WHAT A DUMP! The only thing good about living here is the location THAT'S IT! Where do I even begin... . The windows are as old as the apartment complex (around 30yrs) completely lack any insulation value and let in all the elements making heating and cooling extremely expensive! Not to mention the noise from the highway is unbearable! . The walls... PAPER thin adding to the noise you get to hear from your neighbor. Add in a couple loud Mustang 5.0 (at 6:30am Mon-Fri) and it see if you can get a good night's sleep, ever. . Lawn care, I had a very rude -------- weed eating guy DESTROY my massive POTTED plant and for what reason. Funny thing is the complex had some of the SAME plants. This is pure hatred. The guy HAD to know, it was in a POT! . It rains IN your apartment. The place is literally falling apart. Every time it rains you can see water soaked walls making it an unhealthy environment. . Granite FAKE, hard wood floors FAKE, all around just a complete waste of money! . Water pressure, NONE! Try taking a shower with a drip drip drizzle. Oh and you have to WASTE a TON of water before it becomes hot, set your timer cause it's a good solid couple minutes before its even warm. I can literally go do other things while I wait for the water to get hot. (These are just a few things. I tried and tried and tried to let them go but as of today it is just unbearable and we shouldn't have to live like this. ESPECIALLY with how much we pay to live here.) DO SOMETHING VINEYARDS! I'm leaving this review EVERY WHERE POSSIBLE.

I have horrible experience finally have to move out from the property as both the managers ---------------- are not professional they think do do a big favour because you stay in their property. They only care paying the rent in time and charge you heavy fine when you leave the property.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! This place is horrible. Bad management, very rude. Appliances are so old and they just temporary fix everything to look new, you can see that -within a weeks time everything starts coming off and beware you will be charged for all of this. Its just a business they are making money, you will know at the time of move out. The only thing people still move in here it is connecting to highway and there are no other options. We are glad we moved out.

I moved in a couple of months ago, and have enjoyed living here so far. Jordan was very helpful when I started looking at these apartments, and was able to get me an apartment that better fit my preferences after I had already agreed to move in. It's a nice place to live, and I've been able to save more money than I expected while living here.

At first glance, the apartment complex looks attractive for the price. However, the road noise from HWY 114 is horrendous! There is no break in the traffic and subsequently no rest! The apartments are poorly insulated! Electric bill for a one bedroom is almost $225. Complaints about the road noise fall on deaf ears. Can't wait to move!

My wife and I have lived here for nearly 3 years and everything has been top-notch. Service requests are handled promptly and professionally. The front office staff is always cheerful and anxious to be of service. Yes, I have recommended The Vineyards to others several times and will gladly do so again.

I just moved into these apartment and literally the day after I submitted the inspection checklist, maintenance was at my apartment to fix everything - which is awesome! At my old apartment nothing ever got fixed, and I lived there for an entire year. It got to the point that if anything malfunctioned I just learned to live with it, so this is definitely a plus!! Jordan was super helpful and prompt throughout the entire application process and super nice. She definitely understands customer service :). The complex is very quite and peaceful and feels more like home than any other apartment I've lived in. I will most certainly be here for a while!

I am staying in these apartments with my family for over 5 years now and very much like this place. The people/neighbours who lives in this community are very peaceful. Things have improved with new management taking over this property specially maintenance requests are being done faster. The property Managers (Devin & Jordon) brings more professionalism to work and ensure that Residents stay happy and satisfied. Some of the good things the new management done like Assigned parking lots, Changed Old Appliances, Reduced excessive Water Bills, Upkeep & landscaping etc. I will recommend this place to everyone.

My wife and I love the location and accesibility to the local cities. The atmosphere is like family, especially with the excellent administration of managers, Devon and Jordan. The maintenance supervised by Aaron and his assistant, Jimmy, is superb! The owners have done much to keep the complex up to date. We salute all of them, and we would recommend The Vineyards to anyone!!! Dennis & Mary Faith Anger

I have lived here for 3 years and it's a quiet, small community and we enjoy the fact that all of our neighbors are friendly and look out for one-another. Most of my neighbors have been here a long time. I love the location to the NWISD schools. I love that we are not in the city, but not in the country either. We are close to Southlake so my wife can go shopping and spend all of my money (kidding honey) and movies, water park, and places to hang out on the weekend in Ronoke (i think thats how to spell it) there is a little town square that has a lot of cool shops, restaurants and history. Aaron in maintenance is awesome and he really is king to his craft, quick to respond to any issues that come up. He came by my place after he worked all day in the Texas heat to show me how to operate my thermostat and also to show me how to reset my garbage disposal when he could have easily just told me to call in a request and just gone home. We love Jordan! She is very customer service oriented and we can tell that she truly cares about everyone and our little piece of paradise in Trophy Club. I have personally watched her in action with some of our neighbors it appears that no one is a stranger to her and everyone loves her.

Aaron from maintenance is very reliable and always does an excellent job with the work orders. Vineyards of Trophy Club is lucky to have both Jordon and Aaron in their team! Thank you, guys!!!

