Never met in person the person that setup my rental. They were eating when I showed up for my appointment not sure why I never met her. It's strange really as a former sales professional I'd never do that

This is the best apartment complex we have lived at so far. We have kept our options open to looking elsewhere this year, but decided to stay and just move to a bigger unit because we have enjoyed living here so much. I could not recommend this complex more!

This has been a great experience living here for 2 years. The office staff is awesome and they get things done fast. Mark Martinez has been the biggest help to me for these past 2 years. The maintenance team is awesome and they always try to get to the request quickly.

I've lived in a lot of apartments in my life and this is definitely one of the top three. As far as my experience in Texas moving from Colorado, this place is absolutely the best Comal County has to offer!

The community itself is exactly what I was looking for. It's new, current, clean and offers all the amenities to help me feel at home. The management team has been pleasant, helpful and professional in answering all of my questions.

I love the apartment layout and the maintenance staff and office staff are great. I like the events also. The location is great as it is right by HEB, restaurants, Walgreens, etc. I like the coffee bar as well.

The online application process was a little confusing at times so I went in and was personally helped by sales associate Mark Cribari. Mark walked us through the entire process and was very helpful in keeping us up to date on our application.

Enjoyed our visit very much. Lovely property and amenities. Tour was well done. Have a friend who lives in Mission Crossing. Like the Mission Crossing Townhomes. Lazy River and other outside amenities are very inviting.

I am a retired disabled combat veteran U.S. Marine. With that being said, I requested a first floor apartment which is necessary due to my physical limitations. Initial contact resulted in non availability of a floor unit. However, the very next day I was contacted by Ms Kaylee (sp?) she found a unit which would be available in 2 weeks. I was impressed due to the fact that historically speaking, other apartments would never go above and beyond. Kudos to the office staff and maintenance personnel. I also like the entertainment and activities organized for the Mission Hill residents.

Mission Hill is clearly the best place to rent. The location can't be beat. It's quiet and still convenient. The complex itself is very neat and clean. The lazy river pool is an incredible feature. The units themselves are exactly as they appear online. The leasing office personnel are friendly and helpful. This is the best place to call home.

Buildings and grounds are well maintained, and staff personnel are friendly and helpful. Enforcement of some rules is sometimes lax: dogs off leash, occasional dog waste, trash/dumpster area at times poorly kept.

I looked at several apt complexes?.and found that Mission Crossing met all of my criteria for a new home?..Appearance, leasing staff, location and price. From the first moment I saw this complex was swept away by how I felt as I toured the properties and knew I had found my new home.

We have lived at Mission Crossing Townhomes for 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. The townhomes are well-made, modern and spacious and include lots of amenities including a beautiful pool area with grills and a large screen tv, and a shared clubhouse with the apartment complex that has access to an exercise room and tech needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are handled promptly by a courteous friendly staff as well. We have really enjoyed our time here and hope to continue.

Excellent community, well maintained, excellent office personnel and maintenance staff are second to none! Landscaping company shows up on time and does a very good job. The friendliness and professionalism of all the employees are truly rare.

This apartment is so wonderful! Everything from the amenities to the location to the staff and the neighbors is amazing! It's a perfect first home and a very welcoming environment. My husband and I love the community here and everyone is always so approachable. It's quiet, high quality, and the staff's communication is really great. 10/10 in my book!

No issues honestly. We needed to move closer to Austin but we didn't want to live in Austin seeing how liberal and poorly ran the city is and San Marcos is a ------ college town. We found Mission Hill to be the perfect in between for my job in San Antonio and my wifes job in Austin. Moving in was easy and while we've had a maintenance issue it was handled in a timely manner although communication could've been better, but overall I'm satisfied. I'd definitely recommend the complex. The one issue we've noticed including many other residents is that some people don't pick up after their dogs but they tend to be from different cultures.

The leasing attendant was very helpful and positive. Mark was very great at providing all of the information we needed about the apartment. The whole facility was beautiful and very clean. They had great sized apartments for great prices and just minutes from an HEB.

Nice, quiet, terrific amenities and professional staff. Maintenance always prompt, courteous and professional. Always hosting and catering free social events. Really can't elaborate further except to say I highly recommend Mission Hill apartments.

I am loving my experience at Mission Hill Apartments! The staff are friendly and helpful. And the amenities make it feel like I'm living at a resort (two pools with one being a lazy river design, 24 hour access to a fitness center and yoga/cycling room, business center, etc.) The community is welcoming, pet and family friendly, and offers a quiet and calm environment.
