I have lived here for five years and I love it! I love the peacocks and the environment on the property. The maintenance always fix work orders quickly and the office staff answers my emails promptly.

I really enjoy living here. Any maintenance request I've ever had is always done so promptly. The staff works very hard to keep everyone happy and satisfied. I've never had an issue while I've been here.

This is a great complex located near everything and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The maintenance staff is great and do a great job. They offer lots of community events that are fun. I plan on living here for a long time

Limpio los jardines el personal de oficina muy educados,los de mantenimiento hacen bien su trabajo,solo falta pintar las agarraderas de las escaleras ,tener m?s cuidado en la entrada de autos hay demasiados hoyos

It was great in the beginning but the upkeep has declined over time. Fewer maintenance people has caused this decline. Too many email restating the same things over and over with no real solution other than community fines.

I enjoy living here at SunBlossom at Woodlake. You cant ask for anything more! The office staff is very nice. They have been here a long time, and know the property inside & out. Everything is close by.

Love living here!
Staff is super friendly, maintenance is timely and they do a good job. I love all the events, I get to meet my neighbors and you can tell staff really puts effort into them. The grounds are beautiful, especially the new deck. Just signed a new lease!

Office staff is kind and responsive. Community is quiet and friendly. Apartments are spacious. Washer dryer, covered parking and fenced outdoor space is very nice. Lush plantings in garden area are beautiful.

The staff has always been very helpful for any issue that I have. The grounds are kept beautifully and events are planned for gatherings to meet your neighbors or not, to be decided by you. I plan to renew my lease.

I am happy with the washer and dryer that is provided with the apartment unit. A lot of new appliances have been put in and generally I think it is an improvement to see some of the greenery removed because it was a little too much. I think they are interested in trying to please everyone. I hope the workout room will be fixed soon. We waited a long time for new equipment and apparently some people did not respect it and made the shut down happen. One person can mess it up for everyone. Please know we work hard to pay for rent and amenities and whoever is messing it up for everyone - if you had to pay for it you wouldn't mess it up.

I'm a longtime resident and love it here! The community is friendly and respectful. The property is quiet and restful. The grounds are clean and manicured. Both pools are beautiful and and our "Clubhouse" has everything you could possibly want. The office staff are professional, kind and understanding. And the maintenance staff are fantastic! I rarely need anything, but a small part on my refrigerator needed replacing. The problem was addressed promptly and when I checked, it looked like I had a brand new kitchen! The area is convenient for anything you could want. Great shopping, fine dining or coffee shops. Centrally located, we have access to all major freeways. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT SBWL! I think I'll sit on my balcony and chill for awhile now :p)

The community is very nice, area is really good close to everything. The only downfall is the many, many stray cats and they are everywhere. I haven't been able to use the pool because of the cats I am allergic to cats.

I regret ever moving here.
One of the worst experiences of my life. It looks like Mr. Pibb comes thru the faucet every day when I turn it on. Screaming children run around outside all day without supervision. Potholes abound in the parking lot. Rent goes up every single time it's up for renewal. Feels like I am paying for Boardwalk but living on Baltic Avenue.

Nightmare
an hour ago NEW DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Day 3 of living here my bedroom closet flooded from the upstairs neighbors “patio”. It looks as if there may have been previous water damage based on the ceiling and the squishy feeling of the wood floors. The second issue I’ve experienced is I was given a made up address as my mailing address and told by Allyson “I don’t know what to tell you” when I advised that the internet company cannot find the address or unit. The property manager sat there & said absolutely nothing. This place has been a complete nightmare. Take your money elsewhere. The property team is by far the worst. They do not communicate, they do not address serious concerns. I’ve lived here all of 3 weeks & it has been one of the worst experiences ever. I was threatened by a tenant above me, the office has not addressed or acknowledged this. The police were involved! They do not care for anyones safety, all they are looking for is money. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT RENT. The units are thrown together by a tooth and nail. It’s ran down, the property lots are full of potholes. The neighbors do not respect your peace. There's a mold issue! They will try to offer you a move in special to get you in the door and leave you lost, stuck and confused. I’ve made a total of 3 noise complaints and Allyson told me to “deal with it”. This is by far the worst property I’ve been in!

Since I moved to this property I never had any problem with any resident generally this place is Peaceful and the management is really cool and careful about residents , at the time of the renovation new prices are rasonable

This is my first apartment ever and I love it! No noisy neighbors, it's Affordable, the staff is very nice and helpful! when I moved in, it was clean! Maintence guys are always helpful and nice when I see them

Before moving in, I asked several times about the appliances in the apartment because they looked old. I was assured Many times that all appliances were updated within the past 2-5 years. After moving in, I found out most of the appliances were 10+ years old. The refrigerator broke and I lost all of my food. Instead of replacing it, they came in three times to fix it while I continued to lose food over the course of the next month. Eventually they replaced it with a fridge that was full of dust, cracks, and had missing pieces. The excuse for giving me false information was that "We don't actually know how old any of the appliances are." I was also told after my fridge broke that "We don't replace old appliances unless they're totally broken." To sum up, I was misled by false information and when that came to light they did everything they could to not have to deal with it. How can anyone care about the community they live in if the community doesn't care about them?

Sun Blossom Apartments located at S Gessner Rd., is a quiet and peaceful place to live. Big Apartments, big kitchen, and closets. Green areas, gym, swimming pools. One of the things I really like the most is Office & Maintenance Staff, they really know the meaning of Customer Service.

I feel safe here, neighbors are friendly. The office staff and maintenance staff are nice! Walking distance to Randall's, walgreens and several food places.. when the weather is nice we walk to the store.
