Sun Blossom Apartments, located in a great location; is closed to Restaurants, schools, shopping... I have currently been living in this complex for 5 years, although the Management it has changed for 3 times, they are always very friendly and respectful, not to mention the maintenance team they all are very friendly and attend quickly when there is a problem in the apartments. What I don't like at all is the parking area, from the moment you enter the property you have to drive carefully because the road has too many holes. The community is quiet except from some neighbors that don't care and do noise during midnigth.

Too noisy, neighbors not considerate, children very loud, scream, shout, okay with ball, bikes, they don't care if people are walking, they run in to people. Neighbors slam doors, yell, scream, fight, smoke, make noise all day long, floors dirty, they never clean, broom or anything. Etc etc etc

The complex I moved from 6 years ago was a real dump, so moving to Sunblossom was a much appreciated change in level of pride taken on the property. Since moving in, I've upgraded units, and now on a different area of the community, have noticed the condition of the grounds and structures decline. The whole place could use a pressure washing and paint job (it has to have been decades since the last one). The property needs a little love and investment from the parent company. Not really sure what can be done about hoodlums with loud exhaust cars revving at all hours of the night, but management refuses to take action and contributes to the decline I've experienced at this property.

Used to love it here

Used to be great place to stay. Changed owners, and now its loud and your amazon or other delivery items disappear. No parents supervising even at the pool now. Always screaming kids. Used to be so quiet. Miss that.

I've said it before every time I've filled one of these surveys out. This community has a lot of potential, but it falls short in the communication department. I never know when my work orders are actually complete, and they seem to take multiple days and attempts to complete. I've notified the leasing office about the unfinished ceiling above my patio. I've notified the leasing office about an unspecified knocking in my ceiling which Jose thinks might be a water leak. I would just really appreciate an email update or a voicemail letting me know that they've heard my feedback, take it seriously, and will maybe fix it in the future. It's a large community with several buildings. I get it. It's busy, but one email or voicemail doesn't take too long.

I have lived here for over 3 years and for the most part, it has been fine. However, there are times when the water is intermittently turned off or there is no hot water. The worst experience I ever had was when my car was towed with no notice from the office. They placed a sticker on my car which could not be seen from my apartment and never notified me by phone, email or with a door notice. This cost me money that I had borrow to get it back. There was sticker on my car, so they knew I lived there. Otherwise, my experience here has been okay.

Residents' moral qualities are too bad,, some seems disabled or let children to throw away the rubbish, put them on the surrounding grounds of the dumpster. There was no porter when I moved here , there was animal droppings behind my car, office employee thought of cleaning them not her job, so I cleaned them by myself, then I drove out.

My boyfriend and I have lived in Sunblossom at Woodlake for almost 4 years now! Throughout our time here management has been so helpful, especially Allyson, Yvette, and Samyra! Anytime we need repairs, their maintenance team is on the job immediately and gets it done swiftly! The community is lively with many families and children (a huge plus as this proves safety within the community!!), yet quiet and quaint during the night. We have really enjoyed living here as its easy, affordable and just perfect for our living means.
