Still happy!

I wrote a review 6 years ago about how this place was a blessing for me because they accommodated me having to move in quickly. Six years later and I stand behind this as my blessing. Such a quaint location, and I have no buts or exceptions. They know not only me by name in the front office, but my sweet cat. Obviously things happen, repairs are needed from time to time, but they’re always on top of whatever it is. All the guys are respectful and efficient, but I have a soft spot for Isidro. He’s been here forever (like our manager Lori) and he knows everything about maintenance. He’s so informative and very kind. I really appreciate him because his expertise makes me feel safe. And speaking of safety, I just read Trophy Club is the safest city! I’m a bit older, so things like that are super important. Anyway, I’m still here and still loving it!

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with all our needs.

The staff at this apartment community is amazing. They are always kind, professional, and willing to help with anything that comes up. Their responsiveness and positive attitude make living here enjoyable, and you can tell they truly care about their residents and the community.

Fabulous staff

I’m going on my THIRD year here it’s hard to believe. As I mentioned earlier, the staff is wonderful, if you have any issues whether they be maintenance or otherwise they are right on top of it and if possible, they will have your maintenance issue taken care of the same day.

Comfortable and safe

The apartments are comfortable and the staff creates a welcoming, helpful atmosphere. Periodic apartment-wide gatherings help you get know your neighbors. Maintenance issues are handled very quickly. My wife and I enjoy living here.

Great place!

[Incentivized Review] My wife and I have been here many years and we love it. It is very quiet and the police patrol all the time. Maintenance is handled swiftly and everything is always good. It is good to come home to a safe place.

Great place to live!

This is a fantastic place to live! I’ve been here for almost 3 years. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. When I have had maintenance issues, they are quickly resolved. My rent has also been reasonable (and not skyrocketed) since I’ve been here. I’m moving into a new unit soon, and I look forward to continuing living here.

Excellent and safe Community

This is an excellent community with very friendly and helpful staff. They always go out of their way to help or fix any maintenance issue quicker than any other place I’ve lived in. The area is very safe and clean.

Great Place to Live

The Vineyards in Trophy Club is a great place to live. It’s safe, friendly and the staff are terrific. Isidro is great and quickly takes care of service needs. I like that you have your own entrance and the apartment units are four plexes. There is easy access to the freeway and shopping close by.

nice quiet complex with free covered parking

I have been a resident here for 3 years. Great property, budget friendly but still safe clean and peaceful. A plus for me is the free covered parking. They take great pride in the property it is always clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and very responsive.

Wonderfully Quiet and Great staff

This is a great apartment complex for quiet responsible adults. The staff is very accommodating and flexible to our needs and maintenance is top notch. They have great prices for the amazing area it’s in. By far the best complex my husband and I have ever lived in!

Great Location

I have lived at The Vineyards for several years and really feel at home. This is not your typical Corporate setting. You never feel like you are putting people out when you have a maintenance issue or a question. Lori, Loretta and Isidro are definite assets to the experience of living here. Best place

Been living in trophy club for a few months and its been nothing but amazing. The apartments are beautiful and cozy gives a home vibe, its always clean and everyone is so nice and welcoming we transferred from the sister community and the process was super easy due to the amazing staff, Wendy helped us out so much she’s a sweatheart! With two kids this community feels so safe 10/10 to the staff and maintenance and 10/10 to the property definitely recommend

Love it here

Wow Im impressed!

I cannot say enough about this place and their staff. Especially Wendy, she is an absolute delight! She goes above and beyond to assist you with anything and everything you need. The apartments are cozy, roomier than any apartments in this area. I almost dontt want to say too many great things about this place because I dont want it to become overcrowded and noisy haha. Im serious this place is 100% the best.

Unbeatable prices & Location

Unbeatable prices for the location and even better customer service from Loretta. I have been here for 9 months, and just moved out into my own house about 1 month ago, when the Texas real state market change for a buyers market. Great location, easy access to 114, and everything in the Trophy Club/Roanoke/Southlake/Grapevine areas. The office staff is awesome, they are always willing to answer my questions. Definitely I recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live in the Trophy Club area.

Loved it so much I moved it back!

I lived here for a couple of years, was only gone for 8 months before I moved back! I love this community, it’s always kept clean, it’s quiet and “homey”. If something does break, maintenance is always prompt and eager to help you. The front office ladies are incredibly kind and helpful.

Our Family Loves it Here!

This is our happy place! An amazing place to live¦ We searched high and low for a safe place to call home and I can honestly say we found it! In fact, this was the most important criteria we had when we were extensively searching the DFW area. The grounds are always kept clean and pristinely maintained. The apartment itself is much more spacious and updated than the pictures reflect. A pleasant surprise for sure. The layout and design makes it feel so much more like a condo than an apartment. Our interactions with staff and neighbors has been nothing but positive. Loretta is so sweet, friendly and helpful. She managed to make the application and move in process a breeze! Isidro is also very friendly and has responded to our maintenance requests quickly and efficiently each and every time. We have been treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect by all members of the staff. We have found peace and tranquility here despite the highway being close by which we don’t mind because we are centrally located to everything we could possibly need (Parks, schools, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, etc.) We don’t even hear our neighbors! It is a pleasure to live here and we’re proud to call it HOME!

Great Location, Newly Renovated

The location is great and close to many things. The apartments are newly renovated and the staff is great to repair anything you might need. The management is quick to respond and resolve any issues. Overall thankful for this home that is the Lord’s and God has provided :)

Absolutely love the southern hospitality here. Alongside the availability of these folks in making sure they take care of any queries, I'm looking forward to this experience from the reviews I've read thus far.
