My favorite thing about Mission Hill is how peaceful it is. You walk outside and all you hear is the sound of the birds and the bugs, with the drone of an a/c unit as white noise. No sounds of cars on the highway, or emergency service vehicle sirens.

Response to any Maintenance issue has been fantastic. Staff and neighbors are super welcoming and friendly. Appreciate all the doggy poop stations and that the community are responsible dog owners.

Love living here everything is so nice and comfortable. I love that we do not have to worry about any maintenance issues or about taking care of our lawn! Our goal is just to stay here a year or so then buy our house, but this place makes us want to make this our forever home.

We are thrilled with our decision to move into our new townhouse. The amenities are fantastic, and the neighbors are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a minor maintenance issue shortly after moving in, but the team addressed it quickly and efficiently, making it a non-issue. The staff has gone above and beyond to help us settle in, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

Very friendly staff. Clean and up-to-date leasing office and community room. Overall community feel. Large garage was a very much needed requirement deciding on a place to stay waiting on house to be built.

I cannot wait to move in April 1! Marissa has been amazing and everyone seems so nice and the complex is gorgeous. We were able to view the apartment we were going to be living in instead of just a model which is so nice !

All the staff has been very welcoming and kind. They had a great move in special going on and got us moved in quickly and smoothly. The apartment was clean and in great condition when we moved in. The few issues we did have, they were all fixed by the end of the next day, so very pleased.

We love our apartment. The location is great. We are close to downtown New Braunfels, close to shopping and just a short drive to I35. The amenities are great - two pools, a gym , two different club houses. The office staff are nice and courteous. And love the maintenance staff.

I have loved living here so far, because my apartment is clean, and looks really nice, and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I love how the apartment is close to so many businesses such as HEB, Bank of America, land several restaurants.

These apartments and the staff make it feel like home. I never mind returning to my apartment at the end of the day. I have made many friends here and enjoy the atmosphere and the activities provided.

This aparment complex is okay. It for some reason has dust more so than any other place I've lived. It is quiet but they grounds always has trash and dog poop all over them. Parking seems to be a problem in some buildings.

The greeting team was very professional, courteous & helpful. All of our questions were answered & lots of time was spent with us to be sure we experienced all aspects of what this property has to offer, which is a lot. I cannot see any reason why anyone would not choose this as their home as that's exactly what it appears to be. Hopefully we will be a part of this family soon.

I really enjoyed coming to this community. The management seemed sincere and genuine. The neighborhood as a whole was beautiful. It was very kept up with and that is hard to find in other places. Even down to the dog parks!

The apartment community itself is nice, but maintenance requests will not be taken care of in a timely manner. Even if they are urgent. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of food and got food poisoning because my fridge wasn't working correctly due to complications from a hole in my freezer. I put in two maintenance requests the day I moved in but only one has been taken care of and it's been almost a month. I'm still without a usable dishwasher.

Beautiful quiet and highway access is so efficient. Grocery store very close and easy access to shopping centers and entertainment. Very family friendly no cars speeding around no children playing in parking lot pool is beautiful
