The leasing agent was great, and the value you get at this community is pretty outstanding considering the location and how quickly every neighborhood in Fort Worth is booming. There are several floor plans available at this community though, so it's difficult to get a sense of what you're actually getting without seeing your actual unit.

I usually keep to myself, so I cant comment on the social events they throw (except that its nice they put on events for their residents), but the apartment I have lived in for the past 2 years is nice with new appliances. A little on the expensive side but good location. Amenities are in good condition. One complaint I have is that my car was broken into while parked in their gated garage, and the staff did absolutely nothing. I was on vacation so didn't know until I returned, then immediately filed the report. I talked to staff to see if they had known about it, cameras in place, etc. The response i received was very apathetic and seemed like they didn't really care. Later that week I spoke to some of the residences that I have seen park in the garage, and one said they notified the office the day it happened, gave descriptions, etc. so I was a very surprised and upset because the office told me they knew nothing.

I thoroughly enjoy the location on the Trinity Trails and my apartment floor plan/layout. The Care Teams' activities bring neighbors of all ages and walks of life together for social events. Most enjoyable.

This property need a lot of maintenance. It is under new management and they are attempting to spruce up the place however much more needs to be done in order to make it more appealing. More like a dorm than apartment complex

Best Value and Space for the money. Good Location. Only Master Bedroom really big enough for a King, Dresser, Night Stand, Armoire and still able to walk around. Very responsive to maintenance and other issues.

The apartment is nice and clean. Good location near Colonial. Garage is convenient. Next to railyard. Overall, I would recommend to someone looking for an apartment. Price maybe a little high but overall good.

The new management company has been really great so far. The old company was extremely lazy and constantly screwed things up. So far, we have been extremely satisfied with the new company and their attentiveness to everything the old company let fall through the cracks.

Actually, not a very good one so far. Apartment complex looks dirty and trashy. Hot in hallways and floors near elevators are DISGUSTING. Not luxury apartments at all for the price we pay. Painting on walls inside my apartment is horrible. You can see wavy lines, etc. Horrible job. Carpets in hallways are extremely dirty and stained. I've asked questions about my air filter and who is responsible to change it and nobody can answer me. Was supposed to get a month free of rent since I signed in May and amazingly my lease was lost so had to go sign a new one and now I don't get a month off. Not very professional at all.

This is one of the worst places I have lived in terms of management responses to fix problems. I have lived here for one year, and their repair response is horrible. They rarely fix anything in the first 3 attempts, and never follow up to see if something was done right. It is a nice apartment complex but avoid living here.

Before renting my apartment here in February, I asked tough questions about the alarm system which I had read was an issue. The management team assured me that the problem had been permanently fixed and that false fire alarms would not be an issue. As of today (May 2, 2017) the fire alarm has gone off 3 nights in a row and a team of 4 firemen has had to waste their time and resources driving a firetruck to this complex. If there is a real fire in the future, 100% of the residents will burn alive because there have been so many false alarms. Classic boy who cried work tragedy waiting to happen. Aside from the persistent false fire alarms waking my toddler and fellow residents up late at night, there are many other problems. Unlike most apartment complexes that restrict large dogs to the first floor, anything goes here. I live on the first floor. The ceiling separating me from my 2nd story neighbors might as well be made of parchment paper. I hear the giant dogs above me jumping, bounding, barking and thumping their thick tails on the hardwood floors while my upstairs neighbor has an orgasm on average of 3 nights per week. I can hear her every moan, and his pre-explosion grunting. I thank god that their sessions are incredibly short in duration and occur just 2-3 times per week. Run for your life. This place is inexpensive relative to other buildings for a reason. They don't take care of this place at all. Locks on entry doors have been broken for weeks at a time, key fob beeping 24/7, inviting burgers to enter. Puddles of dog piss in the hallway can last for months at a time. There is no option to recycle. The office staff will be friendly until the moment your lease is signed, then every request is met with a "go ---- yourself" attitude. Imagine the worst apartment building and management in the united states. This place is actually worse. But hey, the location is wonderful.

