It has a really great homey feel to it when you walk in , so unexplainable but it has that it factor my husband and I were looking for . The place is a good place to stay would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking.

Off my first view of this Complex, I was curious about how it looked. Once I decided to go and look at the one-bedroom apartment, the office helped me with all my questions. I hope everything is good when I move in

The office staff is very kind and helped me get moved in right away. My AC has went out twice this week due to the Texas heat and the emergency maintenance man has been out within a couple hours to fix it asap. Which has been nice and he's a kind guy named James! I really appreciate the one of the leasing offcials, Jamie, because she stayed after hours to help me get moved in to my apartment, this was my first time moving and I didn't know all the components of the process! Now for the not fun part?The apartment appeared clean when I moved in but my boyfriend suggested we do a deep clean anyways and I'm so glad he did. We swept and a bunch of dirt piled up. I swifted and went through 9 pads on just about 400 square feet! Then the mopping?. We mopped THREE times and the water still came out black. The fourth time the water was a little murky so we called a quits then. Vacuuming upstairs and shampooing the carpet made the apartment smell 8/10 times better. So all of this to say, the apartments are good but don't trust them when they say they cleaned - because they did not or at least not very well. So just to play it safe, I'd give your place a good rinse down! But besides that the location is great, a lot of middle schools and an elm in walking distance if you have kids. A plethora of restaurants and fast food less than a mile radius plus 3 groceries stores (target, Aldi, Kroger). It's a great location to be at and reasonable price for what you get!

Nice area and apartments maintenance just sucks super bad. They don't come fix anything. They are lazy and just ride or walk around doing nothing all day. If they would fix our stuff things would be ok.

Again I like the complex ,the area it's was clean on the outside , the price was good. I will live there, the mgmt was nice and kinda answer all my questions. She showed me a nice apartment and I like it I could call it my home

Driving up and looking at the property, you would think oh these look nice. Dont be fooled! They have done alot of remodeling to units within the past several months trying change the appearance and I'm sure increase the prices. I've been here since they were Camden, and they have gone so downhill! I thought this new management team CAF were coming in making some good changes, but after the outside paint was complete, nothing else has been done. We were supposed to see changes in these ridiculously high water bills, but according to our Lease it's allocated (look it up)! Trash! Getting anything fixed by Maintenance is a joke, it takes them 2 to 3 weeks to get to your order, then once they do show up, they just do patch work. Nothing is ever fixed properly! You pay for pest control, but I have yet to see anyone after several requests. They include Renters Insurance in yiur rent, but that only covers them and not your personal belongings. So you still have to keep a second coverage! You pay for Valet Trash, but there are nights they don't even pick up AND when do; they just pick up the trash from your door and throw it in the dumpsters on the property! Which are always overflowing and an eyesore. But you can't opt out of any of this!! The office is a revolving door. You can't build rapport with anyone. You can have a team on Monday, but next Monday it's a whole new team. Including Property/Assistant Managers. I could go on and on. This will definitely be my last year out here! And im someone who HATES moving! I would say just be mindful, ask questions, look at everything, I know prices have gone up, think about what your getting for the price.

There are small fixes that need to taken care of, but I have full confidence in the technicians to take care of my problems. I hope to continue to work with the Team to get all things fixed. Currently have a very loud AC. I hope we can do something about that.

This place called the place and it's really nice place the location it's perfect specially if you work in the mall and do not have license other than that the apartments need to update the AC equipment are super old in some apartments the stuff reacting really slow, barely communicate with you

Since new management took over it's been a nightmare front desk guy always has an attitude they take months to complete a work order but have a lot of maintenance guys all around the buildings something is not right

Aside from the potholes and the trash, piling up, I've had a wonderful stay here. Those are my only to complain! Maintenance gets done, I'm an orderly fashion, and everyone is very professional. I renewed my lease twice.

Awful experience ever. From being misled into signing contract to poor maintenance. I went 7 months without a light in my dining room. I had to install my own lock for my storage unit. Had to fix the sink from leaking on my own. Just so unprofessional here

Easy access to I-635, I-30 to Downtown Dallas & 20 E. Walking distance to Town East Mall and North Mesquite High School. Restaurant row across the street. Several Parks, Recreation & fitness areas to visit as well.

The leasing agent was amazing. My only problem is that how come if i had to pay $175 for move in you only take $125 and $50 was rejected. When all the money is in the bank. You dont even try to see was it a error on the bank nothing just automatic denied someone you approved the day before.

It's a very quite area .I have not had any problems with any of the tenants here i very Happy to come home from a long day at work, and if a have a problem that i can sumbit a repair request and its taken care of quickly. so im happy to call this my home.

