This community is in a great location they're 5 min from downtown and there is lots of restaurants near by. They're also near medical city and TCU. I'm renewing my lease this July for the 5th year. There has been a lot of issues with the complex however I also have notice how much the new management actually cares. The phones are actually being answered and my work orders have been completed within 24 hours. I really want to thank them and tell them to keep there heads up they're guys are doing a great job. I honestly feel like they have cleaned house and i can definitely see a change in the community.

When we moved into this property a year ago we did not expect what we ended up with. While our actual apartment is fine, the property, building and management are horrible. They were bought out and since that day its been a revolving door of new employees. The have been "updating" the property for an entire year, so residents have had to put up with cranes outside their window first thing in the morning 7 days a week. There have been nails and screws left all over the parking garage and the dog area. The dog areas are sometimes without poo bags for weeks at a time, and the trash where pet owners are suppose to dispose of the waste are overflowing as I type this. The cleanliness of the property is abysmal. There were two spare tires just laying in a parking spot in the front of the building for over a week. It is obvious that no one walks to property, there is trash everywhere. There was gum smeared in the elevator that went uncleaned, the carpets in the hallways are stained with fluid for trash and dog urine. The parking garages were extremely unsafe for months because there was no lighting and the garage doors stay open half the time. There were even a series of break ins. As of right now, in the dead of summer they have shut down both pools for and indefinite amount of time. DO NOT LEASE HERE

With Carroll as the new owner things have been way better. They're addressing the deferred maintenance and providing better service. My last 2 service requests were completed the day after reporting them.

New management company a bear to deal with once your a resident. Will not factor in nor have historical records from previous 2 leaving you at their mercy. Don't let the new look fool you their Google rating of 2 stars is a good indication to stay away.

#604. 3 years = at least 3 office turnovers, over charged utilities by over $500, lies to, chastised, had to hire an attorney, and never was compensated. I'm pleased with potential new owners and changes.

This community has been one of the cleanest and nicest communities I have lived in. I love that there is no breed restrictions here and that it is a pet friendly community. My dogs are like my children so that meant alot to me that they don't have breed discrimination against certain breeds.

The staff when we first arrive was very welcoming and friendly. I liked how they assisted us and showed us around the complex. We love our new apartment and it's so convenient for us because our jobs are so close by.

I am posting this review in April 2018 after 5 years of living here. Previously, I had posted a review in 2016 with 3 stars, mostly for the positive attitude of the leasing office. Many things have changed since then, unfortunately for the worst. Please note that many of the “positive” reviews were posted from leasing office staff that lives here As indicated by other reviewers, after 2 months of painting the buildings and having to put up with construction workers from 8:00 am to sometimes 9:00 pm the only thing that has changed is the color of the buildings. One of the things that have deteriorated over the past 2 years is the security on the building; breaking into cars (even inside the gated area), packages get routinely stolen in corridors; recently the tire and seat of my mountain bike were stolen while inside the gated area. I filed a police report and I talked to management, the answer from management was: The gate is not supposed to deter robberies or people entering the area (then I don't understand why we have a gated area). The problem is that less than 50% of the garage lights work; the place is really dark in the evening and night providing perfect coverage to whoever is stealing stuff. The excuse for not changing the lights since the new leasing office took over (6 months ago) was that new lights were stuck in CA; this was well over a month ago. Also, the lock on the main doors rarely work and anyone can enter the building by some of the doors located in the garage. And although there is a police officer living in the property I am not sure is very useful as the police car was parked next to my bike; moreover, the phone number provided for the police officer on-site, doesn't work; I reported this to the leasing office and never heard back from management. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else, if you are determine to live here (the location is the only thing is positive for the place right now) ask the leasing office to walk you through the parking garage after 7 pm and use the stairs, hopefully you won't have to maneuver around feces or dog urine or beer bottles. This is supposed to be the upscale property of the 2 they administer, but there is nothing upscale about it. In summary, the leasing office is only focused to renting apartments but not to address security issues or any concern from current residents, so you will be treated like royalty before you sign your lease; afterwards you will join the legions of people ignored by the office. They don't answer the phone (the number provided is a general number that no-one answers); they never respond e-mails and when you go in person, you have to wait for 45-60 mins to talk to the manager (the assistants are not helpful at all). Absolutely ridiculous.

Great community helpful staff and very nice apartments. Would recommend Trinity residence to anyone looking for quick access to anything in Fort Worth. Trinity trail access is great and workout facility is good too.

