Great place to live. People are nice Maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly I have not had that many maintenance issues. The internet is very fast . The only negative thing i can think of is having to go all the way around the community to get to my apartment

Since moving in, my time at SunBlossom has been better than expected. I have been living here for a full month as of this review, and I am enjoying it. The staff has been responsive to my repair requests and courteous with my questions. The property grounds are well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly. The only major problem I have experienced thus far is a massive cockroach infestation shortly after moving in (they were likely there before I moved-in). Even though it took several weeks to resolve, the office staff were prompt in sending a pest specialist to spray and lay traps to curb the infestation. Now, the cockroaches have nearly vanished within the expected timetable. A good response considering just how hard it is to get rid of cockroaches at all! All-in-all, I'm glad I moved here for the next year.

So far, it is great! It could be improved a bit. The office staff is a bit difficult to reach but once you do your needs are filled promptly. The property itself is so awesome. Beautiful atmosphere with all of the plants and trees. It's so well lit at night we feel extremely comfortable walking our dog at night. Maintenance is rather good. Getting the move in check list resolved has been a chore, but it is too early to start complaining. Thanks.

For the most this is a quiet community. Great location has access, almost immediate (in a 3 mile radius) to Walmart, Target, AMC, many Restaurants, Dentist's, Doctor's, Parks, Schools, etc. Apartment Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Covered Parking is a Plus.

Very nice beautiful landscape. Staff is very friendly. Work orders are done on time. There is no wait to speak to management there on top of the community making sure everything is good for there residents. I love living here. Very quiet nobody bothers you. No complaints about the community, very friendly. It can get extremely noisy at night with the street traffic. The dumpster area could use some TLC. Pot holes in the parking areas could be fixed & the gym could use some speed in production. Other than that this place is a pretty quiet community, friendly staff, & easily accessible to fun down the street.

Have lived at Sunblossom for nearly three decades. Great location, lovely grounds and a staff that wants you to be happy. There are problems to be sure. The driveway around the property is a disaster but this is an older property and most problems are quickly tended to as is humanly possible. But being older, the apartments are spacious with very practical floor plans. Did I mention the lovely grounds?

I just wanted the residence of sun blossom to Beware of the Criminal they have working where they live office staff is fully aware of who they have working and living next to you a criminal with an extensive criminal record from drugs to evading arrest and Theft and the list goes on you can find the report on him at your district clerk website he's currently a porter, who was on drugs methamphetamine who admitted to me that his boss office manager knows everything about him so even the manager knows what kind of criminal he has working with for him so please beware and be cautious of your surroundings. Oficce manager, also threatened him if I did not take down this post down he would lose his job.. Nice. Company to work for.

Ive been a resident for about four years. Management has done a great job working with me and they have addressed maintenance requests within a timely manner. My neighbors are quiet. The grounds are kept up every week and they are doing new landscaping. They have added Comcast and att high speed internet. The complex has improved a lot since I have been living here. For the price, this has been the safest and most spacious apartment I have had since I have been living in houston. Tile floors, dishwasher, and washer dryer are in the units. The office is friendly and personable and this for sure will be the last apartment I will live in until I'm ready to make the transition to a home.

I honestly like the staff (Steven and Chad). I lived here for quite sometime and I had my car broken into, my apartment burglarized in 2013 by unknown person during daylight hours while I was at work. They use an tool to break in through front door. My front door had to be replaced. The only reason I stayed is because it's a convenient location, leasing staff great and low reasonable rent that barely goes up. The cons are: cats everywhere fighting at night, dogs ---- everywhere, no security, the front entrance gate remain open everyday(any unauthorized person can get in), mailbox are 1000 years old, the walkway to apartments are dirty(floors need paint job) and again exit/entry gates never work always open for all to enter. The pros: good location, lots of trees, washer/dryer in unit, reasonable price and leasing staff are very nice and accommodating. I wish they would get security and invest in new entry/exit really safe if everyone is allowed to come in.

I have lived here for over ten years and have had nothing short of an absolute pleasant experience here. I feel so blessed and so grateful that this was my first apartment post-college and that I still call home. It is very quiet, laid-back, and the office staff is extremely helpful when it comes to questions/maintenance (they only have ONE phone number). We have quarterly pest-control treatments, door-to-door trash pick-up on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and I can honestly say that I feel like I'm getting the best deal ever on my apartment based on it's square-size & location in Houston. Did I also mention that they are extremely pet friendly and extremely flexible? Awesome place to live. Highly recommend :)

I have been living here for 4 months and love it. They are redoing the roofs right now so lots of construction going on. They are also painting the complex so it shows that they are fixing this place up and making it look nice. The office staff is always willing to help when I need it. I love using the club house for get together a with friends and the office will let tow company that there is a get together going on so they will not tow until it's over. If your looking for a place to live that is located in a great place and at a great price this is the place for you. The office staff is the greatest.
