Not much to say, the manger was told by maintenance of the issue we have with the water in the toilet. Hope to hear soon, that a plumber may be able to solve the problem. We have not heard anything as of yet.

Very bad experience, don't fix nothing or respond to you quickly apartment behind us flooded reported it was all most 4 hours before they responded to our emergency, there call system don't work cant talk to nobody.

The place is good. Just a lot of problems in the unic, First I had many things that I appointed and they never got fixed, several holes in the kitchen are wall, found ou a mouse was getting through it. Then roach infestation wich that still exists

They don't have a roach problem, but a little bit of an ant problem, which I'll take over roaches any day! Property is pretty clean, maintenance comes in a timely manner but does not do a good job completing work orders unless you are there to micromanage

We really liked the property. The leasing agents were friendly and helpful. The amenity fee (which at some complexes is sky high) is reasonable. And the apartments and grounds seem to be well kept. Overall, we had a great experience touring the community.

Great community and even better location where everything convenient is near by being that gyms, restaurants, gas stations, grocery markets and a lot more are in literal walking distance from the apartments. Besides some minor maintenance issues that can be easily resolved I've had no issues.

The place is a great place to live. The location is close to everything. Food stores, restaurants. Close to a major shopping center. Easy access to freeways. Not far from downtown. A great place to raise a faimily.

No working air for 3 months . Running continuously now high electric bill due. Awaiting follow up with management team for 2 weeks now . Stopped by the office weekly for assistance with no returned calls or further assistance that's needed with bill .

I like my community, just need to do better on processing things. It is quiet from morning until night, no extra mess. We are right by the freeways, easy to get somewhere; easy to get back home. We just to fix our apartment road around the apartments.

These apartments are built horrible you can hear everything management or crooks. It's very unsafe to fires two years in a row. The water is horrible. It's yellow. It's disgusting. I stay seven months didn't get a good washing machine only because the plumbing was horrible. Not the washing machine, the plumbing and they continue to send wash machine. I had a leak in the bathroom, absolutely nothing worked. It was a horrible experience management wanted to charge me $3000 to move to another unit. She was a horrible person.

So far it's been great, I've only encountered two weird incidents. I came home after moving in and there was a bag of trash in front of my door once and there were a couple of teenagers throwing rocks at the burned up unit (3737) and one of their rocks went over the building and landed on my lower level patio.

They're extremely slow dealing with maintenance issues, especially emergencies, such as the AC being out during the middle of the summer. And when you ask for a mew unit to replace the unit that have to be at least 20 years old, they will ignore that request and just order a part to replace on the very old unit. Since I've been here I've seen loads of tenants come and go with one complaint remaining constant and it's their lack of urgency when dealing with issues around the property. The only decent thing about this complex is the location but there are several apartments in the area and I have yet to recommend The Place to anyone looking for a new place to live.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at The place has been one of the most stressful experiences I have ever had. There is no safety when it comes to these apartments. The daily gunshots in the parking lot, constant police activity, and multiple break-ins, including to the mailroom, where residents mail was stolen. On top of the crime, the property is simply not maintained. There have been fires in the apartment complex, and instead of addressing residents safety concerns, management does the bare minimum. The unit I lived in had a roach infestation, repeated A/C breakdowns, and constant emergency and non-emergency maintenance issues that were never permanently fixed. My apartment even flooded 3 times in one week. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is unsafe, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the rent.

The last couple of years here has really been tough. The service are poor and it's hard to get things fixed. I have lived her for over 11 years with old out dated appliances. I use to love living here but now I am looking for a place to move that has better services.

Good location, plenty of places to shop and eat with in a few miles of the complex ,the grounds are kept up,property is mowed and edged on a weekly time, pool area kept clean, parking sometimes gets a little crowded but not often

Changes management often and find any ways to charge the resident extra

They charge you to have guests now 6 dollars a visit, they're slow to answer maintenance requests or don't do them at all then insist in you give them good reviews concerning these maintenance requests living here just feels like you've been robbed they're every leaders worst nightmare do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else
