Great place to live. Very convenient and luxurious accommodations. The garbage service is so nice and we attended our first happy hour. Everyone is very friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Mission Hill is the best apartment complex I have lived in. The staff is fantastic! They are always quick to help. The maintenance staff is very helpful and quick to get things fixed for the residents.

Neighbors and staff are great! Nothing but the best here! Comfortable and safe for families, children, single parent families. Grocery shopping close by, pools on site are clean and well maintained. Traffic is not an issue

Mission Hill has been amazing! We moved from out of state and they answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The property itself is gorgeous and everyone has been really friendly!!! Love the two pools and the playground on site!

Me and my wife have lived here for almost 6 months and have had a great experience so far. We've put in only one maintenance request and it was resolved extremely quickly with great service. We have been very pleased with the staff and our neighbors as well.

Great front office and maintenance staff. Always polite and willing to help by phone or email. The property is kept clean and safe although some puppies' owners still need to be reminded to pick up the poop. Great amenities!!!

Best apartments thus far with incredible maintenance! Would recommend to friends and family. Good prices and great amenities and very friendly staff, plus work is right across the street and great police presence in the area. Makes for a safe well kept neighborhood

Just moved in. I haven't had a chance to really settle in and figure things out. There are a couple of things that still need to be addressed that the maintenance guys haven't followed up on. I would like those taken care of.

The apartments are nice, quiet and peaceful. Everyone I've talked to is nice and the people who work here are always helpful. Whenever I had a problem with the apartment, whether it be my dryer or the plumbing, maintenance does a fantastic job at helping me out. Will more than likely stay here for many years.

Maintenance at Mission Hills is wonderful . They are very efficient and prompt. I am very happy to be in this complex. The staff is always very efficient and willing to help you in any way they can. The location is great.

I've lived in the community for one year. I like the staff, the services, and the location so I am staying. Additionally, location is perfect for me. It's near shopping, the HEB, restaurants, stores, and banks are within walking distance.

It's okay. The location is good. The maintenance team, especially Tom, are fantastic! The grounds are kept up okay, but beware if you have pets! There's a part of both leases that I've signed that say that residents who have animals will be fined if dog droppings aren't picked up and properly disposed of. If I have to provide a DNA sample of my dog, then so should everyone else. Residents are SUPPOSED to be given verbal/written warning, then the fines start. Well, I've been here for TWO YEARS and it's a disgusting and ignored thing. Dog droppings are ALL OVER BOTH DOG PARKS and always, ALWAYS all over the place. I unusually walk to work, which is why I like the location, but the stench of dog droppings is HORRIBLE. If the policy for all dog owners was enforced, I wouldn't complain, but I'm the type of person who cleans up after my dog. I get it, sometimes it's stormy weather, but PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG! Fellow residents have posted and informed the community that their dog has gotten worms/parasites from the lack of attention to the proper maintenance for the dog areas. The office people should be more than informed, since it's a HUGE complaint on the online portal. I've only stayed until I got a new job, but I'm done after that. It's a relatively quiet area, which is good. I love the maintenance team. They're the most polite, respectful and understanding part of being here at Mission Hill. The office staff, well, not so much. Justin is super nice and helpful, but the other people seem to be bothered by residents asking for information or confirming rent pricing with allocated/combined water usage. It's an alright place, but the huge issues I've had are the dog dropping situations, rude and loud neighbors, (Yes, I understand it's an apartment and a lot of people have dogs, myself included, so some noise will be expected, but the noisy neighbors we've had the past year are WAY BEYOND normal apartment dwelling noise) and rude office staff.

I love my apartment and anytime I have a problem it is fixed ! The staff of maintence employees is great the grounds are kept well and the staff is medium in knowledge about the apartment! The yard work could be better the moving is not done well!!!

The management was great when I first moved in but quality and resident compliance with community policies has fallen. For example, it was made known that powerwashing the various floors of the units would be done every 3 months with pest control and it's been over a year and it looks like a walkway of bird droppings.

The community is a nice midrange apartment complex, fancy amenities with a nice clubhouse. Its a bit on the expensive side for some places, but the town itself has very high rent, so this is a pretty nice deal.

Mission Hills has great facilities and friendly staff! The townhomes are brand new and have great space options! Also, the storage units are helpful to store our bigger furniture. There are multiple safety features.

My family and I love the location and the ease of shopping near by to include access to highways, would have it no other way. In the middle of Austin and San Antonio, close to beautiful parks and parks!
