We moved to Texas from New York and found this apartment. I love the location and the amenities that are here at Mission Hill. I also love the office staff. They have been wonderful to work with and I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Mark in the leasing office was wonderful. The complex is beautiful. Located in a perfect area! Really dog friendly. There are multiple areas for our pets to play. The pool area is beautiful, can't wait to use it.

This community is quiet and great for families. I think it's also good for older rentals as there are great places to hang out at! There are a great mix of people that know each other that was amazing for a property rental!

Everyone was very kind and courteous at the leasing office, and very easy to relate too. Marissa answered all of concerns, gave me great details on the apartments, and showed me multiple units that I might be interested in last minute. The team seems to genuinely care about their residents and I'm excited to snag a unit!

Just try to do your job the best you can, because we all are trying to make it here and everywhere. I had to place that last maintenance request for 3 times and it was never addressed because I was moving out, I asked a maintenance man to help and only said that I need it to request this through the app, even when I did refuse to actually take care of it. He mentioned that I was supposed to have submitted this request earlier. (Even though I had request this many days before my last day there).

I like my new place?it's nice and quiet. It's in a nice area too. The townhome is well laid out and perfect for my needs. It also has some great amenities which I haven't had a chance to utilize yet since I recently moved in.

It has been great so far - only lived here 2 weeks!! The office staff, especially Tennay, have been wonderful. Very helpful and responsive. Can't answer the question about security around the property yet. Seems good!

Very quiet and friendly people. Amenities are great! Love the fact that this is a gated community. Swimming pools are very well maintained and you are in close proximity to heb, fast food services. Area is building up.

The drain in the guest bathroom doesn't drain properly. The electric coil stove caused a fire and still hasn't been replaced with a glass top stove. The appliances are really old for an apartment advertised as luxury. The washer still has a mildew smell I'm assuming from the water and/or drains connected to the washer. The electricity breakers are constantly tripping. Again, these are issues I did not expect to face in an apartment complex advertised as "luxury". I just moved from living at the Riverhaus apartments for two years and never dealt with issues like these. Any maintenance required, which occurred obky three times, were dealt with immediately and remedied within days. I've been waiting for months at Mission Hill for these issues to be taken care of.

A great staff, but an older apartment community. I would definitely walk the apartment to make sure you're okay with it. They have updated some of the community areas which are nice. Attention to detail in your is lacking for a move in with the rate charged. However, they are apartments which are lived in.

Mission Hill is a great community, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, amenities are great and the location is ideal. I would recommend the apartments or townhomes to anyone moving to the area or just looking to relocate in the town.

I googled apartments in my price range in new Braunfels and I found listings for studio apartments. I did a walk in and was immediately greeted and showed units. The office staff is friendly and genuine. Waved my application fee and they put up with me some times being in a bad mood.

We fell in love with the place on our first visit. I needed a ground floor apartment and was lucky enough to get one of the largest 1 Bedroom units. Now when we go shopping we just hand over items over the railing. you can't get a better place.

The leasing agents at Mission Hill apartments were very helpful and friendly. Marissa was the best. Mission Hill is located off the Loop 337, which makes it convenient for shopping and restaurants, but provides a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I look forward to my time in my new home.

Love the pool and community. The work out room is very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Apartments are close to grocery store and food places. Down the street from landa park and Gruene.
