Management is very very unprofessional. Maintenence is not done properly or in a timely fashion some residents have chosen to move out. Parking lot has massive holes, many stray cats run around marking up vehicles. Workout room as amenity but NO working equipment for YEARS!

So far everything's been great living at Sunblossom. The staff is so friendly and my move was very easy! The landscaping is beautiful here, and the pools are well kept. The community is nice and I love my new place. The brick wall sold me :)

The front office is nice & respectful. Too many issues with water being turned off constantly and the standing water in the master bathtub. Noise level is not an issue and parking is good. Remind neighbors to pick up after their pets.

Great experience so far in a little over a month of me staying here. Quiet complex and the neighbors I've come across are very friendly. The staff is very welcoming. Only downside is the gym is currently closed.

Pretty good staff, maintenance is pretty good. Me and my family have been there for nearly 2 years and really no problems. Visitor parking is rough but overall parking for residents is good. But the biggest issues are the CATS!!! Community CATS!!!! They poop EVERYWHERE! People leave food out for them and they pee all over cars

We just renewed our lease. We are very pleased with our apartment. Staff and management make all the difference. They are engaged, courteous, responsive and enthusiastic. Management encourages a sense of community, with daily communication via email about maintenance and safety issues on the property, and a monthly social. The amenities - fitness center, business center and entertainment areas are well furnished and maintained. Noise levels are such that we don't hear our neighbors, and are not generally aware of hallway traffic.

I love this place!! So quite and peaceful.. I like that at night all the lights are on so you can walk around with your pets at any time also there's always little bags for your pets poop .. lots of parking space.

The best aspect of this apartment complex is the maintenance. Without fail, you get a response to any repair request the same day, sometimes within an hour or so. Even though the recent freeze affected the landscaping, genuine efforts are being made to enhance and replace the plants and shrubs that were damaged. Every Friday a whole crew of people descend upon the property and totally conduct maintenance of the grounds. The property is an older complex, but it has charm and character. The location alone justifies living here.

I really like living here. It feels like "home". Theres a great community vibe and thats hard to achieve during the pandemic. I moved in during the height of it. The staff does a great job of keeping you informed of current situations, events etc thru email and notices We have gone thru the winter storm and Covid and neighbors reached out to check on ea other during both. Of the 5 complexes Ive lived at, this one has the best community feeling. I have finally found a place I want to stay. Many people have lived here for yrs. Some have gone away, only to return Neighbors interact and look out for ea other. They make you feel welcome. The office adapted to Covid and still held many community activities ..like Zoom bingo, food truck nights w/ raffle drawings. The staff also lives here so its their community too which works out great. You would never know it though as they also do a very good job at giving you your privacy and keeping work/home separate . It is an older property, but they work very hard on the upkeep and for the price you pay you get a lot of space, huge patio, washer dryer in every apt. I looked at many many places . Sunblossom gives you the best bang for your buck, BUT is also a good place to live. The last place I lived gave you the bang, but was an awful community. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of the day of or day after I have submitted and they have done a very good job. The office staff also responds quickly to emails, messages or concerns you have. They dont ignore you. You never are told to call corporate, etc. If you are looking for an affordable, safe, neighborly community, move here. Its not fancy and its an older property, but it more than makes up for it in other areas and you feel at home.. which for me is more important than a coffee bar or dog washing station. Ive never written a positive review for an apt and this is the 1st time Ive wanted to.

I have been a resident of SunBlossom at Woodlake for almost 2 years now, I can say that they are by far one of the best apartment complexes in Houston. I am very pleased in recommending this place to everyone I know. The leasing and maintenance staff are professional, caring and always ready to do whatever it takes to make sure their residents are pleased and satisfied. My maintenance requests are always completed as soon as possible. Whenever I have a problem and I send a work order request through resident portal, they always make sure they resolve it in the best manner. They do have a follow up procedure as well for their maintenance request to make sure that the resident is satisfied with the work done for them. The rent price is very fair and reasonable for all that you getting honestly. The grounds, swimming pools are pretty well kept. The most important thing about this apartments complex is that its quiet, secluded and safe place to live.

We took a tour of the property today and loved it. We looked at the model and it was so well decorated. I was surprised to find out that the model is the smallest unit they have because it was so roomy and had so much space. I got to talk to Milagro who was part of the maintenance staff she was so nice. I am looking forward to moving here.

maintenance often leaves mess to clean up and is not diligent about foot coverings or wearing masks when in home. Garbage pick up does not meet the need of this community and creates a real eyesore and health hazard

Sunblossom @woodlake is good community with easy accessible to westheimer road and all the business are near by. Buildings are old and as a resident I am expecting they need to do the yearly maintainance .

Complex is centrally located near everything you need in Houston. Grounds are kept up weekly and the staff is helpful not to mention the maintenance team is knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this complex!

This is a pretty quiet neighborhood, which the occasional wake up calls from the peacocks next door. When we put a service request they are completed in a timely manner. We really enjoy the tropical look of the complex and the closeness to major areas in Houston and Katy.
