I have lived here since 2019 and the experience has been very good. The staff seems to be very dedicated to ensuring that the living experience here is always good, and continues to improve. The only issue I have is the need for additional lockers for package deliveries.

So far so good. We moved in 2-weeks ago. The management staff ensured that our move in was smooth. Also maintenance staff have been very responsive and have provided skilled service when needed. We love the daily trash pickup and the easy entry security.

I think the best decision I made when I moved to Fort Worth to live is to have rented an apartment at what is now Broadstone On Trinity. The location, for my purposes, could not be better. I think the cost is reasonable and the staff is responsive and having a garage is very rare and is very important to me.

Too much crime, homeless in the area. Location maintenance and management are great here, I have seen the right improvements to the property, I would like to see the cameras monitored more often than not with solutions to the problems

Broadstone on Trinity is an awesome community. The staff takes pride in making sure that the community is kept, and their tenants needs are met. This has been a wonderful community to live in. I would recommend this property to anyone. since I have moved in the staff has been nothing short of exceptional with service and providing opportunities for community social activities.

Filthiest place I have ever seen. Hallways filled with dirt and dog feces. Staircases smell like urine. Maintenance department completely worthless. They will not fix anything unless you report them to the office manager. Even though requested several times, they never repaired my leaking window during the 4 years I lived there.

Broadstone on Trinity is definitely a hidden gem when it comes to apartments finds. It's location is very close to TCU, major highways and local shopping needs within a 2-3 mile radius. The amenities offered here are second to none.

Worst building ever

This is the worst place to live unless you enjoy your safety being at risk dirty facilities in the constant smell of marijuana. The management in this building is the rudest staff I have ever met. They do not care about you or anything in your unit. I have made many noise complain complaints as well as requested maintenance in all I get is either no response or a rude response and no answer to my issue. Maintenance doesn’t even have the knowledge to wire a thermostat and they took four days to fix my heater in the middle of February in 24 hours to fix the only toilet in my unit. This place is dirty and it constantly smells like marijuana not to mention every single exterior lock is broken, giving access to the entire community which led to my car being broken into and them telling me to keep it locked, which it was. I highly recommend living anywhere else. I pay way too much money in there are far better buildings. The fire alarms also go off for hours on end in the middle of the night and nobody knows how to turn them off. This has happened 10-15 times in two years since I’ve lived here.

The outdoor amenities are broken and ragged, the breezeways are filthy, and the drunken and marijiuana smoke is not good. We have met some good people here and love the location. But the property is not taken care of. We would love to use the fire pits and grills but they are broken as well as most of the outdoor furniture. Our bath tubes are coming apart and we have moister that stays I. The ceiling when it rains.

Staff is helpful when assistance is needed. The app is great, but can be slow sometimes. I wouldn't recommend anyone living on the corner of the building closest to the train. There are construction dumpsters lined up outside our window and we can hear them dumping large scraps of wood and metal into these bins late in the evening and at times 3am.

I like this apartment. location is good. a lot of good places near here. expecially the trinity river in front of here is perfect for running and walking. since it is in downtown, there is some construction and crazy people but if you are not sensitive, good things will cover all.

Most of the time I love living at this apartment! We just moved from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom because we love the location so much! Unfortunately, there have been some safety issues and very concerning issues recently. We have also noticed in a decline in the maintenance issues being resolved since our move. Overall, the staff here are wonderful and I am so thankful for them!

It's been good with the exception of crime in the area. Community is nice, two pools always in working order, gym is updated, meeting room is nice, some tenants do not pick up after their pets, traffic from other neighborhoods have zero respect for the speed limit, despite having speed bumps. Some tenants that move out, have no respect for others and leave their trash at the chute for maintenance to throw out. So....minus other "crappy humans" , it's a great place to live!

The grounds are kept but not maintained to any standard. We have had an issue with broken sprinkler heads in the common areas for over eight months that have just recently (in the last month) been addressed. The area is ideal for access to the Trinity River and its paths. Maintenance does the bare minimum and when asked to look at an AC unit or something of the sort they say they don’t have the access to the roof.

So far my experience at Broadstone has been excellent. The staff is so welcoming and truly made my decision of signing with them that much easier. The amenities are awesome but being right on the Trinity Trails is truly unmatched.

This apartment is roomy (great square footage) and was sparkling clean when I moved in. My leasing agent, Ashlei, did an amazing job marketing the place and helping me move. I even walked through 2 additional times after I leased it. Maintenance has been top notch too.
