My community experience has been alright, it so far seems to be a quiet and safe place however I live on the first floor but my parking is on the second floor but I was reassured that I would have first floor parking before I signed my lease.

my experience has been terrible, I would not recommend this complex to anybody. Complex manager is very unprofessional. The only good thing about this complex is the location, but there are more new complex in the area.

It has truly been wonderful we love living here. Great if you have pets and the location is unbeatable. The staff is awesome, there is a gym, peace areas, a yard to take your dog out, a jogging trail right when you step outside.

Staff here is excellent, and they take good care of the residents and the property. The location is convenient, although some of the views of the freeway and the parking lots/backsides of buildings can be an eyesore, but the floorpans are spacious.

Two weeks in and so far its been pleasant. Management has been responsive to my concerns. No need to complain about the issue at this time since they are handling my request. Renters, however, need to clean up after their pets!

I have lived at SHL for a couple of years now and I truly love calling this place home. It's a beautiful property in a great location with an incredible maintenance staff who always keep everything looking wonderful and maintained. Sawyer Heights is a wonderful apartment community. The apartment complex and grounds are maintained well and the staff is awesome!! The location is ideal for commuting and the surrounding businesses are ideal for shopping and social purposes.

The area is great and very convenient to everything. Staff does not communicate well. Always having to follow up with them, they do not communicate with you on any issues or they say they dont know. Staff when I first moved in was amazing dont know what happened.

Up to this point I have enjoyed living at Sawyer Heights Lofts. There is one person in the office that is a little deliberate about getting things taken care of when asked. Other than that we are really happy with the place we have chosen to live.

The noise from the highway is not ideal considering the pretty penny you pay. I wouldnt recommend if you want to get a good nights rest. Or maybe invest in a really good set of ear plugs. That might help.

Always quick and efficient to complete any maintenance requests, and the staff is alwaysn a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely recommend living at Sawyer Heights Lofts. Residents are always informed of what is happening at the Lofts, and it really feels like home.

I have lived here for more than a year and have no intentions of moving as long as rent remains affordable. The management and office personnel are personable and prompt to respond and correct any complaint. My experience here has been very pleasant except for my neighbors above me who are never rackingly noisy. They sound like cyclops on the move day and night.

This is an ideal location managed by demon spawn. The management company itself is one thing, some of the individuals are sadomasochist, with their only purpose in life is to be able to tell someone off or threaten them with legal action while they smile smugly and feel they are in control. I have lived in apartments for the last 10 years, and I can easily say this place takes the cake in embodying the absolute worse in humanity when it comes to business. Note that I have lived here 2 years, and this is an informed opinion after several incidents, most recent of which is the irresponsible actions taken by management during the COVID-19 social distancing period.

All very good aside from occasional difficulty getting staff to clean the grounds, inside and out when dog urine ect shows up in the halls. Nice rooms, decent staff, they will lie and tell you that you are allowed to park in target because of an agreement they have, but target will tow you and deny this. All else is just fine here

I would recommend this apartment only if they had a guaranteed parking spot on the second level and an apartment on the front side of the building. The traffic is much louder than I expected. I have not yet participated in any of the community events the apartment puts on.

Great community and property. Could use a mild face lift in the unit but overall experience is very enjoyable and feels safe. Great location near stores and restaurants, plus on the bike trail that has a lot of activity.

I have been extremely unsatisfied in the staff and execution of service issues. My shower door was shattered while I was at work and it has been communicated to me that I have to pay for the invoice. I find this ridiculous considering there have been multiple security issues and the shattered shower was not my fault or anyone in my apartments fault. The front office did not ask any clarifying questions on the incident and it took over a month to replace leaving me and my roommate to share a bathroom in that time.

Its was a great experience! There are definitely areas that need improved but over all it is a good place to live. The motorcycle storage need to be re evaluated, the community should be able to vote what our events are.

Nice complex in a great area within walking distance to a lot of places/activities. The front office staff is very helpful and the cost is reasonable for the area. I really like the apartment units layout and they have nice amenities. It is within a busy retail center so there is some traffic congestion, especially on the weekends but its manageable. Just be attuned to vehicles, bikes, and pedestrians.

Great location with many restaurants in walking distance. Target is also right across the lot. Tameka is nice in the leasing office. Garage elevator has been out for 3+ months. Maintenance should also place note or notice on outside of apartment doors to notify owners returning home that they are inside.

I really love living here! The staff are so helpful and the maintenance staff are timely in the repairs. The shops are excellent and in walking distance. I just love living here at Sawyer Heights Lofts Apartments. I am minutes from downtown.

I've been dealing with BS from the management office since the first of August 2019. It is now the end of November 2019. I've had issues with noise from the upstairs neighbors since then. It is obvious that management doesn't care and has no intention of doing anything about, despite the fact that I have documented issues for months. Just know that if you have an issue at the property, NO ONE CARES. Their only offer to remedy the situation has been to either let me out of my lease or give me $500 to move to another apartment when they have one available. This is a documented noise complaint, in violation of Houston City ordinances, filed with the police, and THEY DON'T CARE. The manager has ZERO resident relations abilities and dumps everything on her leasing agents who are lovely but have no authority to do anything. Traffic is becoming a nightmare in this neighborhood as well. There are three other projects being developed in this area right now. Why would you choose this one when the others will be offering rent deals and have better management? Greystar is subpar, to say the least.
