, laughing, partying outside in the parking lot. Several times I was sitting in the living room and was gearing a loud noise hit my window. There were people outside shooting BB guns in the parking lot, straight at my windows. This place was just overall bad. Do not let the model apartment or the low monthly rent fool you.

I have lived at Campus Park for 2 years. I will be moving out soon because I have graduated from UNT and am getting married soon. I have had an overall good experience at Campus Park. My main problems were not largely inconvenient. I've had a consistent problems with my toilet bobber getting stuck, so that water flows into the tank a few minutes longer than it should. I've turned in two maintenance requests for it. Both times, the fix temporarily worked, and then stopped after a few weeks. It hasn't been a big enough problem for me to really get upset about. I've had a few other minor maintenance issues that were all taken care of within a reasonable time. I have interacted with the management staff a number of times. I think the people who say 'the staff are rude' may either have been dealing with different people than I did, or their perception of rude/polite may be skewed a bit (maybe they think a LOT of people are rude who most people would find pleasant). The former manager, Courtney, I'll admit was not the personification of joy and politeness. But I think a lot of people in the business world are like that, and I find that if you interact with them in a polite manner, you receive polite treatment. But in any case, their entitled to their opinions and so am I. I was never disrespected my the staff and I always left with the answers to my questions. My largest complaint of Campus Park has almost nothing to do with the apartments themselves, and that would be my neighbors. I had several neighbors who played their music WAY too loud. I blame this on the neighbors, not the 'thin walls'. A few of them I politely asked to turn their music down. They would politely oblige for that night, but the next time, it was the same story. Eventually, I gave up and bought some good earplugs. I'd rather have a decent relationship with my neighbors than complain on the few nights when they deprive me of sleep. I had this problem a few times per month, so I learned to deal with it. I suppose if I made a big enough deal about it to the management, I could've had them evicted or something. Frankly, I've found that many college students (between the ages of 18-25) are loud, obnoxious, inconsiderate individuals; this is just a phase in my life that I will have to deal with those kinds of people more than usual. If I had them evicted, I may have ended up with even WORSE neighbors! If you're a college student reading this, please recognize your neighbors' right to peace and quiet in their own home; please don't blast your music. The root of the problem is not thin walls, it's loud people. Also, one time, my roommate left his laptop bag in his car overnight and apparently that was enough incentive for a thief to break the windows to get it. Luckily, there were actually no valuables in the car to take. I admit that the gates at Campus Park rarely work. I don't know the reason for this, but other apartment complexes I've been to don't have that problem. So either the gate is just poorly designed or impatient people purposely break the gate so they don't have to wait for it next time. I have personally never had any safety concerns during my time here. If you read apartment reviews, keep in mind that people are more likely to leave a review if their either REALLY mad or REALLY happy about their experience. Emotions are powerful motivators. There are most likely a ton of people more like me who have had fine experiences but simply lack the motivation to write reviews. In conclusion, if you want an apartment with good amenities, a good amount of space, and reasonable service, I recommend Campus Park.

At first this place seemed like it would be a decent place to live, i was showed a 3 bedroom apartment when i was looking to rent a 1 bedroom and it ended up being entirely different. the one bedrooms are TINY!!!! there is no dining area even though the floor plans show one. there is barely enough room in the living room for a couch and one chair. The furniture was garbage when we moved in, although they did replace the couch in about a week. It gets VERY loud from thursday to sunday due to the neighbor apartments. The walls and windows are paper thin you can hear peoples conversations outside even if they are whispering(not an exaggeration.) The rent is not all inclusive even though they say it is, i ended up paying about 60 bucks more a month for electricity and water and thats just for a tiny one bedroom. all of the staff members are arrogant and very unhelpful, they do not care at all. The maintenance i have needed has been taken care of on a timely manor but usually only rigged to work. This place is very trashy and i would not recommend it to anyone.

So I had my lease signed 7 months before I moved in and the model apartment looked great. nice black kitchen appliances and such, leather furniture in the kitchen, nice side tables and coffee table, and hardwood floors in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Move in day comes and I go to get my keys and they say before we can get our keys we have to sign up for renters insurance, and this is the first I heard of it. I ended up never doing renters insurance and it never came up as an issue with me. Then I am informed that our room had been moved from the first floor to the third, again first I had heard of this move. In this apartment complex uses seperate leases and we only had three for our four bedroom so we had to move in with a former resident who did not move out the previous semester. In our apartment we had crappy furiture that is a gray fabric that looks like a burlap sack with stains and a huge hole burnt into the underside of a couch cushion. The carpet was stained in multiple places the kitchen was disgusting the floor was an ugle linolium tile type stuff that is now falling apart and coming unglued and tiles are coming off the floor. Our bathroom was NOT cleaned as well before moving in. Our pet policy was NO WHERE NEAR explained to us and we had many issues with it mulitple times for things that should have been explained to me BEFORE we moved in when I had asked about it. We were promied our leather furniture and hardwood floors first in November, never happened... then again promised it in the spring. Still waiting for it. They have switched managment over to a new lady and I can tell she is trying to make it a better place to live and take care of the problems but from my experiance I CANNOT wait for my lease to be up and to get out of that place.
