Apartment needs a lot of maintenance repairs , unit was not ready when moving in and still 3 weeks many issues ! Not even a month and out ac unit has stop working in the middle of the night and no maintenance to be reached !

    They don't have enough staff it shouldn't take a whole week and the agent that helped won't be back til next week but there are two others that could've helped me. Too many empty units that aren't ready. That says a lot about the property

      At first I loved it sense Ive been here it's been several new managements always different staffs in the office you tell them your problem come back to the office to see what could be done a different staff now you have to tell them about your apartment problems all over again nobody cares that's the vibes I'm getting.!!

        It has been horrible since I moved in. The apartment is roach invested, ants, and they do not complete work orders. Please do a walk through of the apartment you would move in before paying any money.

          The apartments in itself is nice, but a total lack of communication and the stagnation of the repairs have been frustrating as I've had several issues. I warn anybody who wants to be in these apartments to inspect it carefully and be sure there aren't any large issues that can't be fixed yourself or violates the leasing agreements.

                The moment I made the call to ask for a tour, I got the appointment same day. The leasing Agent LD was very informative. I saw a classic unit and a fully upgraded unit. Both fit within my rental budget.

                        When I moved in my living room carpet was not done. It took a lot for them to even come fix it. When told that the carpet wasn't done they tried to lie and say it was. Moving in was the hardest part of the process

                          So far so good , very close to family, no complaints so far. I love the upgraded appliances I didn't know microwaves didn't come with the apartment though, so now I have to look for a microwave. Love the floors and the living room area. All of my family love the balcony says it's very big. Satisfied overall.

                            The move in process was good for the most part, it's like nails to get information though you'd have to keep calling to be updated but I got approved and got my keys there was a few bugs when I moved in but it's being taken care of with pest control. It's a convenient area and nice neighborhood and the apartment is very comfortable I love it, I did go through a few problems but it was taken care of at a timely manner, for one because I kept calling and on top of them. But overall if you're in need of something this is the place to go so far

                              Mainly for me is the location how quickly I can get on 635 to get to work and my gym is next door to the community. You have a bar in walking distance and the area would save me on gas because I can walk across the street.

                                The area/property is great to live in but the problems inside of the apartment complex are not good. Maintenance never starts a work order but always says completed. I pay rent but yet nothing is never fixed. I'm now being charged a deposit but when I moved in no deposit was required so after 2 years I'm now paying a lock in lease when it shouldn't apply to people already living here. I'm paying for things that are not even in use or can't be used. The office has went through to many managers and every new manager has changed things. The parking has started being repaired but yet the inside of the apartments are never fixed when there is a problem.

                                  They have terrible communication. Waited 1 month to get my mail key. And after that, they changed the keys without telling me and didn't give me a key until 2 weeks later. If I was late on my bill payment they wouldn't have covered. The staff doesn't really care about anything. Management is ---.

                                        I am moving out due to CAF Management. Ever since they took over at the end of 2022, it has been one problem after another. Between misapplied payments, false billing for electricity and slow maintenance.

                                          Maintenance is terrible. Leasing staff never answers phone. When you finally go in the office they pay you no mind, and look at you like you're crazy. Lots of issues in unit. Not worth it living here at all.

                                              Apartment staff has been very friendly. However I was not happy with the move in process. I do not believe the unit was move in ready, and there was a lot of confusion in the office at the time. I think they were in the process of changing management. Maintenance orders are not being addressed. I have recently been in contact with property manager, and she has assured me she will address the issues.

                                                Work orders are not completed. Maintenance just changes them to completed without ever addressing them. I'm home all day and watched on the computer when they changed it to completed and had never come. Not mention I have cameras in my home and not once when I was away did they come.