I been here for 3 yrs and I never have any issues with no one Great community. always clean Office staff always available and great service. The area is very quiet. whe yo submit a request they always respond fast.

I moved in my apartment and it was not ready. I have being having problems since i been here. They tell you to contact the office nothing is done. I have been with out air all weekend. Talk to Chris and was insured that they would look at my air until nothing has been done. Ask to speak to Berry he was not available.

I feel like any review is premature because we just moved in. I know that the move in process was a little rocky due to miscommunication but we were still helped and moved in promptly. The condition of the apartment was as expected, we were just happy to be able to move in. If you want to be here long term then I suggest being in no rush to move in to give them adequate time fix the unit. Other than that the staff that I have met so far were nice and helpful. Again this review is premature.

When I first move year it was great community but over the years it kept changing management and it got worst. The office staff was horrible and took so long for maintenance to get done. This lasted management had been making a lot of changes but so far they have been great. When I submit maintenance request it gets done quick.

I was approved for the apartment February 1st move in date was supposed to be 2/24 they moved it to 3/1 and it still wasn't ready until the following week. Leaving me in a hotel room and having to put my belongings in a storage unit. 5 days in a hotel because my apartment wasn't ready

Bare minimum would be an overstatement for my experience here at the place. From the beginning it's been lack of accountability and disrespectful attitude from the staff. Saying it was the previous employees or property manager was the issue would not be true. There has been multiple changes in staff and property management and the same if not worse is experience is still present. When I signed the lease and paid my deposit on my unit I was promised a unit that was not given to me because the resident decided a week before I was to move in they were not leaving. Then the staff offered me a smaller unit on the second floor with less amenities for the same price. After 3 days of discussing solutions we finally came to an agreement that I would have to wait 3 weeks until another unit was ready . Which meant renting a storage unit and renting an Airbnb that my son and I would stay in until the unit was move in ready. Not a single apology was given . Now during Christmas time, a winter storm came by which is out of everyone's control. Pipes bursted and apartments flooded. We were without water for 4 days straight. The unit upstairs unfortunately had theirs pipe burst which caused the ceiling in my storage to collapse and water flooded into all my belongs and in my living room. All my items in storage were damaged my tv in my living room was damaged along with my entertainment center. Having to pay a deductible on my lease along with a hotel room for us to be comfortable for the weekend put me behind financially. I called a week before rent was due and asked the front office if I could be late ONE day if they could be willing to waive the late fee. They agreed and said they would put notes in my account so it could be waived. That did not happen and when I called a week later the staff was very rude dismissive and would not care to hear me out. They went as far as hanging up on me. I followed back up twice to get a manager on the phone and they would just happen to be out of office. I paid the fee. Now, it is March 14th 2023. The ceiling in my storage room is still damaged. I have not had anyone reach out to be to get that fixed. I see the property being worked on every single day but nobody has called me or emailed to give me an eta on it. Mold has grown on the wall. To move forward to the next issue . Last week I purchased a washer and dryer , this is the first time I have used the hookup. The faucet and pipe are now leaking through the wall. My bedroom carpet is completely wet now. Water is flooding in the apartment entrance. The whole apartment smells like mold . I have turned off the faucets and still have water leaking. Three maintenance request have been sent in . I have not heard back for over a week now from anyone in maintenance or in the front office. I don't understand what I need to do so I can just get them to come get the faucet fixed. I need a resolution for these issues as soon as possible. I don't think it is to much to ask to live in a unit that is not flooding and doesn't have holes in the ceiling .

It was good until all of the new changes. Different managers, and agents, different maintenance. The trash in the area is getting ridiculous, I've put in so many requests for the same issue Nobody came out to look at it or even bothered to call me. I did renew my lease for 6 more months because I'm still looking for a new home. But I am still paying rent here so it would be nice if they would consider my needs.

There are way too many huge dogs that exceed the pet weight limit and are aggressive towards people and other smaller dogs. My dog was attacked by an unleashed unsupervised dog in apt 2005. The dog owners do NOT pick up after their dogs and either does the property. Watch where you step.

Since CAF took over this property, getting maintenance request filled, has been a nightmare. There has been a lack of transparency and communication from management along with an abundance of lies. I do not fully trust the management staff at CAF management to the point where I had to contact the regional office about work orders that had long gone overdue. All I really want from my leasing office is truly communication and a staff that does the work and completes the work in a timely fashion. Hopefully the regional office gets more complaints about the management done here at the place apartments, so that change can happen.
