The Place Apartments: I like the location, apartment and property amenities, and the price is fair. The office staff and maintenance are polite and professional. I have lived on the property for a few years. My experience with neighbors has been good and I feel relatively safe walking about the complex.

Typically a decent place to live, seems maintence does not care when coming to preform maintenance checks. Staff is rude when contacting you for issue on THEIR behalf. Tried to get me to hand over my only key due to failure on their end to keep up with keys, called me a liar saying my door was locked repeatedly when I told them over and over my door handle is broken and no one showed to complete it just marked it as complete.

Maintenance has always been prompt in responding. For that reason alone I continue to stay. They are quick, friendly and courteous each and everytime. Other places not so much. It's like my own personal handyman lives here.

The maintenance crew is very good at what they do. They are very knowledgeable I also feel that 95% of my work orders are completed in a very timely fashion as long as I have lived here. I just kind of wish that they had assigned parking.

Very bad experience. Disappointed, rude and dishonest agent. The agent who gave me the rent amount gave me the wrong amount just so I can apply for the apartment . Even after showing them the rent amount he gave, they still didn't do nothing.

I don't know how authentic the good reviews are but I'm going to say I find it oddly a coincidence that my review on Google about this place with parking issue subsequently was replaced with a good review stating that the parking was good on the same day of leaving the review the apartment itself is all right it's better than most apartments that I've been to but when it comes to the parking just recently it started overflowing now I'm not saying this is a bad place to live but I'm not sure if the reviews of that are bad are being taken into consideration that would depend on management and enforcing the rules that they assigned.

I like the new management and are really helpful. This community has made lots of progress since I moved in here. I would definitely recommend to others because it's great! Parking isn't a problem, the only issue I have is my mailbox.

The apartments are good, staffing is good, and the communities good. I was told that my parlay would be renovated but still looked the same. I would make sure you don't get charged with renovation fees or costs.

I've witnessed 3 fires in my one year lease, a broken A/C that stayed broken for a whole 2 months TWICE, potholes every day never been touched and many people having altercations outside at night. This place has alot to work on and what's insane is most of my requests the 1st month of moving in where never fixed let alone the A/C.

There have been three fires since I lived here. I reported my smoke detector malfunctioning. They did not fix it. I had to disable it. They probably won't print this but that's the way my opinion is of the place

The office staff is very kind and courteous and keep open communication. The maintenance needs to be faster in responding to work orders, but they eventually get the job done. The apartment is laid out well so we can use the space efficiently.

Antonio is one of the friendliest people I've met in a while. I definitely recommend a tour of the facility with him. Very thorough tour and nicely renovated units that include washer/dryer or hookups. The property looks clean and well taken care of with great amenities. If I end up applying at this property, I will update my review with more info.

Nice place but management sucks. I have been without hot water for more than a month now. I can't even use my dishwasher cause it needs hot water to wash the dishes, I've been taking cold showers as well! This problem is getting old and it's getting to a point I'm going to start calling until it's fixed!

Will not recommend you living here. I been have issues with each apartment have been moved to. I was moved out of one apartment into another place with more issues then the first when the fire happen.

By far the worst move in experience. Ready to move out. Management (office) are unprofessional. They put me in an unsuitable unit. Wouldn't fix until I had to get the city involved. Threatened with eviction after it being their mistake