When we first moved in I thought this place was nice. It's newer, a good location and nice amenities- but NOt worth it. This management company does not care about their residents at all, as filling their pockets up with your money is more important. We pay entirely too much for rent for the way you are treated/how much space you actually get. We live in a 700 square foot loft apartment for $1075, and we are constantly getting crazy sewer charges up the wall- we had a problem with condensation that built up causing more water to drain into the sewer and we were told that we would need to be "investigated" in order to receive any credits- which took months, and apparently it was because they deal with "third party companies" and supposedly everything is billed separately. (Were talking $40-68.00 in extra sewer charges) We received a credit months later, and had to constantly remind management to fix it. Also just recently after almost a year of staying here I have received two $75.00 fines from the valet trash service; one immediately after the other- I had the first one taken off because it was ludicrous... My email was changed and I forgot to report it, and they said that all trash must be inside the black trash cans they provide... I had that one waived... then I had ANOTHER this morning for not taking my trash in by 9 am the next day.... I had a picture of my apartment taken at 9:24 am.. sounds like they don't have much to do and are just finding ways to collect your money.... I'm starting to take this personally, and I find it hard to believe that the apartment complex is not making a fortune off of their "valet trash service" fines.. who I'm pretty sure just work for the apartment... I would really like to know where that money is going towards... and plan on speaking to them as they come on their golden valet trash voyage- thinking they are going to get away with screwing everyone over. (Seriously so not letting that one slide). I've had to write notes when I run out of blue bags when I want to recycle- because they will fine you for that as well... which is so crazy... Also keep in mind we HAVE to pay $22.00 a fricken month for valet service... that's per apartment, and that's only five days a week.. Friday and Saturday they don't come... the days that you accumulate the most trash- and then beware if you have more trash that can fit into your trash can- you will get a fine for stacking and /or having too much trash- also you're are not able to deny trash service- and there are no fricken dumpsters if you have extra... so what are you suppose to do?!!!!! Also when you call about anything that is easily fixed on the managements side, you will have to jump through loops- and talk to several different people to just find out that this place is raping everyone for their money. It is their last option to help you out, if money is on the line. Also the few times I've tried to use to Office area- the computers weren't working and the internet/printers didnt work either... the security doors on either side of the apartments are always broken too... For an apartment that is so adiment about getting their money- they certainly are not up to par with anything that they should be... You pay extra to live in "luxury" apartments in a good location- but when management is seriously lacking In many areas you have to ask if it's worth it... judging from all of the other awful reviews, it doesn't sound like I'm the only unhappy one. I tried to break my lease because I am so upset, and it turns out it will cost us just as much money as it would to stay..... Do not rent here!

Although I have only lived here for a short period of time, I truly love it. I feel so at home and this started from when I first walked into the office and met the staff. It is located near where I work and that is a plus. As a single female, I feel safe entering and leaving the property and walking on the grounds. My floor plan suits my needs perfectly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for their new home, as I have found mine!

My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and half. We live our apartment. It has an amazing view of downtown Fort Worth, the trinity river, and the amazing tree line surrounding TCU and the colonial golf course. The leasing office is filled with very friendly staff. The only major downside, which is bad enough that we will not be renewing our lease because of it, is how terrible the maintenance staff is. They are friendly but they take forever to fix things. When we first moved in the our microwave and fridge were not working. They took a week to fix both, and didn't fix the fridge properly. It took them three attempts and almost a month to get the fridge fixed. There were a couple other little issues in our service request they didn't even touch. Less than a year later the fridge broke again and it took them another month to get to that. Now here we are a few months later and the fridge is broken again. They never finished fixing the ceiling after a sprinkler line busted in the ceiling and it's been over a month and no one has come to fix the fridge. The car garage gate is usually broken and stuck open quiet often, making your vehicles vulnerable (I had my motorcycle stolen out of the parking garage). The main front door doesn't work properly when the magnet is active requiring residence to fob in after hours (the main release bar is stuck on the inside and it is very difficult sometimes impossible to open it and you have to go out another exit. I watched the maintenance guy look at it and he shrugged it off and never fixed it. The residence with dogs also seem to have an issue with picking up their dogs poop. I have a dog and never have an issue with cleaning up after her, yet the dog areas are covered with dog poop that he owners did not clean up, even though there are dog bag stations all over the grounds to supply you with poop bags and a trash can to dispose them in. If they replaced the maintenance staff this would be an amazing place to live. Unfortunately their inability to do their jobs in a proper amount of time is so bad it takes away from everything that's great about this place.

