Communication of this community is not good. The apartment was not ready to be moved into on move in day. Move in keys were not ready on move in day. Waited 5 days for mailbox keys and then had to ask for them again. Even then they still had to change mailbox lock. The staff needs better training and organization.

    Not a very good one. Never replaced my roach infested refrigerator nor dishwasher. Concierge package we pay for is a joke. Trash valet is inconsistent. Pay too much rent for inconsistent results. Dont do it!!

      Community is fine its the apartments they give a hard time barley answer the phone or even an email they took for ever to fix my celling then my ice machine was leaking terrible and they took forever now my AC

        I am not happy with the poor costumer service and maintenance service, also the laundry room is not working at all, and noone in maintenance or management does nothing about it! I am new in this apartment complex, and I like the area, but is making me regret living in here, is just really frustrating.

          I mean when we started off Rebecca was great and still is but after reading all the other reviews it just seems the maintenance is lacking communication skills even when we first moved in the apartment wasn't ready until the 3rd but we didn't think nothing much of it but now when we put service request there's no communication and we've been only here a month and that's the only downside I see with this apartment for now is the maintenance

              2 buildings have burned down at this complex. Office staff are friendly until they get you to sign a lease and then they dont give you the time of day. Constant issues with trying to get maintenance to do anything. Once maintenance was there, they seem to be fine and do half decent repairs, but it takes an act of god for office staff to actually get maintenance out.

                    Very poorly managed, staff does not fix anything and if they do it's months after the issue causing other issues would highly not recommend they will tell you in the office they are sending maintenance and they never show up I have been with air conditioning and a ceiling for 3 months now

                    Not good . Gotten worse throughout the years . This year and last has bern the worst experirnce ( since Caf Management ) took over it has not been good . I have been complaining about neighbors above me for well over a year and to date nothing has changed . Same group of people 4-5 total living in one bedroom apt above me causing loud noise throughout quiet hours . This has been consistent has not stopped . Unfortunately, as a good tenant who has slways paid on time , i feel at a disadvantage and feel ignored by the staff .

                      It's very calm and the surroundings are clean, neighbors are super nice and friendly. Everyone is very much to themselves, no one is in anyone's business, car parking spots are always open by our apartment.

                        If I could RATE these Apartments zero I would I moved in at the beginning of 2025 in January and they told me I was going to receive my washer and dryer the day. I moved it never received my washer and dryer the day then I received my washer and dryer towards the middle of February because I had to stay on them about my washer and dryer. There was days where I had to call off from work miss Work to make sure they would bring my washer and dryer the people in the office would tell me you’re gonna get it this day so I would take off that day and wait and then never receive my washer and dryer . Another issue recently I have been without Ac for four days already and I called yesterday and I asked them can somebody come and look at my AC and this was around 12:00 PM and they said they were going to send somebody and never sent somebody so now I’m on my fourth day without Ac and I called the office again and ask them when will somebody come and look at my AC because it’s 87° in my apartment And she said well I don’t know because they are done by work orders and they have to be in order I believe it’s not right for somebody to go without Ac when they pay for Ac in their apartment and the amount that I pay for rent and bills I should not be without Ac ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS

                          Have lived here all together since 2000 and been through multiple management's throughout. CAF management has been the best so far except for management back in 2000. The community for the most part is fairly quiet.

                                  It's been great but recently upstairs neighbors have been playing music so loud it shakes my apartment. I spoke with them about it. They apologized?but on occasion they still continue to do it. It usually stops around midnight now.

                                    This was a bait and switch Had i saw the actual apartment i would not have signed. I am handicap and I was given apartment with stairs even though I was shown an apartment with no stairs. I was shown apartment that master bath had all components in one room. I was given apartment with sink in bedroom. Totally disappointed with apartment.

                                      It has been horrible when it comes to maintenance. Stay away. The staff is nice give them that but place is falling apart. Our apartment was given to us with many issues. Most of which have not been resolved. Been here for over 4-5 months now and not much progress.

                                            There are far more issues than any of the ones I'm listing here, and in fact I would just say that you should know every single negative review on here is 100% true to how it really is here. We have dealt with roaches, we have dealt with the extremely unhelpful staff. No one there knows what anyone else is doing. Management is passive aggressive and run office as if its a principals office and not leasing office. Changes need to be made immediately!
