When we told the front about our maintenance incident we did not feel like there was much concern. No one even apologized to my roommate and seemed to miss the principle of what had been done to us. We moved in because we had a great experience with Tameika and our friends who live here said it has been good. Unfortunately we havent interacted with her since and the ones we have interacted with have been subpar since we moved in.

Overall a nice place to live. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is very Convenient to commute downtown. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and responds to maintenance issues in a timely manner.

I have enjoyed living here for the most part. I pay a lot in rent and I don't have to even change lightbulbs. The leasing staff and the maintenance staff are lovely people. However, I have a MAJOR complaint about the recent tenants that have moved in upstairs and the amount of noise they make at all hours and the fact that management has done NOTHING about it since the first of August when I began complaining. The incompetent manager with no resident relations skills will now no longer even make eye contact or speak to me. The leasing agents have been as helpful as they can be but are powerless. I have complained to the manager's manager in Corporate at Greystar who has also done NOTHING as of this date. They have my money and they don't care because I'm tied in to a lease. I have complained more than 30 times in the past two+ months. I have called the courtesy offices more than two dozen times. NO ONE CARES. I have not had a night's sleep since August 6th 2019. Don't live here. They don't care about you, they just want to cash your damn checks.

Overall I am new to the apartment complex. Everything seems nice but the noise from the traffic is there on the 3rd floor but its not something you notice with a TV on and doesnt keep you up. The parking is tight and can be a little annoying

Security has always been an issue, google reviews shares the different issues in the community and end up finding out by ourselves after several cars including ours where vandalized. Storage rooms have been forced to be opened. No changes to the storage locker neither.

Signing for a third time so that has to be something. First time I even signed twice. Look forward to another year here. Maintenance has always taken care of issues and done it quickly. Staff is nice and works with you.

Outstanding staff and exceptional location and amenities . Living so close to the Heights/downtown and washington ave makes everything really convenient. The community is well maintained and has excellent amenities especially the pool and library space.

So far, my experience at sawyer heights lofts has been very enjoyable. The staff makes accommodations for residents, maintenance is impeccable, and rent is reasonable. Only areas of improvement would be to improve the elevators.

My apartment community overall is good. The apartments themselves are a great value for the area and the size. The complex is close to the heights as well as many eateries and groceries (target, Walmart, sprouts, and Kroger). However, my concern with the complex is the rules and regulations in regards to the apartment community standards and parking. I feel as if there is not enough people held accountable for their actions. I fear of getting in an accident every time I drive in the garage. People fly in there and there is not enough margin for people to act carelessly. I've already scraped the side of my car while trying to avoid someone while going around the corner. If the garage was monitored better and people were held accountable I would feel more at ease. The amenities are nice. There are a lot of spaces you can work or just relax in. I just think the complex is a little dated in comparison to the apartments communities in the surrounding area. I do enjoy the fact that there is a path from the complex leading into the heights and down to Houston Street. It makes it very convenient to go on a run or bike ride. Overall I enjoy living here, but I do hope some changes are made in the near future so the complex runs even smoother and ensures people want to live here and stay here

I enjoy living in the apartments unfortunately because Im never home I dont get to utilize the amenities but if I did and when I do I enjoy it throughly. Everyone is helpful at the complex and I am very pleased with that.

I never want to leave! I've been living in HOU for the las 9 years and living at Sawyer Heights has been the best! Management is very accommodating with servicing my apartment around my dog, which is awesome!

Fun place to be. I really enjoy the location and the easy access to get into the building. Its very quiet here and I take full advantage of the amenities here at sawyer. Staff is fun and very nice, Im glad Ive chosen this facility.

Love the staff! Super helpful! The community is so nice and is cleaned daily! The trash pickup is so convenient and is always picked up on time. The dog run and areas around the building are well maintained. The location of the building is wonderful!

I like living at Sawyer Heights Lofts. The location of Sawyer Heights Lofts is local to a lot of restaurants a ton of bars in the heights ,washington and midtown as well as shopping. Sawyer Heights Lofts also has wonderful staff!

Beautiful complex with kind staff. I enjoy the convenient location, but do with the parking garage had wider lanes and more handicap spots. As a tenant with handicap plates, it can be difficult to find a spot sometimes that works with my limitations. Perhaps if we had the option at least to apply for a reserved handicap spot that could be helpful. Just a thought.

I'm very upset about the noise that some neighbor puts his music loud and for many complaints that we put. they solve nothing. we are tired of hearing music and even with evidence they do nothing. as it is possible that other people who have made noise 3 times have taken them out .. It does not make sense to call if they do not do anything.

Absolutely great location and very responsive front office staff. Lots of lovely and convenient amenities. Some neighborhood safety issues when I first moved here 18 months ago, but they seem to have been addressed now.

the community overall is nice. the place is always clean. the apartments facing I-10 are EXTREMELY noisy. it is almost impossible to sleep at night with all of the noise from the highway. the trucks and cars can be heard directly in the bedroom all the way to the closet and in the restroom. the windows are insufficient to block the noise.

It has been great thus far. The staff is friendly and professional which is a breathe of fresh air. Tameika was friendly and professional from my initial visit throughout the leasing process and currently as a resident. The same goes for all the staff in the front offices.