I went in to check them out and they look fine. They're a bit overpriced for what they offer, but not prohibitively so. I don't know the demographics of the residents, but based on the office staff, they are marketing to the -------- community. I went to a different community on West 7th and found a deal better suited for me. I don't recommend this place to my friends.

This is a nice apartment complex which makes it even more ridiculous that they should have a reoccurring and major problem with their fire alarm systems. These alarms go off at all sorts of random hours and get "stuck" and cannot be turned off. Last month the alarms went off late at night (and the alarms are very LOUD) and they stayed on for 5 hours forcing many residents to have to leave and find somewhere else to stay that night so they could get some sleep before they went to work in the morning. The issue with the fire alarms has been going on since 2015. All the residents are beyond frustrated. If you like to live in peace and have a good night's sleep this is not the apartment for you. FYI the alarms went off again last night. It happens VERY OFTEN.

We moved to Gallery in Spring 2015. We had originally rented an apartment across the street at Century Colonial and were wanting something a little nicer and a little more quiet without so much of the "party" crowd. The day we moved into our apartment management had no cleaned! There was trash everywhere. Spit cups left from painters (you can imagine that smell), dust, dirt, water stains, trash, animal feces left on the carpet in the bedroom, and the painters had paint spray on EVERYTHING! We tried to over look this and cleaned it all OURSELVES because there had been a recent ice storm and management chalked it up to they couldn't get anyone there to clean. The hallways are carpeted and we were told when we moved in they were replacing the carpet in all corridors because of staining. Do not let that fool you. That never happened. People lets their dogs urinate and defecate in the hallways, stairwells, and elevators without cleaning it up. The trash/recycling areas were NEVER cleaned and were sometimes so full that you could not open the door to even get into the room. We had plenty of maintenance issues, and they either never got fixed, we had to fix it ourselves, or it took MONTHS! Their maintenance is a joke. We did not have a SHOWER for over TWO MONTHS! Multiple maintenance requests were sent in and never answered. Our phone calls were always answered with multiple excuses. Eventually that got fixed as best they could. Our balcony didn't have the best view but was made worse by the fact that the apartment under us had a dog who they let defecate outside and never cleaned it. So the smell and the site were awful. Our neighbor above smoked like a freight train and over a 3 day period I once picked up 98 cigarette butts, multiple lighters, and empty cartons. It was unfortunate that we could never have our balcony door open with out our apartment flooding with smoke and ashes. The location was great, we didn't find the music from the woodshed to be too loud and parking was never an issue. The biggest issues we had was just the management never had their stuff together. They could never give a definite answer or you always got the run around. Since this apartment complex is supposed to be considered "luxury" I just find myself laughing at that. There is NOTHING luxurious about it! It's filthy, way over priced, and completely unorganized.

This apartment is very nice. I have only lived here for 3 months but I love it. It is very close to several stores, has a great view of the river, and is close to the trails. I had read reviews when I moved in that management was not good, but I have had absolutely no problems and everyone in the office has been extremely nice and helpful.

I have lived here for a little over one year, and I love it. The administrative team is always really kind and helpful. The location is incredible; I am able to walk to a number of great places. There were a few months that we had fire alarm problems, where the alarms were falsely going off pretty often. The problem seems to have been fixed since we have not had that happen in quite a while. Overall, I would recommend this apartment.

