Good apartment complex for me and my family. The neighbors are really nice, met two good friends here and the management seems to be doing a good job.

Cool gym and alot of space in the apartment complex to relax. Good open areas and I like that my unit looks new and clean. Has pretty much everything I need and it is super close to my favorite bakery.

My husband and I have been loving it here. The gym area and spin studio is one of the best for sure. There are a lot of people here though that use the facilities. I guess it is not too bad though since I never had to wait for a machine.

After two years of living here, it is time for me to move out. Just recently got a new job offer in florida and I just had to write a review on how great this apartment has treated me over the past two years. Amazing people working here and the apartment is kept in awesome shape. The location here was awesome.

I like the style here. I feel like I am in a good mood when I walk around this place, it is clean and beautiful. The facilities are in good condition and I like walking with my ipad since I get wifi around the building.

I took a look at this apartment a month ago and was impressed with the apartment. I didn't sign until just a few days ago though because I wanted to check out the other apartments and my lease wasn't up yet. I think I am happy with my choice here, there are good people living here and good management.

We have been here for almost a year and a half now. It has improved a decent amount in terms of cleanliness and maintenance of facilities. The gym is really useable and has good equipment.

The gym here has been really useful and I have been working out almost daily since I moved in. Also I need to note the place looks amazing with some pretty flowers and just general landscape.

Pretty decent apartment complex and unit. I like my unit alot, good size for my family. The wooden floors look really nice compared to my last apartment. The location is unbeatable as well I think.

I think that this apartment has some cool qualities and I am happy to be living here. It is a convenient location and staff and management people are all really awesome.

The management people here seem to know what they are doing. I have had no trouble getting maintenance to fix things when I call and the apartment is really clean. The gym looks epic too it makes me want to workout.

Been living here for over 3 years now and honestly it has gotten a lot better. The facilities are so much better than before and maintenance people do their jobs. I still need convincing though for a 5 star rating, the renovations took a while and that kind of bothered me.

Good location - close to pretty much everything and cleaning up after my little toddlers are a blessing with the wood floors. Good apartment unit to live in with family.

Really solid gym at this building. Fits perfectly into my workout routine and the equipment is top of the line. I like the staff here alot and I've been pretty happy here so far.

The maintenance man John was literally outstanding. So courteous and nice, he came really quickly to fix my cabinet door when we called.

The apartment unit looked great when I toured and I was happy to lock this place down. I like the big space and it has the things I need like Wi-fi and laundry.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Cheap counter tops and fixtures for the price, maintenance NEVER fixes anything on time, and the staff is the absolute worst! They are so rude, uncaring, and all they want is your money. Beware of this place, you will hate it. The place across the street definitely looks way nicer, especially for the price!

Pretty decent place to live. I have been feeling good about this apartment and the facilities are really nice. The gym is awesome here. The downside is that there are sometimes a lot of people in the gym.

Please do NOT be fooled by the postings from 11/12/2013 to 11/15/2013. It reads like the same person wrote it. This place is LESS THAN AVERAGE at best for the price that you will have to pay in rent. Management staff and overall service is UNresponsive, UNprofessional, lazy and rude. Until the corporate (JRK Management) changes the way they hire staff at this complex they will continue to lose business to the NEWLY built complex next door: Broadstone Avion Apartments.

The apartment is very beautiful and maintained well. I like the staff members here a lot and have been very helpful. There is the cool gym and a really chill view from my unit.

Location is great and the staff here have been extra helpful. The complex is clean and I like walking around here, it is really nicely done. Love the sunset view here too.
