I have lived at The Place Apts for 3 years and have really enjoyed living here and they are like family to me. Every time I visit in the office or see maintenance they are very friendly. When I need something done, they are quick to respond. The apartments are clean and they take pride in their property. I hope to stay here for many more years!

Of course when you walk in the front office for the first time staff are nice and willing to do whatever it takes to lease an apartment. I've never lived somewhere where they were not willing to help you. Pet deposit is ridiculously high. I lived there for a year and it had to be the worst year of my apartment living years. Parking is terrible. The only way to park near your apt is by "luck". Especially at night when you have to park a mile away in the darkness. You should also have mace close while walking to your apt. I was always so scared to walk or take my dog out at night. Be cautious! Not to mention all the crime that has happened there within the last year. Ladies def not a safe place to call home. Takes forever for them to fix things and my electric bill was about the cost of my 3 bedroom house. Walls are thin and you can hear the floor above you very well. Also, you have to watch out for roaches! Ew! Disgusting! I hope this helps! Good luck. I think it is important to keep these ratings up to date to keep y'all informed!

I have found out that THe PLACE Apartments really is the Camden Place...If you like the ------ with roaches, poor A/C, rude Management extremely old appliance. If you like your car to be broken in, or robbed, no job verification then this is THE PLACE for you. What a Joke. This has been a lesson lesson I will never reccommend or refer THE PLACE/CAMDEN PLACE Apartment to anyone.

Crap place to live. Just the other day there was a robbery in one of the complexes. 4 males put a gun to a females head and robbed her... Live here if you want, but it's at your own risk.

This place is ------! When I moved in, my living room smelled like urine. After complaining for months, they finally replaced the carpet. After that, they acted as if I owed them something. I absolutely hated living here. The neighbors are loud, inconsiderate, and nosey. I stood, on my balcony, one night, and witnessed a serious fight. This is the ------! Don't move here. The people that work in the office are rude and inconsiderate. I think they are paying, or begging residents, for positive comments. This "Place" is a joke. No pun intended...

Dont ever ever move to the Place on towne crossing blvd they the worst apartments ever. My car had been broken into called the office and they really was not concerned, acted as if i called the wrong number,sounded like she had a attitude,then suggested i call the police (duh.. i know its already been done.) The rent is outrageously high for the environment it has to offer. The stoves are in poor conditions refrig.is very very old it melts my food then freezes it. There is no fitness center, no courtesy patrol, on this property. The apartments are in horrible condition there are soft spots in the floors. Patio and the whole floor plan is unleveled. Making it hard to keep a door cracked. Feels like the aapartment building might collaspe in a year or two. Mangement are very disqualified for(very arguementive) customer service reps. and leasing agents. I was lied to about courtesy patrol. I wish i could really move with two months of full rent paid back to me because im paying to live in good neighborhood but im staying in The ------ or no home training indidvuals.

Don't Do It !!

I have been there a year and it was the biggest mistake. First, they just started checking criminal backgrounds in Feb 2011. It's true because they posted it. So you have no idea who your neighbors are. Second, they don't care where you get your money as long as you pay your rent. They do not ask for employment verification. The office staff needs some major training on being professional and keeping files organized. I had mold in the bathroom, horrible carpet and roaches. They would come spray and the next day the roaches would be back because they were that infested. You make a complaint on your neighbor and ask it to be confidential, good luck! They tell them who complained and keep in mind these are not "safe" neighbors. Oh and if you have a dog, dont bother. They charge $500 per animal and then ask you to walk your dog off property so it doesnt mess up the landscaping. The same landscaping that is a joke. They leave the sprinklers on EVERY night.. rain, sleet.. it doesnt matter. You will always wake up to puddles in the parking lot and in the grass.

I MOVED IN DECEMBER 2010 AND AT FIRST IT WAS OK UNTIL MY NEIHBORS GET HOME IN THE EVENING OR MORNING. I HAVE COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM FOR MONTHS AND THE OFFICE STAFF DOES NOT CARE. ANYBODY WHO LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS CAUSES U WILL NOT GET ANY REST AT NIGHT OR DURING THE DAY.
