I've been living in the community for 3 months and it has been good. Is great to have the trail next to the building and to be close to my workplace. It's a little bit noisy during the night due to the proximity of the rail yard, but nothing that you cannot get used to.

My experience has been so far so good. The apartment staff in the leasing office and the maintenance staff is always quick to respond and resolve issues. Quick to answer questions and knowledgeable. They are always prompt on answering calls and following up.

Unfortunately, our time at this apartment has gone down hill with the increase in crime and lack of proactivity. There are faulty fire alarms that go off constantly, including the middle of the night, that have been issues since we moved in back in 2021.

Great place to live overall but is showing signs of age. Some doors missing or not working on my floor. Trash piled up all Saturday snd Sunday in chute area by mail boxes. Really smelly and awful for visitors. Staff are the best. Thats why I came back. Also, never seen any security. Do we have a service?

The only 4 star I gave was for noise. This is not anyone in the communities fault. The city of Fort Worth has been installing a water line outside the apartments and it gets extremely loud. The office has done a great job of keeping the residents updated on the progress & is always helpful & friendly. I’m so happy at Broadstone & having lived in other apartment communities previously, I will say our leasing office staff stands out. They always go above & beyond for residents (shoutout to Ashlei & Angela)!

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone so far. The staff is very rude once the lease is signed. It's dangerous and the office isn't honest about crime around the apartment. I am disappointed to say the least.

Absolutely fantastic staff and community at Broadstone! I can speak outright that both apartment manager, rental assistance staff, and all residents I've met have been wonderful people and a great community to interact with. There are a lot of great sites to see by TCU down the road and places to eat nearby like the Fort Worth Stockyards with Riscky's Steakhouse and café diners like Ascension Café close by on the coast of the Trinity River, which is right outside the apartment. Plus almost everyone has a cute dog with the beautiful Trinity River Trails so close by too, so that's a bonus!

Location is outstanding. Access to trails, many restaurants and to entertainment. Some of the “upgrades” are highly questionable. Some of the basic things aren’t taken care of. Had a busted sprinkle head all summer causing flooding and it hasn’t been fixed.

I would not, at this time, recommend Broadstone on Trinity to anybody looking for a place to rent an apartment. The nature of my move-in and first two weeks living in the community has been extremely atypical. Lacking professionalism, and some of the skills needed to handle significant problems regarding maintenance concerns in a timely and effective manner, we have been already subjected to troubling situations as residents. I hope to see improved conditions and have a more professional experience with the community going forward from here, but it has started on the wrong foot.

Broadstone on Trinity has been great so far. I have only been here about a month so far though, but my appliances work great, my apartment hasn't really had any issues, the valet trash is wonderful, and the amenities are great. The leasing staff is also amazing

Recommend to anyone who loves trails and downtown living! One bedroom unit with wall opening on the ceiling to living room can be difficult for 2 people to share the space due to lack of private space, especially when you have dated loud-gargling dishwasher and laundry running all at once. Otherwise kitchen with an island is nice and spacious. Staffs are very accommodating and sweet. Reliable Valet trash service so you don't need to haul heavy smelly trash bags across the building, makes it a lot more sanitary. We see the Greystar team is doing the best trying to improve everything and we have been enjoying are stay here.

I was put in a unit where one side of the apartment is producing the water on the floor all winter long. My ceiling is leaking and my work orders are not taken seriously. Having a baby and floor getting wet everytime is no joke

I enjoyed my time living here at Broadstone on Trinity. I lived here for a year for grad school at TCU. It was a quick, convenient drive to school and was close to other attractions as well. I really liked having a balcony view of the Trinity river/trail and easy access to the trail. The office staff was always helpful and nice. I would live here again.

The community is quite enjoyable. There are multiple pools are the property which is neat. There are also several restaurants in walking distance and a couple of them even allow pets on the patio. The staff is super friendly and will go more than out of their way for you.

Derrick and Angela have been helpful and nice to deal with. I think keeping the floors clean is important. We have lots of smokers (weed) that make the place smell bad. People that don't live here come in with lots of people and use the pool . I do like the location of the apartment and easy to get around. The maintenance people are nice and work hard but just disappointed its been two weeks and not pressure in my kitchen since. Overall I have met a lot of nice people and that makes me feel good to know so many neighbors from every floor.

I absolutely love the area, I like that I’m about 5-10 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. It’s beautiful around the apartments and I’m glad I don’t really have too many noises around other than the train which doesn’t really bother me. My only complaint is that the building I am in is kind of hotel style, yet it is still outside, so it gets very hot in the hallways and there are birds flying around along with wasps.
