Great place to live. Quiet. Maintenance is great. Lawn care is great. Staff is great. I love living here. Would recommend this to everyone and have. I can't think of anymore to say. Just fix the lightbulb. thanks

This is a nice, quiet community, staffs are very nice and welcoming. The maintenance staffs are very friendly and quickly done with the work order. I hope they can get some good feedback from the community as well.

I love it here. I like the unit. I like the pool, but I do wish it were maintained better, as it is often dirty and has not been cleaned. I know it is the pool service. I wish there were an all-adult pool, as there are so many kids out there. But the issue is serious. The staff are kind, and so is the maintenance. I do not understand why this is ongoing. Please help me get this fixed.

Wonderful! The leasing team and managers are great and treat you like family. The grounds are kept clean the pools are kept clean parking seems to be sufficient there is a variety of floor plans to meet your budget overall I'm very pleased which is why I have rendered my lease for another 12 months.

Excellent experience so far. Been in the same unit for about a year and a half. We love it here. Beautiful community and a great location. Apart from recurring technical issues with the electronic door lock, the repair team is generally prompt with maintenance orders, and they have always been professional with us. I plan on sticking around a while.

Great place to live. Quiet, lovely wildlife to see, great Clubhouse, fitness center and other amenities. Grounds are very well kept. Office staff are very approachable. Luv the location close to 46 & 337.

Mostly good, lots of great neighbors. I have only had issues with the plumbing. We are still in the process of getting everything fixed. Jamie has been very proactive and helpful to me. My daughter and I love the lazy river pool.

Courteous staff and helpful. The staff is always there to help with problems.The grounds are clean and trash is picked up on a regular basis. The Verbo units are spread out so as not to disturb the " community."

One of the best experiences we had looking at apartments the associate was very down to earth and genuinely wanted what was best for us. The apartments were very well laid out and presented in a way that did not make it look like the community was trying to hide poor craftsmanship or pests.

The staff is excellent, and also the maintenance people. They're very friendly and always help me with whatever I need help with thank you the amenities a great also. Most of my close friends I have met through community activities. This is a great place to live.

Don't know why anyone would choose any other apartment living. We have the best of everything including 2 pools that are seriously maintained, an almost full size gym and 2 club houses. Security gates and 3 dog parks with a washing station.

Moved into Mission Hills with my significant other, we've been very happy. Management is supportive, and maintenance has been highly. responsive. Overall, this is a good place to live for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet environment.

Even just visiting for a tour, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The amenities are amazing and the apartments are great for the price point. Front office is extremely friendly, the area is pretty quiet with access to shopping and food still close by.

This community really takes the time to make sure they find the perfect home for you. The staff is extremely helpful, and the community is very well kept. I appreciate Mission Hill for having community amenities such as 24hour computer and printer access. The actual layouts of the apartments also make sense!

Apartment searching is rough, but when you have an office team & leasing agents as kind and friendly as Mission Hill, it can relieve so many stressors. They were so welcoming, so friendly and overall the process was just amazing. 10/10 recommend.

This apartment complex is very clean and welcoming. They work on keeping the common areas clean and the landscaping pretty. The management staff are very professional and positive. The apartments are planned out very nicely and feel like a home. It will be nice to life here.

The entire complex, both units and outdoors are beautiful and quiet all year round. The grounds of Mission Hill are well kept, mostly native plants, and enjoyable/accessible to walk around. There are a plethora of amenities, various events, and the neighborhood is inviting. The apartment units themselves are high quality-- materials, floor plans, and appliances-- you really get what you pay for. The front office staff are very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable in everything they do-- they have answered any questions or responded to any concerns that have rarely come up. Finally, the maintenance team is nothing like I've ever experienced before in a complex: they are quick, informative, and get the job done. I'm grateful to be here and to call it my home!

I love the Mission Hill community! It is home to me. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The office staff is like family! I am so glad I found Mission Hill Apts 11 years ago! I don't want to live anywhere else.

I love the location. It's close to my work. The amenities are wonderful. The staff understands what customer service means. I haven't had one issue with any neighbors in all the years I have lived here. But, the staff is the most important and they are exceptional. Mark especially!

Lovely! It is quiet and safe and has an occupancy of nice people. The grounds are very well kept. The rules are well thought out and enforced. The perks are impressive and the management are available and desirous to help.
