It's been overall great. Very friendly staff and the neighbors for the most part are great. The only thing they need to do differently is monitor people with unregistered dogs. People here have dogs that the property is unaware of and they don't clean up after them and it creates issues for responsible pet owners.

No longer satisfied! Use to be 4.5 - now 2 - dead shrubs - no control of pools- dog poop throughout community- people leave garbage in halls! We have been trying to water so not everything is dead! Pool often green!

My experience with MissionHill-Apartments has been a very pleasant one. My family and I enjoy our time here. We were moving in from another state and the transition was made so easy because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would recommend Mission Hill Apartments to anyone

I just moved in, but everyone was extremely friendly, especially Mark! He made the move in process and getting everything set up so pleasant and helpful. The community is beautiful, clean, and gated. The apartment is easily the same! So far, love it here.

Nice community. Maintenance personnel are top notch. There is storage available on-site (additional charge) that make this a great option for us. Community plans regular events and holiday celebrations that provide opportunities to meet others.

I love living here, Everybody is so friendly and the amenities are very nice. The staff is always going out of their way to provide a very nice living situation. I would recommend this complex to anybody!

The staff and maintenance have been great. They're knowledgeable and professional. They respond quickly and proficiently. Residents keep to themselves. It's pretty quiet most of the time . Very pet and kid friendly. There are lots of amenities like the Lazy River pool, the Starbucks coffee machine, the fitness center. Cool place to live for all ages

I am impressed with quality of care and cleanliness in which this property is managed. The amenities make us feel like we are on vacation. When we moved in we had a few maintenance requests they were handled within 24 hours and have had no problems since.

Management is nice and informative and responsive. The apartment maintenance people are also very nice. The grounds are well maintained and clean. I appreciate the regular announcements for pet owners to pick up their poop and their pets'. Initially, I wasn't very fond of the mandatory yearly $45 activity fund. Although I attend very few of the soirees I can see that the money is seemingly well spent on enjoyable activities and food. I suppose the events breed a sense of camradery and community spirit, which I see as a good thing. There is hardly any litter and even less animal poop.

Mission Hill Apartment Homes is well managed and well designed. A good place to live. I've had no issues with management nor with fellow residents. I choose to continue living here and enjoy the location.

Mark is what made us choose this as our "yes this is what we choose" and we didn't even look or need to look at other apartments he was amazing when we came to tour and we set up to get our process started that same day, Megan also is another reason we have grown to love this place even more both employees make you feel like you do matter and are both very easy and comfortable to go to about ANYTHING and they will make sure it gets done and that they residences of this property feel like they are at a home not just a complex it's amazing.

Expensive but, nice complex -2 pools ?? Nice office and maintenance staff- Need more reinforcement rules with Doug's owner, there is always dog waste around the complex- Love the office entertainment events- ??

The complex is beautiful and apartments have high end finishes. Leasing and maintenance staff are professional, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The campus is beautiful and well maintained. Pools are impressive.

I love this apartment. We have some noisy neighbors but management has helped deal with some of that and make it minimal. Parking could use some work since I there are always limited spots near my building. Overall I love it here and everyone is very helpful

Lately residents moving in here don't seem as well screened as previous tenants. Evident by the way they treat the garbage area throwing mattresses box springs old used furniture and other items that anyone would know the garbage collectors are not going to take.

Apartment was not cleaned prior to move in. Apartment had dirty floors and countertops, spiderwebs and egg sacs, pet hair in carpet, filters, and washer, chewed windowsill, paint splatters, back footprints in shower and bathtub, strong stench throughout apartment of pets. Email and verbal complaints sent to Sarah, Office Manager, and Mark, office staff. No acknowledgment nor response. I am on a short-term lease while home is being built. Do not recommend this apartment complex. High rent, dirty apartment.

Very nice community. Safe. Clean. Well maintained. Responsive management. I have enjoyed living here for almost 3 years. It has become a wonderful place to call home. The amenities are very nice, especially the two pools and the clubhouse.

Very nice and modern apartments. Staff attends to your needs same day. The grounds are kept beautiful. The lazy river pool is super fun. I am a single parent and feel very safe here. My kids love it here.

Generally a low-quality complex. The only exception is the maintenance team, which really attempts to fix everything they can; however, with the general age of the buildings, appliances, and lack of order, it is a tough task!

My experience moving into Mission Hill has been nothing but positive. I have been here for only 2 weeks, but everyone from the new property manger, the staff that works the office, and the maintaince team are stellar. They help develop a sense of community that is second to none. Tenants here are friendly, or keep to themselves. Everyone I encountered is considerate to their neighbor. The amenities are amazing as well. Mission Hill is the best community I have been a part of.

Community is quite, except the n Lise coming from the construction nearby. Office staffs are courteous, friendly and professional in dealing with customers. The community grounds are clean and well maintained. I am not sure of the accessibility of schools an d parks. I still hav to explore.

I love living in this community. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and respond quickly to any issues. The amenities are great and the social events are an added bonus. There is always ample parking for the tenants and guests.

Mission Hill, is one of the best living places in New Braunfels, Texas. I'll recommend it to all my Veteran friends. It's safe, peaceful, and friendly place. Our neighbors are very friendly and kind A+.
