Loving this place, and the staff I've met are genuinely nice people. I needed to find a place - and quick - and with a lot of furniture. When I saw the floor plan here, it was a smaller scale, but otherwise identical match to my previous condo, so it was a PERFECT fit! I was ON BOARD, but read some other reviews, and started to second guess my choice. I kept looking, and worked with the staff - Steven and Angela - on alleviating my concerns. They were patient with my questions, and after spending more time on the property and speaking to other residents, I felt confident this was the place for me! It's only been one month, but I have not seen the issues that were discussed in those reviews. Perhaps the negative review authors were upset and exaggerated, or things have changed with the new management, but either way, I've experienced nothing but stellar service! I wanted to leave a review to alleviate the fears of anyone else out there who may be put off by the past poor reviews. Take them with a grain of salt. :)

Very safe and clean. Key fob access is a must for myself and this apartment offers just that. Offers a covered garage with plenty of parking. Staff is great! Always quick to help. The location is perfect for access to major highways and downtown.

I have always had a good experience with the community. Staff is very courteous and welcoming. They always respond to any issues that I have quickly and professionally. I am able to communicate with the staff by texting which saves me a lot of time. I am satisfied with the apartments overall.

I've been living here since Summer 2014 and I really like my home. The leasing office team (Angela and Steve) are very helpful. I like having a garage for my car without additional fee. The updated unit comes with washer and dryer, best decision the management ever made. Pet friendly community. I never have any issue with this complex (including safety issue). Location of this complex is convenient too!

Left location due to finances, but came back when the opportunity came up. I like the location, neighborhood, and community. The office personnel are polite and very friendly. Personally a quite location and close to several eatery if you're a foodie.

The worst experience I've ever had living anywhere. My wife's and my vehicles have been broken into 5 times, FIVE TIMES in under a year. The office doesn't care and is most likely involved. No police, no cameras and it happens whether or not the gate works. We're seeking legal action. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I have had nothing but the best experience residing at "The Trinity Residences". The staff at the Leasing office makes the difference by making me feel at home! I truly appreciate Rachel, Jevita, Angela and Billy for their hard work. They keep residents updated about changes and make sure we are happy residing here. I love the floor plans that are offered from 1, 2 or three bedrooms and it's in the heart of downtown so we are surrounded by restaurants, banks, shopping centers, parks. We also have an awesome Gym on-site. The view from the balcony at night is breath taking and more amazing during the Holiday. Perfect to look at fireworks. This place reminds me of Europe and the security system is very safe. We have indoor garage, stairs and elevators. This community is also very pet friendly so come and feel at home everyone!! I LOVE MY HOME!! Thank you for all your efforts and the renovations are Amazing!! Very Luxurious living and comfortable.

Have had to wait a long time for services. Parking is hard to find in the garage. I've lost multiple packages living here. But the office staff is very nice. It is a good location to live for food and shopping purposes.

Not great overall. Lived through multiple changes in management, leasing staff, and maintenance. Current apartment was not move in ready when I moved in (moved from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom in Dec 2016). Also lived through broken trash compactor twice, exterior doors are frequently broken, halls and stairwells are always dirty, etc.

Our son has had a good and safe experience at this location. I strongly feel that having a solid staff with less turnaround would make all the difference. I know firsthand the demands of this industry, but in order for the tenants to be happy. Continuity is most important.

The staff has been friendly and helpful since the moment I moved in. This is by far my favorite apartment I've ever lived in. They just hired a new maintenance head and he is right on top of getting all his work orders done and finished properly. Super happy with the service here.

The Trinity residences are a great place to live. Great amenities, including the pools, the workout center, and grilling areas. Love that it is close to the river with running trails and just a walk across the street to a great bbq restaurant, The Woodshed.

I put a work order in on the 29th of September and the work order did not get taken care of until the 16th of October. I called and emailed asking for the property manager to contact me. I never got a call. I had to throw away about $50 worth of my food in my freezer so that was pretty frustrating. Thank you to Angela who did help me with getting someone to my apartment to take care of my maintenance issues. However i do think the property manager should have contacted me after asking 3 different times 1 by email,2 by phone and 3rd in the work order. I love my apartment but im really worried about the management part of the community.

I love the location! But Maintenance staff is bad! Two months later they are still fixing things I requested when I moved in. If they can improve would help a lot! The elevator should be cleaned more often!

We just moved in a few weeks ago but it has been good so far. We have used the pool a lot which is always clean. We look forward to using the grills outside and love being close to the Trails to go on walks.

Communication is poor between everyone working and living at this apartment complex - there are a lot of things that need to be worked on, not apartment and ground wise but the people running the place, before I would ever recommend someone live here.

I read a ton of terrible reviews about this apartment complex so I was prepared for the worst. However, the move in process turned out to be fine and so far it is pretty good. The office staff is really helpful and very nice. They just don't seem to communicate very well with each other. It was really hard to get problems fixed with our lease document unless I physically went into the office. The apartment itself is amazing! I would recommend living here.

I love my little apartment. The community is close to literally everything I need. When I put in requests for maintenance it is handled very quickly and efficiently.The community is undergoing many upgrades and will be even better when things are completed.
