A/C Problem
My A/C recently went out in my apartment at The Vineyards. Isidro did a great job of replacing it! He gave me a window unit to cool my apartment while he was waiting for the new A/C to come in. Thank you, Isidro and the management, at The Vineyards. You are terrific!

Love it here!
Friendly office staff, a beautiful apartment with so many nice features! We love living here! It feels like a community and we love the pool. Great maintenance team! Our neighbors are great, we are so glad we moved here!

This complex is SERIOUSLY the best. At other complexes, I have dealt with nightmare neighbors, nightmare management, nightmare maintenance— that is absolutely NOT the case here. The office staff is very kind and helpful, Erika helped me sign my lease and was great throughout the entire process! Most times if I call the office, Lori answers and is always just as helpful. She even gave me an update as to when maintenance would come by today because I work from home! I have to brag on maintenance too— Isidro is the most common one who helps me out and is seriously one of the nicest men I’ve ever met. He always has a smile on his face and is so quick to come out to handle any requests you have. Neighbors are so so kind, considerate, and most of all quiet which is a huge deal to me. I’ve even gone out to grab my mail a couple times we and someone leaving for work will yell good morning from across the road, how nice is that? ***I’m absolutely not compensated for this review in any way, just wanted to say if you’re considering renting here, it’s a far better experience than I’ve had anywhere else!

Great close knit community. Definitely easy to get around considering that these apartment homes are right off of Highway 114. Reserve asap because they’re leased out till March of 2022. You won’t regret it!

Our experience here has been nothing but amazing. From the very beginning of our experience here, we have been treated with the upmost professionalism. We love it here so much that we’ve recommended 3 people to join our community. If you’re looking for your new home amidst the daily commute, this could definitely be a midpoint for you. Not to mention, the Downtown entertainment provides lots of great food & music. If you have any questions, call 817300122. Either Lori or Erika will always just be a call way. Same goes for maintenance since we are provided on site maintenance. All in all, we are very happy with our choice.

I went by for a tour and even though they didn't have anything available to view, the young lady at the front desk was more than willing to take us around the community and show us the location of the downstairs 2/2 that they have coming available in June. She could've simply gave us an informational packet and sent us on our way but she put forth time and effort to give us a tour of what we hope to be our soon to be home. Thank You Erika! We look forward to working with you all in the very near future!

The staff has gone above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need as a resident. All questions or concerns have been addressed immediately and resolved very quickly. I’ve had very few maintenance issues but the few I’ve had were resolved the same morning I put in the request. The leasing process was straight forward and the staff was helpful and honest every step of the way.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, they did not have anything available for the time that I needed to move. The staff gave me a locator card and explained how the service worked. I plan to check back with Vineyards next year.

I have submitted numerous requests to the office for an air conditioning problem that has not been resolved. The office has refilled coolant, they've installed solar screens, they've worked on insulating the air ducts, they've advised me to get curtains to keep the sun out, which I have done. Yet the issue remains. The office have tried all the inexpensive options but haven't fixed the issue. When will the problem be fixed? When I move out? Or will the next resident live through the same thing? Is that why the previous resident left? My AC has been set to 74 degrees since this morning and has been running non-stop and yet the thermostat reads 80 degrees and climbing. Same as yesterday. Same issue as last year. The apartment will reach 85 degrees today and my electric bill will be exorbitant. In the two years that I have lived here I have submitted at least 7 service requests for the AC. Is that something you want to do? Is that something any resident should have to do? In the meantime all I can do is write this negative review and admit that there are probably several residents in my same situation; I can only tell prospective residents to LOOK ELSEWHERE to live if you want to pay for working AC and actually have working AC.

My experience in The Vineyards at Trophy Club has been very pleasant. Lori, Erika, and Isidro were always ready to help in any situation, professional and efficient, even in the simplest of things such as needing a new lightbulb change. Providing the best team effort. My daughters and I will definitely miss this apartment, we have so many beautiful memories here, I highly recommend The Vineyards at Trophy Club, they provided a comfortable safe home for me and my twin girls! Not only is this a great area, but such a great place to live! Staff here is amazing and so helpful! They are constantly updating things and living spaces! The grounds are always kept up. Maintenance is fast and efficient too!

