I lived at the Vineyards @ Trophy Club from 10/2013 to 11/2016. Overall, I was very pleased with living there and would recommend it to any one looking for an apartment in the area. I only moved due to a job change where the commute would of been impossible for me. During my 3 year stay I had little to complain about. The place is well looked after by management. Whenever there was a service issue it was addressed within 24 hours, typically same day. When my door lock stopped working due to freezing weather it was repaired within 30 minutes. Depending on the nature of the issue the office would call a few days after to make sure it was fixed for good. It's in a great location with easy access to 114. As other reviews point there is highway noise as a result. I never had any issues with neighbors or noise from them. A make or break for me is the staff. Vineyard's is warm and welcoming. Jordan and Devin were flexible with me on the move out terms which made the transition much smoother. I even left something in the apartment after I turned in my keys and was able to pick it up at my convenience. If I go back to my old employer I will definitely be renting here again.

A great place to stay when working in the DFW area! Jordon and everyone at the Vineyards run a top-notch operation. I had no issues during my stay. The place I was staying before was more expensive and not nearly as nice. The grounds-keeping crew does a fine job and with a recent renovation, the exterior of the whole complex looks beautiful, both up close and from Hwy 114. I highly recommend The Vineyards at Trophy Club.

It's common practice in DFW that, even with 60 days notice, property managers don't tour apartments until the original tenant has moved out (or until after they've cleaned it.) This can be frustrating if you want to see your specific unit, and I was a bit pushy in trying to get around that norm. Despite the fact that I did have to sign the lease before I could see the unit, Jordon and Devin were patient and provide as much information as they could to help me with my decision. Ultimately their professionalism and assurance convinced me to sign the lease, and I believe I've made a great decision. The unit was exactly as I hoped it would be, and I'm looking forward to moving in. I'll have to update this review when I've actually lived in the apartment for awhile and can talk more to that, but the flexibility of the property manager(s) is a plus.

Leasing office staff is nice and very professional. Both Devin and Jordan are nice and always follow up on maintenance requests after it get completed and I saw Jordan few times leaving very late even after work hours and helped on taking care of urgent things.

compared to other apartments , the vineyards at trophy club has been the best apartments i lived in , jordan is very friendly as i waled in she greeted me with a nice great smile made feel right at home, since i been here whenever i have any problems maintenance is very quick to fix the situation , they do a great job and are very friendly. overall they have a great staff

I am just in love with this complex! First of all, all of the staff in the office are so caring and listen to what you have to say. Secondly, the maintenance staff is amazing and gets things done quickly. My A/C was leaking and Taron came to fix it and now it's working great! I definitely recommend this property. The grounds always look nice and clean. We were new to the property and Jordon introduced us to some neighbors and now we feel right at home! Devin the manager is always so sweet and always has a smile on her face. If your looking for a great place to live, make it the vineyards at Trophy Club!

I absolutely love this apartment complex the staff and maintenance were always kind caring and represented their selves in the most professional way if I ever had any problems the manager Devin and even the assistant manager Jordan were always very helpful.... even when having a few minor problems with the apartment maintenance was always very prompt if not within 24 hours that same day and they fixed everything that I needed to be fixed I absolutely loved living here and recommended to everybody if you're in the area looking for a place to call home!!

I've lived in a lot of apartments in my life and The Vineyards is great. Maintenance issues are resolved speedily. Major efforts are made to keep the property clean. Staff are warm and friendly. And Jordan is fantastic.

My experience at the Vineyards has been a good one. The neighbors seemed to have been friendly and courteous. Never had a problem with noise. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

I have had the BEST experience with Jordan and her crew at The Vineyards. Jordan has been helpful from day one when I first viewed the property. My questions have always been answered clearly and directly with the utmost kindness. The hospitality of the staff at The Vineyards at Trophy Club is what makes it "home". I absolutely love the pet-friendly environment for my sweet pup. The maintenance men are super friendly, too. The few times that I've needed their help they quickly fixed what needed to be fixed within a few hours. The neighbors have also seemed friendly and welcoming. Location, location, location! Shopping, dining, and movie theaters are right at your fingertips!

First of all i would like to mention before i write this review that i am not writing this in anger or frustration. I am writing this review so prospective tenants are aware of how unsafe these apartments are. I do not know where to begin from. we had a horrible experience at these apartments. 1)Our neighbor was extremely loud and doping all the time. I had a little one at home and she woke up several times because of the noise. I complained with the management regarding our neighbor and they wouldn't do anything. all the other neighbors were unfriendly and don't care to even say hi. this place is full of trashy people. 2) these people charge you for every single thing. even if there is a leaf outside your apartment they will fine you for it. On top of that the management is pathetic. they are rude, unprofessional and reckless. they will not even warn you before they fine you. 3) the electric bills are huge. they were around 350 to 400 every month. There is something wrong with their windows and their air conditioner do not work well. Believe me the bills are crazy high. 4) this should be my number 1 problem. we had a break in at our apartment around Feb 2016 when my daughter and mom were home. We were miserable and in shock. We asked around the neighborhood and were told that there has been a break in these apartments twice before because of the way the bushes surround some of the apartments. Wait for the managements reaction after the break in. They knocked our door the same afternoon and handed over a bill for a broken smoke alarm. the asst manager ------ dint even care to say sorry or ask how we were doing. Oh and ------'s manager is even more horrendous. She doesn't give a ---- about anything. She smiles at you like a ----- when you come to her with a problem. This incident changed our lives. If you like to be safe. please do not rent out at these apartments.

I needed an apartment that was reasonable, safe and close to Roanoke and Grapevine. My apt. was just repainted and was nice and fresh with new counters, carpet and tile. I had no problems will living there for approximately 18 months. When I called with questions or concerns the apt. manager Jordan always handled my questions. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the other residence, so many people spoke to me as I walked in the afternoons, I felt very safe. I will miss Jordan who always seemed to take such an interest in me as a person. I never had any issues with insects, or loud neighbors or appliance problems.

I moved 2 months back in to an updated aparment. Management is nice and maintenance is very quick to respond. The buildings are old, but the apartments are getting renovated with new appliances.Easy accesible to state highways and airport. Even though road noise is little more, I feel it is perfect starter place for me.I hope the Apartment community management maintains same standard and will make a better place for current and future residents.

This is an absolutely horrendous apartment complex. When I moved in, in 2014 I already saw water damage in the guest bathroom. Within the first month our air conditioner, stove, and fridge all went out. Maintenance was great - we knew the two men very well by the time we left, but it was unnerving to have things keep happening The only problem I had with them was that they'd fix their cars right by our building. Our dryer had to physically be replaced 3 times, and when there was rain our roof would leak. It was there for about a month before they called people over to fix it. Even then, we could see water damage during future storms. Our apartment was in the very back and the streetlights back there were out. When we left the staff was so rude and extremely unhelpful. The apartments we are out now seem like heaven compared to the Vineyards. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
