Kitchen looks pretty awesome. The apartment complex is cool too and I love the sweet gym that they have here. Good place to workout and relax in.

I moved here about a month ago. It's nice and pretty, but the staff is so rude! They don't fix things, they have the worst attitudes, and they aren't helpful at all. All they care about is getting you in the door, then they treat you awful. If I had known this, I would have NEVER moved here. The price isn't worth the service, AT ALL. Save yourself and DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

We moved here a little over 2 Months ago and the apartment it self is beautiful. The staff is absolutely horrible! They are the rudest people we have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you get home later then 7pm, don't expect to find a parking spot! Overall the apartments aren't worth the crappy service! Do not move in here!

This apartment complex is not worth the money. Management is horrible and needs to change. Once they get you through the doors, you're nothing to them and they always have some kind of lame excuse when you ask for maintenance work for your apartment. Do not rent here. Any review that recommends this place is a lie. They're not posted by someone who actually lives in this complex. It's funny how they suddenly appear within a few days and speaks highly of management. Either they got rid of the b*tches who we're managing the place or the posts were made by the office personnels.

Keep all your paperwork where you can retrieve EVERYTHING! AND I MEAN EVERYTHING! I repeat, have all paperwork from a napkin to your lease where you can retrieve it, also have a lawyer handy because you will need one. I expect this property and its management to be in small claims court for multiple cases over the next few years if not longer. Do yourself a favor, it's not worth it to move here unless you enjoy being robbed by criminals who forge signatures.

The worse place I ever lived. Of course you get drawn in because of how nice the apartments look and the apartment looks just as nice as the model. The people that work there are so horrible, they do not care about you just receiving your money and once it is time for you to move out they will try their hardest to get every single penny out of you. I would advise that you make copies of everything and make sure the people give you receipts and sign them. They will lie, cheat, and steal from you if they can. This was my first apartment outside of college and I wish I would've known. Do not be blinded by the glitz and glam of these apartments because I will be getting a lawyer to fight these people.

This place is very poorly built with absolutely no insulation for noise. I constantly deal with the sound of a toddler who runs as if their apartment is a playground. Parents who allow this should live on the first floor! After numerous complaints to management, nothing changes and they do not care. The workmanship is so poor that I can even hear the sound of dresser drawers as they open and close. It's ridiculous that the builder cut corners when it comes to better sound proofing. In addition to noise, it usually takes 2-3 calls to get a work order done. They can't do things as simple as fixing a toilet and then leave me a nasty note saying nothing is wrong with it. My AC unit has been worked on twice and now my energy bill is through the roof because I'm sure it's still not working properly. Apartment living doesn't have to be this bad but at Centreport Lakes it certainly is!

Get everything in writing... no matter how small or insignificant it may seem. If you pay your rent with a check in person at the leasing office make sure to get a signed copy from someone in that office. Document EVERYTHING in the apartment before you move in... take photos/video... make sure that one of their staffers accompanies you upon move out for an inspection. You WILL regret it if you don't. We got everything in writing and it saved us close to a thousand dollars. We personally did not have a problem with parking (a common issue there) because our building was located in the middle and we had a garage, but I can easily see how people who lived else where in the community had problems. Management even worked out an arrangement with the Hilton hotel across the street for residence to park at. It was/is that bad for some renters. Our upstairs neighbor was in a 1 bed/1 bath. There was a family of 4 to 5 living there! One of the family members was a two-year-old. He would run and jump around from 8am to midnight, my wife and I both work from home. We called the courtesy patrol / office / FW police countless times and nothing was ever done. No tickets / citations ever issued. The third floor apartment for some reason had all wood floors which made the noise worse. They finally moved them to a first floor apartment in building 17 once their lease was up. Its been quite above us ever since. But we had to deal with it for about 6 months! Nice place visually. They keep the place fairly clean, but management (like pretty much every apartment) is fairly bad. You can find other apartments that come with the same headaches for cheeper than here.

I usually do not put too much trust in these sites. However, since JRK took over the management the front staff seems to change on a regular basis and I know there have been at least 5 manger changes in just a little over a year. When you call to complain about something the rules and excuses change about at much as the managers. I will not renew my lease here and I do not recommend anyone moving here. Unless you have a garage good luck finding parking. Also, the quality of residents that have moved in has went down. They spend a few million dollars "renovating" the 3 yrs old property. They built pergolas all over the property that have no use whatsoever They built additional parking in a spot that did not need spaces and hardly no one parks there. Even though the new "lake" is very nice I think it was a waste of money. They completely redid the front drive and the entire remodel of the office that was beautiful in the first place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

I m currently living in these apartment. I would not recommend anyone to these apartment because they are more concerned about towing residents cars than anything. The staff is rude, and the manager is very unprofessional. The apartments are nice, staff terrible.