I moved her this past month. I like the location. The staff in the office was very friendly when I was looking. Now its like I am a bother if I have a question. My roommate says the same thing. Very loud being it is right off 114. Not much to the grounds so not much to comment on that. We have the end apartment and a little grass area that we thought was nice. All it is really is a place for everyone to let their dogs take a crap!! Would have been nice to get a heads up on that!! Its an older complex but it seems they try to keep it up. Have to make several attempts or more to get something simple taken care of. I hope it gets better. It has covered parking but small spaces so hard to get my truck parked in one try. I have not made it past the 1st month and looking forward to the end of my lease. For the rent I expected more. Im hopeful maybe it will get better some how!

I love this community and lived here for 4 years. Excellent staff, outstanding service, quiet environment. I loved the architecture of the apartment. It was a Chalet style, just what I was looking for and an excellent rent price for the area. Great neighbors. The area is safe, even for children. I have never had a problem with them. It has a nice pool and a business center, that was very convenient for my meetings with clients. Friendly neighborhood. 5 minutes away from the Roanoke movie theater, 10 minutes away from the airport and Southlake Boulevard. The schools are top rated 10 and 9. What else can you ask for? I am grateful for the opportunity to live here.

We've been very happy with our experience at The Vineyards at Trophy Club. Its so close to everything and the noise level from the highway being so close hasn't been a concern as we thought it might be. Any time we've had an issue they are very quick to address it. The maintenance is very good and respectful of your space. We will probably end up staying longer than anticipated since its turned out to be a great place.

It has truly been a great experience to live at the Vineyards at Trophy Club since August of 2018. The maintenance crew is probably the best part - they stop by quickly, fix things quickly and with expertise, and are genuine and friendly. The location is perfect and in one of the best school districts in Texas. They just installed better thermostats and security systems, so that's a sign that they are constantly trying to improve and keep things moving, rather than just letting the buildings rack up money and rot.

I have enjoyed living here because the neighbors are just good people. The area is close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. If I have a maintenance problem it is addressed immediately. The office staff goes above and beyond to assure the community's concerns are addressed. Its starts with the ownership that has an open door policy. I am only moving due to being relocated by my company. Its been a good experience and grateful for a nice place to live. D. W.

This is a great place to live! The staff Alex, Beth and I am sorry I can't remember the maintennance man's name, but all are the best! They a very friendly and fast to help with anything you need. It is a pleasure living where you feel safe and comfortable. I am building a home and will only be here 6 months, but a great placee to have a layover.

Alex is extremely professional and very much willing to help at any time. I love this community because it is affordable and I can tell that there is a lot of thoughtfulness put into the properties. The people here are so kind and patient. It took us awhile to decide on a lease term and they worked with us. This is my first apartment since I moved to Texas and I am moving from my fiancé's home so it has been a big change for me. The people here are very sensitive to our needs and very welcoming. We love the set up in the apartment and the cleanliness, so cute with a lot of character.

Nice community and excellent staff. After relocating back to TX from China my wife and I needed a nice place and neighborhood to call home for six months while we looked for a houses. On our 3rd day here, we checked out the apartments and moved in a day later. Beth, Alex, Ysidro, & Will helped us settle in, get our utilities setup, & make sure we had everything we needed.