The current leasing staff and maintenance crew are superb! 5 years ago was a different story!! New owners, new attitude, new staff..all positive changes. The complex is undergoing major changes and renovations for the better!

So far, everything has been great. I love the location, parking has been easy, and the staff has been great. I love the open concept layout. The floors, cabinets, and appliances are very nice. It's very pet friendly.

We love the apartment. Moving in was a disaster---- the apartment had several things uncleaned and paint job was horrible. Took several months to fix and there are still spots on the walls not fixed. Recently I was very disappointed with management of YOUR construction. I was sleeping in my bed when all of the sudden a man is on my patio and putting plastic on my windows and sliding door. I had no warning this would be happening that day... so we felt like closed in rats for a week--- I had company and I work from home, so huge inconvenience! We bought the apartment for the patio (since it is so huge) and we were now not able to look outside or feel the fresh air.... due to YOUR choice. Finally after a week I was thinking it was almost done and took a walk to the backside of the building. They were still only 1/4 done and were working on the other side of the building. None of the apartments above me had any plastic on their windows/patios and I was pretty furious. I went home, took the plastic off and spent the day on the patio. Mismanagement and inconvenience to the renters is not good. I understand you wish to make it look better, but it has been huge impact on the residents--- especially those that work from home and practically live on their patios!

Since I have moved in there has been constant construction with noise levels and safety issues that affect everyday activities and quality of life. There are multiple amenities that were presented as part of living here that do not yet exist, sold a luxury experience that does not exist so far

I have enjoyed the location and the apartment itself. I understand a transition of management happened towards the end of 2017, start of 2018. My roommate and I have had issues with how we can pay our rent and it is not necessarily our fault. The management team has been a little better about communicating with us regarding our rent payments, but at the same time seem to fall short because they told us we needed to have a payment sent immediately otherwise it would be considered late, but then they put that payment on our next rent bill. There needs to be consistency. Also, the physical aspect of the apartment is fine, but the gym and pool need major updates. I have almost twisted my ankle walking into the pool area where the separated slabs of concrete are and the grass runs in-between them. My roommate has also had trouble with her car being broken into, which I know was discussed afterwards with management, but the gate needs to be fixed where it consistently works and there need to be security cameras. One courtesy officer cannot simply do that job alone. Overall, it's a good community. Hopefully, this management team will exceed my expectations considering that last couple were not up to par. I really love the location of the property. I feel safe and you can't beat the fact it's right on the river and next to the TCU campus and Colonial Country Club.

Not a good experience at all. They promised me a gift card that I have yet to receive . There is also a lot of construction and during the holidays the hall smelled badly of odor coming from the trash chute and trash cans. The trash was full and overflowing for a couple of weeks. Sanitation problem.

So far I have really enjoyed the apartments here. They are large and nicely laid out. The new upgrades are fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect for a foodie like me, or to simply be able to walk my dog on the trails. The office staff has been wonderful and very helpful.

The apartment is great along with the location. The staff has been replaced once since I have moved in and don't seem much better to be honest. As long as you don't need anything from management it's a great place to live.

Numerous changes in staffing of office and maintenance people. Things have gone down hill for several years. We are hopeful that new owners, staff and employees will bring timely turnaround. Until there has been sustained improvement in staffing and issues such as frequent false fire alarms, I cannot recommend to others.

The management of the property is TERRIBLE. They do not respond to service requests. The ice maker is making a clicking sound and we wake up throughout the night. We have reported this numerous times and it still has not been fixed. Also, the ice maker goes in and out of working. We have reported this numerous times and it has not been fixed. The first fridge/freezer had to be replaced and we had to throw away food. We are very frustrated with the service we have been provided at Carroll Management. We will make sure not to recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment. We love the location, but the management is handled so poorly it is not a desirable apartment to live in. They continue to back charge us bills. My bike has been stolen and my truck has been broken into twice. I could barley get a response out of the management to discuss the issues we are having.

Updated apartments, located on trinity trails. Close to great food and shopping. Office staff is very friendly and is there to assist with any issues that come up. Apartments have great parking and plenty of spaces for guests. Lots of friendly pets and pet owners.

I really like the location. Management has started updating exterior and I'm hoping for updates on interior as well. We live near the train and have to use a white noise maker to drowned the sound and also white out curtains.
