Great move in experience! Staff was very helpful during all stages of the process. Maintenance comes right away and truly cares about your living space. We are grateful everything went so well as we did rent sight unseen. Definitely recommend!

I selected this complex because it felt like a Community. I also am pleased that there is enough Maintenance Staff. There is adequate parking and area for my dog to be off leash at the Dog Park. Pools very nice and play area for my Grandchildren. A good mix of residents relative to Age Groups. I live this area of New Braunfels!

Beautiful clean complex. Great amenities. Wonderful and very helpful staff and lots of fun events. Highly recommend this complex. I would like to see residents show some pride and appreciation by cleaning after their dogs.

This is a great community, well maintained and everyone is very hospitable. This was the first of many communities I researched and loved it from the get go. The location is also great as it is quick and easy to get places fast.

It has been a very pleasant experience and what makes it nice is the whole staff. Also helps that I have great neighbors that look out for each other. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces, dog parks are kept up, and the area is safe and good for walking our dogs.

Nice people in the community close to all types of shopping and restaurants, schools and just about anything else. Very convenient location to anything. Great staff easy access to all major highways

Mission Hill is an excellent apartment complex experience. It is in the best part of New Braunfels, with magnificient Hill country views, easy access to IH35, Hwy 281 and Canyon Lake. The traffic is moderate apart from the 306 Creekside congestion.

The apartment was not cleaned to my satisfaction the day I moved in. It has taken over 2 weeks to rectify issues in the apartment. The subcontractors are the main problems..the housekeeping and the painters. The on-sight maintenance crew are excellent and aim to please!

so far it's okay, except for the small issues we've had. some noise complaints from the pool and recent maintenance/front office problems as well that are more recent. it was only fixed when i requested the phone number for corporate. freezer/refrigerator lights are still not working. washer and dryer are now working, but weren't looked at for a whole week. was out of a washer for the weekend. we pay too much rent for things to not be working.

Mark Martinez has been so helpful with the move in process, community is beautiful and neighbors have all been very nice. Only set back was the townhome was not cleaned well and had to spend a lot of time cleaning myself.

I am 19 years old so this is actually the first apartment complex I have lived in. I looked into the place deeply before coming in to actually speak with the leasing office. Everyone here was so nice and helpful. Upon my arrival, I realized how quiet this complex is and how nice that was. Maintenance attends your needs quickly and swiftly and thus far have has no problems with the management. Very nice and beautiful establishment and also very pet friendly!

It's been great so far. I've only been here 7 months and I plan to stay. Staff and maintenance are friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment has great amenities. It's pet friendly, which is a plus and the per rent is extremely reasonable. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone

I love the kindness of all the employees I've encountered. I do feel as though outside grounds cleanliness has deteriorated a little since first moving in, more trash/debris in halls and under stairwells, but everything else has been great.

It's been great I've had no issues. The management. Kallie is great and the maintenance staff is awesome I love living here. Also, we have great neighbors and it's very quiet I have never had to call with noise complaints.

From the time I walked in the community door to the follow up calls pre-move to a very quick move-in day at the office, it was the easiest of any move-ins I've had in recent memory. Mark from resident leasing was a true professional in my success n finding a new residence. Great job gang!

Very positive. Property is well maintained and the staff is very good. We have not had a chance to participate in the frequent gatherings which are scheduled due to our own schedules, but we think this is a very nice community to be living in.

Overall community is good. Maintenance team is excellent considering especially the small staff for so many units. Office staff is professional and polite. Only problems would be to hold tenants more accountable for their actions such as not picking up after dogs and following community rules.

My stay here has been great, I truly have no complaints in regards to the community. My building for the most part is quiet and respectful. Even though my apartment faces the pool, I do not have problems with people at the pool being too loud. My only issue has been the rent increase each year, I am unable to renew my lease this year because of it.

Very enjoyable! Thanks so much for the recent "power wash" on the bldgs. It looks so CLEAN in the halls! Mission Hills is a wonderful place to live. The staff usually can answer any of my questions. They are very helpful!

We really enjoy the area/community. HEB is close by as well as many restaurant options. You will be close to major Hwys such as HWY 46 and HWY 337 which are expanding also. I 35 is about 7 minutes away also. Lots of friendly neighbors and peace.

Mission Hill has gone through a company switch since I've been here but the standards never slipped and thanks to the staff, they have made it a great community to be a part of. Maintenance is always on top of every issue that I've had and are the highlight of living here.

Nice community although landscaping needs to be dealt with since winter freeze. Looks pretty sad around buildings. Dead bushes, etc. needs dirt and mulch. It would also be nice to have security on premise

It has been fine. I feel safe and the complex is well taken care of. My apartment is very nice and comfortable. The people I meet are friendly and helpful. I do feel welcome at this apartment complex.

Nice place to live. The only complaint is the smell of pet urine in and around the grounds in the morning. Not sure how to help that. Otherwise it's a nice and affordable place to live. I would recommend this complex