The value of residing at any apartment complex can vary according to the leadership of the on-site management staff. There are other complexes which are newer that can claim advantages with the latest in amenities and less-aged infrastructure. However, the tenor set by property manager Beth and assistant property manager Alex elevates The Vineyards above the competition --- and there IS a lot of competition for housing in this booming economy here in the DFW metroplex where builders can barely keep up the supply of housing with the demand. Beth and Alex are both very polite, engaging, and organized, and from my vantage point, they run a well-oiled machine. There's an emphasis on maintaining a clean attractive property, as well as in ensuring that tenants can enjoy peace and quiet in their home. Now, it's true the property is located adjacent to the busy traffic on the 114 hwy, and there is a long-term construction project at the back of the property, but as far as controllable tenant noise goes, it's a very quiet complex. Also, thankfully, the management is very effective at identifying pet owners who neglect to pick up as required by law. A nice amenity is that each unit has an assigned parking space under a covered carport right in front of your building. Tenants must display a decal in the windshield of their vehicle as a means of enforcing these assigned carport spaces. One of the most important factors in the success of a complex, particularly one which is over 30 years old, is the quality of the maintenance team. The Vineyards has an energetic new team of lead maintenance Isidro and assistant maintenance Ariel, and the friendly porter is named William. There's been a frustrating amount turnover among maintenance during the past couple years, however, the managers have said they're excited about the new team in place because they bring many years of experience and know-how to the job. Isidro recently serviced my A/C unit, and it's running great. He also did an impressive job of weather-stripping my front door, which I hope will save me a little money on my monthly electric bill. Isidro happens to live on property with his family, and has been seen making rounds during evenings and weekends to see that things are in place. That's the kind of intangible which cemented my decision to renew my lease.

I adore this apartment complex! I couldn't have asked for a better first apartment. The staff here are absolutely remarkable and so helpful! Maintenance is quick & easy whenever needed. The apartments are perfect sized & in an amazing location close to Southlake Town Square & all locations in Trophy Club. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

I am writing this review on the behalf of The Vineyards' new manager, Beth Noblitt. I recently moved out because I bought a house, but I lived there for 3 years and my sister-in-law lived there for 2 years. I had multiple problems with previous management, but Beth is the first manager to treat me with the respect of a paying customer! She has been so professional and reasonable that I have forgotten the apartment horrors of the past! These included walking into a trashed apartment on my move-in date, little to no response for repair requests, and breaking my decorative pieces when coming to "fix" things. Let's just say, Beth doesn't run it that way. With her as manager, you will get to experience a prime location in Trophy Club and a well-maintained complex. There is a nice pool and the whole complex has a pleasant atmosphere. If you walk out the backside of the complex, you can take a walk or run down by the golf course and look at all of the pretty yards and homes. It is a nice place for a fraction of the cost of the surrounding area. Lastly, if you take care of your place, Beth will actually give your deposit back! So rare!

I moved in on 10/2/17 to a 2-bedroom apartment at the vineyards at trophy club. itchen appliances are old and have dirt that just won't come out. Kitchen cabinet was painted over and over and it also feels like you can never get it properly cleaned. We had heating problems twice, the heater would not keep the temperature in the apartment. The maintenance came to check but again during the night we were freezing inside. When I called the next day the maintenance guy told me they did not have a needed part, so I should light up the fire place if I wanted to stay warm. They fixed it a couple day after this occasion. A couple months later we had a leaking on the kitchen ceiling and I opened a new service request for it. After having to call them and let them know we had a problem, the engineer came and sprayed the ceiling with white paint, without any notice of what he would do. The paint was all over my keurig coffee machine and pod drawer. I spoke to the complex manager, Beth, and told her that we needed that fixed as I payed over $100 on my coffee machine. She asked us to bring the machine to her office that she would clean the paint out. Of course, when she returned it to my husband the paint was not out and the machine was all scratched. "If you can't live with it, we will refund you the coffee maker" she said. Well, we could not so she did refunded both. Upon move out, we went to the apartment with Alex, assistant manager, to walk around and show her everything was ok. She told us we would have a $160 charge for carpet cleaning. I could not agree with that, as we had no pets nor had any damage to the carpet in the apartment, so I again spoke to Beth about it. She was adamant and told me that if we had no pets, she could not see a reason for the carpet cleaning fee. What a pleasure surprise that, when they sent me my deposit back, I had the exact $160 amount charged there. From $300 deposit, I received back $50. Not complaining about my water bills, I know they were paid with it, but $160 for carpet cleaning after I spoke to someone is not acceptable. I even called Beth once again to ask about the carpet cleaning and her only response was "I am not responsible for quoting that, the company charged and we charged you" Well, If I can give you my 2 cents on this, move away. It looks good at first but you will not enjoy living here.