My Husband and I signed a one year lease for gallery 1701- the staff are very helpful when signing the lease, however once you move in this all changes. My husband and myself are both in the real estate industry and we have never experienced such poor management of a property. When we arrived on moving day, our apartment was not ready and keys had not been cut. We were paying movers by the hour and they had to wait around for 2 hours until the apartment was ready- management laughed and said sorry we are a bit behind today- unacceptable! They also forgot to collect our down payment and approached us 2 months later to collect it- their financial department is in shambles. Not to mention they can never seem to post rent on time (the first of the month) and then fine you if you are a day late having not realized when it was posted. We had maintenance visit our apartment 6 times before they were able to fix our dishwasher, and they would not visit by themselves since we have a dog- therefore it became frustrating making appointments with them and not knowing an exact time they would arrive. The people at the front desk are typically very friendly, however the overall management needs serious help. My advice to the company, is to have the regional director shadow the management at this facility for a week and help them get back on track. The apartments in a great location, however we will not be renewing our lease next year due to the inability to operate this apartment complex in an appropriate manor.

Been here since March and love my one bedroom apartment! I really like that I can go downstairs and have dinner at Woodshed, go for a bike ride or run... Also with in walking distance to The Yoga Project! I'd definitely recommend Century Colonial Park. :)

Apartments, horrible leasing management staff, especially Hannah the assistant manager from hell!!! New leasing staff over the past six months are rude! When moving out, forget about getting your deposit back. They will find any reason to keep it. I am so happy I moved out. Loud and obnoxious neighbors. Plus my rent increased $200 within a year and a half. Not worth the money.

Suppose to be luxury apartments however here are the pros and cons. Pros - near downtown and convenient location; cheapest large apartment in downtown area; good covered parking. Cons - elevator keeps breaking down on North side so it's bad if you are on top floor(often broken down for days at a time); animal feces occasionally found inside lobby and urine often found inside hallway; workout equipment are outdated and not kept up with; foundation problem as there is large crack in our wall.

I honestly have lived here a year and do really love it. While yes there are some flaws every apartment complex is bound to come with some. Living alone and safety has always been big to me and I feel super safe here and have had zero problems. It is super quiet and my neighbors thankful aren't loud. It is super close to downtown and the woodshed is across the street and the trinity trail which is nice. The only cons are the doors from the parking garage to the hallways are broken. And there is trash often left in the stairway. While it is super pet friendly some people seem to have a hard time picking up after their pet. The office staff has always been really nice but I will agree on some of them not being super helpful because they don't know how to answer simple questions. I would recommend this apt from my experience which hasn't been bad and mostly enjoyable. It is a little pricey but the location is what you are paying for.

Don't listen to the complaints about the train- you can barely hear it and it happens so little that it is not even worth complaining about. This apartment complex is fantastic. Gallery 1701 has secure facilities, that include a private garage and key fobs needed to get into the facilities such as the pool and fitness center. The pool on the 1701 side is very nice, but yes it is small. The lounge chairs are nice, and the grill and cabana type style area are all right by the pool and nice as well. The apartment itself is brand new looking. Granite counter tops, stainless steel and black appliances, and washer and dryer are pluses. Hardwood living rooms and hallways are nice, the bathroom is huge- garden tub and shower next to each other and a huge counter with two sinks and a large mirror behind it. Walk is closet is more than big enough for the two of us in a one bedroom (I have a lot of clothes, too). Patios outside the apartments are huge (too big if anything). You cannot hear your neighbors barely at all, I'm not sure if we just got lucky and live next to older couples or its not stick and brick, either way I have had no issues. Cons: the hallways and elevators tend to smell like pet odor from time to time, but that is just because most of the renters own animals and there are so many of them. Pool is a little small on 1701 side and gym is a little small and has limited equipment, but it is still OK to workout in if needed. Overall safe, clean, and quiet place. Would recommend to anyone.