I like living here and would recommend it. Everything's good but I know a few people who had to move out since the raised the rent. If you can afford paying over 1 k for a one bedroom then I highly recommend but again not the cheapest. I'd say that we do get what we pay for here and I've never lived in a place with a theater or a Dog Park before both of which are kickass. Its way easier not having to go walk my dog around the block and I can just let him run around in there with the other dogs when I'm lazy after work. Also I rented out the theater for a night last month and it was a fun little event to have with some friends. I actually like the staff in the office, maintenance has been slow lately and took a day to come change a broken hinge on one of my doors but usually they have been good. Don't know what's up with that hope it's a one-off. I'll admit I could probably find a place that's just as big for less but then I wouldn't get the nice complex and I'd have to move which sucks so it's totally worth it if you ask me.

I just renewed my lease for a few reasons. 1. Convenient location for me. It's close to my job and family live nearby to 2. Great apartment. Since the renovations I love my apartment because it's got what I need and it's all pretty new. Not crazy about the carpet though but you pick your battles right? Sure the buildings probably were built decades ago but I have never lived in a new building so this doesn't seem any different or worse 3. Cool amenities (although they aren't all open after office hours but still fun and nice to have when you get the time to use 4. Good people. In my experience good neighbors make a big difference in if the complex is good or not. Mine are quiet, respectful and I really can't complain. Of course there is the parking issue. I know people who are here who have had problems with guests getting towed because of the lack of spaces for them. Not sure why you would park in a resident spot if you're a guest it seems obvious although probably very aggravating when you got to go to impound. Let's be real though as far as apartments go this place isn't bad!

I'm not sure what people expect living in a big apartment complex but as far as they go this are really nice. No, I do not work here although I'm sure I'll be accused of it but I have had a good experience living here and wanted to share it. It s a stunning complex which clearly everyone agrees with but what are also good about living here are the amenities. Actually I never lived-in a big complex till now and didn't want to until I had to move from my last place and a couple I know who lives here suggested it. It's really convenient to have all the stuff to do and the updated apartment. I save a ton of time not having to do my laundry in a shared room and new appliances are great coming from a place where they were older than me and were constantly broken. I would disagree with others about the noise for a giant complex this place is not noisy trust me! The 50 unit complex I lived at before was awful and I could literally hear the dog snore in the next apartment. I would agree about the dog waste the dog park is nice to have if you have a pet but owners (me included) need to pick up after them and it s our responsibility first and the staff should work harder to enforce this. Other than that living here is great in my opinion and I would recommend it.

I'm current resident and living here is not bad. It's a decent place to live and mostly because of the look of the complex, maintenance and apartments. It looks nice on the outside and parts of the grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is ok too. Maintenance is great. I have never had an issue getting them out to fix something timely or a problem where they did a half---- job. Office staff is just ok but the other reviews are right they sometimes act like they have no time for you or your concerns. Normally I wouldn't care because I don t usually have issues but it would be nice to get some people in there who care about the individual tenants beyond the day to day stuff. The apartments are real nice inside by apartment standards and I like having the updated kitchen even in a small 1 bed apartment. Its generally a safe place to live although its not always secure because the gates break or are left open. I've never had an issue but I don't like that. I would recommend it here but not if you like super quiet because its not. As far as apartments go, I don't think it's noisier than most I've lived at but the sound carries in from next-door all the time. I don't mind it but if you are noise sensitive you have been warned. As far as big---- complexes go this is definitely above average.

I'll be moving out in about a month and would recommend it. What's good: the construction, complex amenities and grounds (when they are clean), parking and apartment interiors. My apartment is really big for a one bedroom and everything is new inside which is great (and cleans!) The amenities are also nice to have and I know it sounds cheesy but coming from a complex where we didn't have any amenities in the building other than a community laundry room they are nice to have. Keep in mind that the price of this place wouldn't be worth it without those things (nice inside amenities) because it is not cheap to rent here. 1 thing I will say is that the grounds are nicely done but a lot of areas are not always clean and people aren't picking up after their dogs and maintenance is slow to clean up the grounds. I think at this price we shouldn't have to worry about stepping in dog poop if we walk across the grassy areas.

