Property is extremely clean and always kept up with. The rooms are big and very cozy and soundproof! And whenever I'm in need Hunter and Isidro are always quick to come to my aid. Thank you The Vineyards at Trophy Club for the amazing living experience.

I love the vineyards!
I love living here at the vineyards at trophy club! The layouts are spacious and feel very homey. The property itself is always very clean and well kept. Despite being close to the highway it’s a very quiet peaceful living area. Covered parking is a plus considering that’s extra at other properties. The maintenance staff is awesome! Always coming to my rescue ASAP for any inconvenience I have. Especially Hunter Taclibon, always goes above and beyond!

Trophy Club
I have been living at The Vineyards at Trophy Club for some time now, and I can't help but share what a wonderful experience it has been. The standout feature here has to be the incredibly responsive maintenance team. Whenever I've had a work order, they've been lightning-fast in addressing it. It's truly impressive how efficient and skilled they are. Additionally, our manager, Lori, deserves a special mention. She is not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Lori goes out of her way to ensure that every resident feels valued and heard. Her approachable demeanor and dedication to making this community a great place to live make a significant difference. The Vineyards at Trophy Club is not just a place to live; it's a place to call home. The beautiful surroundings, well-maintained facilities, and the warm, community atmosphere add to the overall charm. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here. If you're looking for a place where maintenance is quick to respond, and you have a manager like Lori who genuinely cares, then The Vineyards at Trophy Club is the perfect choice.

Amazing place to live!
I’ve lived here since Jan 2022 and have nothing but good things to say. The complex is very quiet. The staff here are extremely friendly and maintenance responds faster than anywhere I’ve ever rented before. Huge bonus having an assigned cover parking spot that comes included without having to pay extra. Nothing but good things to say.

Location is great right off of Rt 114 Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby 2 Bedroom floor plan just what I needed Maintenance 24/7 and very responsive Sales and Office staff the best I have ever encountered

I have been a resident at The Vineyards at Trophy Club for 2 years in two different units. My experience here has been wonderful and homey. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for great space, value and management that truly cares for their citizenry.

We have been living here for almost 8 years. The office staff is good and quick to respond to your queries. The maintenance supervisor Isidro and his staff are awesome. They are friendly, quick to respond to your service requests, and efficient in fixing the issues. The location is great and the price point is decent.

Awesome amenities and staff!
This place is fantastic! Spacious and unique floorplans, clean grounds, peaceful outdoor areas for socializing. Manager, Lori, is always friendly and funny. She goes above and beyond to make certain residents feel at home. Anytime we need anything, have a concern or request, she's on it! Maintenance crew do a wonderful job keeping up property, and respond quickly to requests. We love living here; highly recommend!!

Favorite Place to Live
Great location, ideal layout in units, my two bedroom feels like home everyday. Staff is attentive and the neighborhood is ideal for my day to day and weekends. I plan to renew my lease with The Vineyards, thank you all for what you do to keep the property well kept.

Great Staff!
Its so important to have a good experience when working with your leasing staff. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and I had lots of questions so it was great to get the help I needed.

Our overall experience has been great!
Our experience has been great living at the Vineyards! Everyone from the front office to the grounds keepers are professional and friendly. We felt very safe living here. Lastly, the maintenance team was quick to complete and service request we submitted.

Great Complex!
Very well taken care of. Welcomed with open arms very professional front office Quick responses and polite. Lori is the Best very passionate in making sure everything and everyone is taken care of!. The maintenance team is also one of the quickest and very helpful teams I’ve had in a long time!. Overall the property is very clean and the neighbors are very friendly. Strongly would recommend looking into the Vineyards!.

Best apartments ever!
Best apartments I have lived in for a while now. I’m used to moving from apartment to apartment but when I came to the Vineyards I just felt welcomed from the start, whether it was the front office or the staff team. I felt that I was getting my money’s worth for the excellent staff. A small community but a big impact to my life with the warm welcome that I received.

So excited!!!
I’m so happy to be moving into the vineyards.The office staff was so inviting and helpful during the leasing process. Every time I visit the property the grounds are well kept and beautiful. I am looking forward to my new adventure.

Great location
I love the convenience of everything from Southlake to Walmar. Manager was very helpful and explained everything, unlike my previous manager. I look forward to moving in, and think it will fit my needs while I start my new career in the area.

I Love My New Home!
Lori, the manager, and Isidore, the maintenance manager, were so attentive and helpful, truly interested in making sure I felt at home and that my two-bedroom, ground floor apartment was to my satisfaction! The neighbors are friendly and TC is so walkable. Vineyards@TC felt like home instantly. The proximity of the 114 is nothing to worry about; you will adjust to it fast. Such a nice vibe here compared to living in Dallas.

Great customer service
The property is in a great location, right off the freeway. The staff at the front office made me feel so welcoming. The manager Lori was very helpful and knowledgeable not only about the property it about the area as well. I’m looking forward to move in soon, I just loved the place.

Amazing Work Staff and friendly neighbors
Office People are really friendly and helpful. They really know how to talk to people and not make you feel like an inconvenience, stuck with us 100% of the time. Lori is the best!. Maintenance team is Fast and very Responsive, Isidro and Hunter Work through the Burning heat Day in and day out Very respective Guys and I couldn’t ask for better. And with all of that said I would recommend this property to anyone in search of a apartment 10/10. THANK YOU GUYS!!

I am so happy that I decided to move into the Vineyards. The location is convenient to work and family. The staff is helpful and courteous. I was a bit worried about moving to a new place, but now that I am here I feel like I made the best decision.

Best apartment I’ve ever lived in
I can honestly say this has been the best apartment I’ve ever lived in and actually mean it. The grounds are clean and kept up beautifully. Everyone who works here is extremely nice and accommodating and if you ever need any maintenance, it gets done super fast! I would absolutely recommend living here. If my husband and I weren’t buying a house we would have definitely renewed our lease!
