This is the best place we've lived and our kids love it here! We've met so many great people because of the amazing social events the community has, and fun summer days at the swimming pools. We love the convenience of the schools and stores too!

Mission Hills is a great community to live in! Office and maintenance staff are always professional and fast when it comes to work orders. Been living there for almost 3 years and haven't had any complaints about personnel. If you're looking for a great place to live in New Braunfels, Mission Hills is the place to go!

I've been with this apartment complex for six years . The staff is friendly the apartments are beautiful and modern . The staff holds lots of fun events to get neighbors to mingle and contests to win fun prizes

Staff is great! Always friendly. During the pandemic they have rose to the occasion and have truly done the best with the current situation. Always ready to answer any concerns at any time. Also love Caleigh! She has always treated us with respect, friendliness and true care since we moved in.

Very nice and cooperative staff and beautiful, well cared for apartments and townhouses. The landscaping and lawn maintenance do a wonderful job. The office staff is friendly and professional. We love living here

Mission Hills is great. The maintenance team always responds quickly and there are a ton of amenities. The lazy river is great place to unwind and meet your neighbors. The office staff is friendly and they do tons of community events/ give always.

I love living here. Everyone and everything is nice.a minimum of 200 characters is ridiculous I just want to complete the survey already. This is a long survey. Not what I signed up for. I miss all of the weekend get together with inlets and etc.

It's a brilliant, clean and quiet community. Perfect place for new families. Pet friendly, secure, and well kept. Great location, not far from restaurants or downtown area. Office staff has always been polite and helpful. We enjoy it!

I not like carpet make too collect all dust, before sign contract they told me hard floor , when I come in was carpet , better tell the truth. The truth always must to be in a deal. This I rely not apreciate in this contract.

It was really good until recently, my main issue is my pool fob does not work for over a year. The pool is not cleaned, the halls are messy in my building. The place has really changed with the new owners. I think the local team is good but something really changed.

The leasing staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell that there are some new employees in the leasing office because there were a lot of questions that had delayed answers because the agent just didn't know the answer. As a sales professional, I found it a little bit inconvenient that the agents didn't know their product as well as they should. Outside of that the agents were very friendly and worked very diligently to get the answers to the questions we had asked. The amenities and location are great.

Most noisy apartment I've ever lived in. It's like there's NO insulation in the walls/floors/ceilings. Maintenance acts like they could care less if your issues ever get fixed and for that matter, get fixed correctly the first time. Kids play on the playground after midnight with no parental supervision & are noisy. Dogs bark on people's patios. And this is a NEW community. Nice area, but that doesn't make up for the fact that it is very noisy.

I've been at the complex since June, and even with the anticipated complications regarding the new construction, I have very much enjoyed living here. The staff is always incredibly accommodating. Any issue I have had has been resolved with one trip to the office! The pool is always clean and available, with plenty of seating in the shade and pretty landscaping to look out to. The size of the one bedroom apartment is spacious and the kitchen is huge, with all new appliances. The apartment complex goes out of their way to get residents involved with each other and the community (love that they support HSNBA), and it's been pleasant living here. The pet fees are also very affordable, and they offer partial waived fees for pets adopted from events with HSNBA. All in all, I enjoy living here.

Mission Hill is the nicest property I've seen in a long time! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any situations that occur. Raeann and Megan are so sweet and are amazing when talking to about anything. If you're looking to live in beautiful hillside country and have an office staff that helps you in every way possible, definitely live here!