Parking: eh. I know tons of people have their cars towed and I personally have difficulty finding a spot close to my apartment sometimes like when I come home after 5:30 pm (most days). The bigger problem is there is no guest parking. They did make more spots earlier in the year but it is not enough. Maintenance: Ok, better than most. I recently had a really bad leak in a pipe under my kitchen sink. I put in a service request on Tuesday afternoon and they came and fixed it early Wednesday while I was at work. For me, maintenance has been consistently good so I cannot honestly complain. Construction: again, Ok. The original building construction is not great and you can tell in that they are definitely not sound proof and if you live anywhere but the top floor you will here the people who live above you. However the complex has been renovated so in terms of upgrades and outward looks its very nice here. Noise: Like I said earlier you will be hearing the people above you when they stomp around and if you have loud neighbors. Its definitely not the noisiest apartment I ve lived in but it is still something any resident here would have to deal with. Ground: beautiful. They did a lot of work to the grounds last year and earlier this year so the complex itself is very beautiful and the landscaping is nice too. It is a pet-friendly community so we are not without the occasional land mine but its generally well-kept grounds. Safety: Improving. When I first moved here 14 months ago there was talk of past break-ins and the old management company definitely did not screen the residents! I have never had a break in personally, but I also feel safe walking from my car (parked on the outskirts of the lot or around the corner) to my apartment now which I did not last year. Maybe its my imagination but I feel safer than I used to living here. Office: despite the large amount of turn around in staff over my time here its ok. The manager can be a little cold and more business like than warm and welcoming but It does not bother me much probably because I have not needed her help with much yet but anyway she s ok. The rest of the office staff are just eh, fine I guess. Not horrible but not great.

After living here through 2 management companies, a half-dozen managers and major renovations I think this place is a decent enough complex to live in although it is not for everyone. When we came to tour the community and see the apartments we were shown a beautiful model two bedroom since that was the floor plan we wanted. Grounds looked lovely and we were excited to move in. Upon move in our apartment was clean but there was a lot of damage to the baseboards in the kitchen and living areas and we soon discovered the dishwasher was broken and the previous tenant must not have told the staff before leaving, or that s what the old manager said, because they said they would have noticed during the cleaning and move-out check. Anyway they had to fix it which meant a few days of hand-washing the dishes. We were not too happy but since then there have been few problems we have complained about. The only real continuing issue here is that the original building is not built very well and the walls are not insulated or sound proof so you will have to hear the people living next to you. Now with the new company they made the place nicer looking and improved communal areas and upgraded some of the apartment stuff but most of the improvements are to the outside and the common areas. In my opinion the staff is better for the most part since the last management switch but the new manager is a little cold although it seems like they are cleaning up the place of the shady tenants.

Since moving to centreport earlier this summer I have had a decent experience here so far. It was a rocky start when I came on move in day I guess they had a problem with the previous resident who left the apartment covered in cat hair and they had it professionally cleaned they said but it still smelled like cats. I honestly don't know why apartment buildings are more willing to allow cats than housetrained dogs because cats smell! You can always tell when a cat lived there because it will still smell months later!!! Anyway after I complained a couple times they finally called in a cleaning crew to basically hose the place down top to bottom. It worked and since then I have had few issues. A couple service requests but nothing that wasn t fixed the first time and all took less than 48 hours so I can not really complain. Office staff is just ok they can be a little dismissive and it gets annoying if you want to discuss small problems with them or the manager. Grounds are nice and the complex itself is very beautiful. The construction must be older because it is noisy when neighbors make a lot of noise you hear most of it if they are loud. I think it's a pretty safe complex for around here I have never had a break in or any thing stolen or anybody follow me so I would say its safe.

Current Tenant here at Centerport Lake ie Broadstone Centreport..Please do not get carried away with positive reviews. Please do not rent these apartments. The Manager and office staff are pathetic. They dont solve any problems. Once you rent an apartment thats it. You can keep running after them if you have the time in the world but they will turn a blind eye towards your issues. I am experiencing this right now and cant put my frustration in words. The Manager of property - Crystal is no good. I am surprised this property has hired her as a Manager.

Like most reviews on here I agree the grounds are nice. The problem is with the things you don't see until you move in this place. Parking is horrible, the walls are paper thin, the apartments are cheaply built, you can't walk through the grass without stepping in dog poop, the office staff is full of excuses and never deliver results.

I moved here because it was close to my work and looked really nice in all the listings I saw online. So, what can you expect from a life at centreport? Beautiful complex, better than average maintenance staff, ok safety, ok office staff (they seem competent enough but aren't always the most welcoming), and you will be able to hear everything your neighbors say and/or do above the level of a loud whisper. That's right just about everything. Its not the worst thing for me cause I'm not the quietest so I know I'm probably keeping someone up around here but when you can hear the running water and flushing toilet next door, its not great. To be fair, I think what you do get outweighs the bad parts of having thin walls but it's important to mention. Oh and parking sucks, so get used to it. My solution, live close to work and get a bike of craigslist. Car stays parked in a resident spot and you don't have to go pick it up at impound. On a more positive note, I like my apartment. I keep it clean and it's pretty big compared to my last one which was more even now with the increased rent. All things considered this place is not for everyone but it works well for me.
