overall good. there has been an abandoned car on the 6th floor fo the parking garage that i brought to the attention of the office in January '18. it is taking one of the limited number of covered/nonassigned spaces. i was told in April they were taking steps to get it removed, but it is still there

I totally recommend living at Sawyer Heights Lofts. The security to get into the building is excellent, I feel very safe. The lofts are kept in excellent condition and the grounds are beautiful. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly, I appreciate how they make me feel special. Thank You!

Overall it it not a bad place to live. I wish they would do a better job of keeping the entire grounds cleaned on a more frequent basis. Outside the common areas at the front office, its hard to tell these are "luxury" apartments. Especially in the parking garage and elevator. I also wish they would require wrist bands for the pool and do "checks". There entirely too many people at the pool congregating in groups. This would help reduce people who do not live here from coming onto to the grounds which I have witnessed multiple times.

always a pleasure. the office staff members are always friendly and helpful, they know their residents. any time we have needed help with packages, or anything in general, they are always responsive. I lost my key fob once, didn't realize it until I came back home and couldn't get in the door. I retraced my steps in my mind and remembered tossing the trash on my way out. I went to the dumpsters and one of the maintenance guys was there and cheerfully went through the dumpster to help me. and sure enough the fob was inside an amazon prime box I had tossed. he went over and above to help.

I love the fact that the facility is very dog friendly. However the upkeep of the dog-run area is a mess. Its constantly full of mud and dog poop (which is a problem of residents not picking up after their pets, but just hard to avoid to navigate and truly enjoy the area). I wish the dog run was updated so that more people could utilize/enjoy it. Safety also is a very big concern here. Residents are constantly getting their cars broken into and I get nervous walking in the garage early in the morning when I go to work.

Love these apartments, I never want to move! I have lived here for 4 years and the staff is very friendly. The environment is great for young professionals who enjoy going to the pool and using the amenities. I highly recommend these apartments.

At first glance, the place is great. After living here for a few months I noticed that the office team is terrible at responding to safety concerns. There is always an issue with the gate entry to the garage, constant reports/complaints about theft in the garage and vehicles being vandalized. The barely sends out incident reports, but when they do nothing is changed even though the memo states there will be increased security. It does not feel safe at Sawyer Heights, and myself and other residents have decided not to renew our leases due to the feeling of not being safe.

Can't beat the location, especially if you work downtown but don't want to live there, have a dog, like biking trails, and/or prefer to do your shopping on foot. A number of useful stores are just outside the door. The community has the usual amenities, but the library is a mark of distinction. The complex is next to a shopping mall, and in the five years that I lived there, the traffic on the road outside the complex got progressively heavier.

This complex is beautiful, pet friendly, and extremely convenient. There is shopping, entertainment, and bike trails within walking distance. Security is a huge problem though, specifically in the garage. Cars are broken into regularly - including mine.

I’ve only been living in this great community for 3 weeks and I can only express my 1’000,000% satisfaction, great staff very friendly, professional and ready to take care of whatever issues you may have and always with a smile on they’re face. Overall experience....GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

28 cars were broken into on the 6th floor last night INSIDE the garage. And that's counting shattered windows alone, not even counting forced entry break ins, OR the other floors. My car has been broken into countless times, and the management has done nothing to help prevent the problem. The gates to the garage are left open all night allowing easy access to whoever wants to come in. Then, when do you file a report, the management does nothing to get back with you about resolutions or how they are going to fix the problem. I HIGHLY recommend looking for somewhere else to call home. This barely touches the surface of my issues with Sawyer Heights Lofts

So far it’s been great, would like a notice sent out to residents on the ground floor to please be more respectful in terms of noise after 10pm. Aside from that I have no complaints and I’m enjoying my time here.

I would highly discourage anyone from living here. Cars are broken into in the parking garage on a regular - DAILY basis. Nothing is ever done by management to secure their tenants safety. Police are regularly being called to the apartment for one reason or another. The maintenance people are pretty awful too. It'll take them 6 days just to replace a lightbulb. The management is a complete joke as well. I've seen very large rats roaming the parking garage as well as the first floor. I have yet to find one on other floors but it's only a matter of time. There are way too many decent apartments in the area FAR better than this one. Look elsewhere!!

Good experience overall over the short time I've lived here. There has been a challenge with maintence arriving in a timely manner to fix things and some challenge with the call box but otherwise things have been good, property seems to be maintained well considering this is a larger complex and it's great to be right on the trails!

The Property Manager sucks! Worst Customer Service!!!! I went to the office to speak to someone about renewing my lease and she was yelling at one of her employees. The service here has not been the same since she got here!! You never see her walking or tending to us as her residents. She is always too busy to help! I will not be staying here any longer!

My husband and I have lived here since July 2015. Sawyer Heights is a great place to live. We have had no problems since we have moved in. During the hurricane we were very lucky to not experience any flooding or damages to our apartment ! The staff is wonderful!!! I want to specially thank the maintenance supervisor not sure what his name is but, he was out during the rain checking the property and was super helpful. If we have a problem with the apartment, maintenance is here to take care of the problem within a timely manner. The complex has a lot of amenities for the residents. Overall a great place to call home!

Karmyn at the front office is the best! The pool can be a little loud at times, but if you have an apartment that doesn't face it, the noise is better. Fast response for repairs. The parking garage is slightly cramped, the street gets busy and the runners on the trail block the road sometimes. But overall, this place is comfortable to live.

I have been a resident since 2014 and I love the impressive maintenance service provided here. The place is kept clean and I never wait long to have my apartment repairs taken care of. The gentlemen are always so courteous. I love that I can walk to the store if I need to and I can enjoy the delicious food when the food truck is here! Great place to stay!! Highly recommend it!

Management is very responsive, which is terrific. Facilities are well maintained. Apartments are great. Noise is never an issue, as we are by a quiet courtyard. The only downside is when other tenants are messy in the hallways and elevators. I love that the place is pet-friendly; I'd love it more if my neighbors all kept their dogs on leashes when they are in the building and clean up after them in the hallways.

I've lived here for about 4 months now, and everything has been pretty great so far! The apartments next to you don't share a wall with you so I never worry about hearing my neighbors. I only had one time in the summer with loud noise being an issue, but that was from the pool (and I mean it was summer). I live on the fourth floor (top floor) so I can't really speak for how great the ceilings are with foot stomping on lower floors. They have a nice gym and lounge area (with free starbucks coffee and hot chocolate maker) and the pool is really nice as well because it has a bench in the pool that wraps all the way around so there's always a spot to just lay and lounge. The staff are also great. From the maintenance guy to the front desk ladies, everyone is very nice and they do a great job of making sure you're happy and taken care of. Also, bugs (so far) have not really been an issue at all (thank God); however, I did find two small lizards about 2 inches long over the first two months here, but nothing else since. The location is great, it's literally walking distance from chick fil a, target, and a whole bunch of other shops. They also have a different food truck parked in front of the complex on Thursday's so that's always nice and convenient as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.
