Broadstone on Trinity is an up and coming Luxury apartment community located in a wonderful location of the Fort Worth area. I love living in a community where I have access to pretty much everything I need. Broadstone is like it's own little city nestled near the end of Rogers road. The staff is approachable and knowledgeable. I admire how they constantly strive for growth and success as a whole and build rapport with their residents. A major win in the leasing industry right now.

I would highly recommend this community. It is peaceful around beautiful scenery! Everyone is very friendly and helpful I love it! Angela was very helpful throughout my leasing process. I moved from Chicago and was a bit scared to move to Texas but they made the leasing process very comfortable and easy!

I love the trinity, however there are some things that need to be fixed. There needs to be trashcans in the parking garage. People have no where to throw away their trash. The doors down stairs are often propped open and the elevators rarely work. I love the inside of my apartment but around my apartment is just a mess. The hallways also smell bad and have a lack of airflow

Noise level is a concern when false fire alarm sounds at all hours. The fire alarm has been a concern for time day I moved in and we are still experiencing the same problems with false fire alarms. This can be disturbing.

From touring the community to signing a lease to moving in, the staff at Trinity Residences has been friendly and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns that we have had. Our apartment and the amenities offered by the community have exceeded our expectations. Not to mention the location right along the river is beautiful!

This is a nice place overall when it is kept up. During covid things got kinda gross. The open air apartments in the 1800 building had bird nests and bird poop all throughout the hallways that wasn’t cleaned for months. Wasp next just accumulated throughout the building and garage and would harass tenants as they walked. The common spaces are pretty but often something is broken. For example, the pool has a grill that is fully rusted over and has been since I moved in. The gym has equipment that is often not working or broken. The common “living room” style area has THE BIGGEST roaches I’ve ever seen living in it. The other outdoor space has hammocks but is also patrolled by aggressive wasps. If you can get a 1 bedroom for around $1100 the issues with the amenities can be overlooked but I highly suggest living in the 1701 building if you want some peace and quiet from the trains. If they’re charging over $1150 don’t bother renting here that’s overpriced.

Might I add, they are very responsive with any concerns are questions. My apartment was extremely clean at move in. Iv only been her a month and Im in love with my place and the surrounding community.

My experience has been very positive with the transitioning process to moving in. My only complaint was a maintenance issue with a broken window blinds. But the team got on top of it very quickly. I put in a maintenance request on Monday and it was resolved by Wednesday morning! I had just wished it was fixed prior to moving in but they were good at making changes.

Pros: Excellent location in terms of access to both amenities (shopping, hospitals, banking,etc.) and nature (the Trinity Trails are literally outside your door). Extremely professional, courteous and helpful staff, and have had no issues generally with my fellow residents. Cons: Noise can be an issue-the complex is behind the Union Pacific train yard, and occasionally horns will blow early in the morning. Also, on occasion a visitor to either Rogers Roundhouse or the Woodshed will have had too much to drink, and will make their condition (loudly) known....

There have been considerable issues with low-quality contractors making this an undesirable place to live. It may be the layout/style of the community, but litter, urine/feces on hallway carpets, and large amounts of trash in community areas has been a near-constant issue in my 10 months here. The exterior security doors are often not in working order, and homeless people coming into the building has been a rising concern. The location itself is good, and access to The Trails is fantastic. Currently, I could not recommend, but if management steps it up, Trinity has great potential .

Good day! I recently moved from Florida to this amazing community in Texas. I honestly have to say that I'm extremely happy with my decision to choose Trinity residences as my new home, it truly feels like home.....Not only the apartments are BEAUTIFUL! the entire surroundings are heaven's design....Big thanks to the management staff, Angela, Amber, Melissa: Ladies you are a blessing to this community. Awesome leasing staff and maintenance team. Beautiful location and ease of access to everything in Fort Worth. Living right on the Trinity Trails is beautiful and handy. Colonial golf course is right across the river, with a nice public park to walk a dog around. The location is really convenient. I like the layout of my apartment a lot. Having a large deck was a very nice perk.

Just moved in at the beginning of Sept. Angela Thomas is great and has been nothing but helpful with anything I need. I love my newly renovated apartment, great kitchen space and hardwood floors. Also, the bathrooms are very nice with the soaking tub and excellent water pressure. This apartment is convenient to the Trinity River Trails and several restaurants within walking distance.

Great rooms and location- but WHAT is the loud noise that's been going on for hours starting at 7am? It sounds like giant machines crashing into the building and it needs to end. I'm not renewing if this noise continues. And also, pick up the dog poop from all over the place and fix the entry doors to actually lock and provide security

I am going to have an honest review for this place since I've lived here. First off. The apartment rooms themself are beautiful. I really liked my layout here and the bathroom / walk in closet are great. The bad. Every night you can hear the train station. It gets LOUD with the trains next door. Also, make sure you don't have any valuables outside of your apartment. I've had stuff stolen from my car in the garage and I've had friends get their bikes stolen on the property. Half of the doors that give access to the property don't seem to work. Unfortunately the property doesn't have any cameras or security that will help you when you inevitably get something stolen. Another bad thing was that for a couple months the fire alarms for all apartments would go off randomly. So on top of the train station being near by and the fire alarms going off all the time, expect some rough nights. Make sure you track your rent every month. Even if you have automatic payments, this property seems to changehow they charge customers a lot. They will not hesitate to fine you on the smallest thing. I'm actually surprised to see the other reviews on this website about this apartment complex. It almost looks like its all fake reviews. Either way the apartment is beautiful and there is a lot of potential. It is just dangerous when you don't even feel comfortable having anything in your car, or even having your apartment unlocked for a moment because you will get robbed here.

Honestly, everyone on the staff here has been amazing and I love these apartments! All maintenance request have been quickly resolved. My only concern is the workout room. It has no squat rack or bench and the treadmills were not working.

While the location is essentially unbeatable, I must say that what keeps me wanting to stay here is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. My experience with the previous management had me very close to moving out however in the last year with the change in management I have seen such great changes in the community and honestly hope to see more.

I would like to state that I have been living in these apartments for 6 months and have been treated horribly. The management is quick to fine the residence for everything they do while they refuse to take responsibility or fix broken things in the complex (our garage gate has been broken for months). Dog feces are covering the apartment halls a vast majority of the time. I've never seen the pool not green. My roommates' tires where punctured due to glass in the garage. Their maintenance team also has a master key to every apartment and they enter our apartment with no notice while we were not clothed. The team in the office is hostile and uncooperative ( Derrick Giles, Assistant Leasing manager). It's sad because your home should be a safe haven and this has been the complete opposite. I hope they fix these things for future residence. In hindsight, I wish I listened to the other reviews before deciding on moving here.

Trinity Residences features great spaces with functional, great appliances. I just moved in to my girlfriend's place where half of the appliances don't work and / or the appliances are too close together. The refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher are too close, so one appliance cannot be used without opening another. At trinity residences, you don't have to deal with that nonsense. It's located next to the trinity river, I-30, and downtown; awesome spot for great walks, being active, socializing, and great for quick transport. Every day I would leave I would be on I-30 in less than 3 minutes; a very nice benefit. More importantly, though, the staff couldn't be better. Friendly, available, helpful, knowledgeable, professional begin to cover how great the management staff is. There's a website for maintenance which works very well. Items which needed maintenance were handled quickly and effectively while going above and beyond - every time. Too Long; Don't Read: Trinity Residences have great rooms, features an awesome location, fantastic staff, and happy days. I can't recommend it enough.