Very pleasant moving-in experience with virtually no issues. Management is professional and courteous; maintenance staff is responsive when minor repairs are needed. The condition of the unit is fine with updated features, nice layout, and appliances all working properly. Energy of the complex is positive and neighbors are friendly and seem happy to be here as well. Overall a really nice place to live.

I just finished a seven month stay while my house was repaired following a lighting strike. The apartment was expansive - two closets in one bedroom and a walk in closet in the other. The ceilings were high. It had a good refrigerator with ice maker and washer and dryer. The place was immaculate, with new carpet and everything in tip top shape. The couple of times I needed repairs, they were done immediately and with a smile. The staff were educated and gracious. The tenants were large computer programmers and a few others, and made great neighbors. Dogs were permitted. Nothing was deducted when I left, I recommend it without qualification. So THANKFUL I moved out!!!! This is not a home its 4 walls, a collapse ceiling, and mold. The area is not safe and the management is a 1st grade royal pain in the bottom. No respect for residents. I wonder how they stay in business. Its sad how they treat people and get away with it.

My experience in leasing at the Vineyards at Trophy Club was such a peaceful pleasure. Jordon was so professional yet kind. She went the extra mile to make sure everything was correct in my apartment at move-in time. She even had them put longer chains on the ceiling fans, because I'm short. That was so thoughtful of her.

I have been a resident at The Vineyards for 1 month and my overall move-in experience was fantastic. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate The Vineyards an 11. The office staff is always warm and inviting as well as very professional to work with.

I have lived here a month and it seems to be cool. The neighbors are friendly and are watchful for each other. We as a community can stop the thefts and criminal activity. Ownership and management can only do so much to protect people who do not protect themselves. Most of these reviews are -------- on both sides but the group is doing the best they can to clean-up our community and give us a safe, clean place until we all get homes. The staff has taken care of the problems I have had in a timely and professional manner. So far, all I see is some folks make a fuss, so they don't have to pay the agreed rent

I'm a current resident at The Vineyards at Trophy Club, and I'm very pleased with the apartment and the staff that assisted me with the application process. Prior to move-in my apartment received a "white glove" inspection, it is very clean, including a fresh coat of paint. Due to her professionalism and pleasant customer service, I need to mention Jordon by name. She is an absolute joy to deal with, she walked me through the entire process step-by-step. Jordon is also great in responding to any questions and minor maintenance requests. I highly recommend The Vineyards at Trophy Club for anyone looking for a safe, quite, clean, and reasonably priced apartment.

This place is absolutely AWFUL. Most of the reviews on this website absolutely have to be FAKE. This place was built in like the 1960's and it feels like we are stuck in the 1960's. My neighbor is a skinny little thing and I can hear every. single. step. she makes. The utilities are high because this place is so old. The lighting has a short because bulbs last about a week before going out but they won't do anything about it. Come visit and see how dilapidated the grounds are and how photoshopped the photos of the property are. The pipes are also old so they get clogged easily, the maintenance guys give you attitude for no reason and our back porch has completely collapsed TWICE. One of those times the water heater above ours was apparently leaking into our storage closet and we were told that we should have noticed sooner..! Everything in our storage closet was ruined due to water damage and BLACK MOLD. And then we were given attitude by the maintenance guy and were told that we would have to clean up the wet, BLACK MOLD covered contents of what was in our storage. This place is a joke. The pool is tiny and there are literally ZERO other amenities. The second "bedroom" is 9feet x 9feet..barely enough room for a bed- they can only legally call it a second bedroom because it also has a tiny closet attached. Their's new management approx. every 6 months. I seriously can not wait to move, we actually hate this place so much that we will be paying to break our lease just so we can leave.

I have lived here for 7 months. It took them 6 months to fix a ceiling leak in my child's room. The electrical switch don't work too well only 20% of the time they turn on. 6 break ins so far, do you really need or want to raise a family around so many home invasion? What happens if one time it's your home and the children are there?

WHAT A BLESSING!!!!!...I just moved here and am absolutely in heaven. I wanted to be near church and work and this apartment was such a GOD-send. I love the fact that it is a small complex and that it is kept up very well. I looked at other apartments and saw that they were going to nickel-and-dime me for washer/dryer, covered parking and trash pick-up (by the way which is curbside...can we just say "AWESOME") is included in the rent. The layout of the apartment is so open, home-y and very welcoming and greater than any layout that I looked at which was alot. The kitchen invites you to cook, bake and just want to entertain all that come by, the people that live here that I have met so far are very sweet and the pets too and the wonderful ladies in the office are there to help you with whatever you need...Stop by and just take a look at a place that will have you still thinking about it even before you drive off the lot!!!!!

I am a new tenant here, moved in a few weeks ago. I absolutely love it here! I first looked at this apartment because it is so close to my work and priced better than nearby properties. What I like about it is that it feels more like a town-home setting versus an apartment complex. It is a small property that is very quiet, you don't have all of the riffraff or the all night party crowd here like some of the larger properties. My apartment is full of natural light with lots of windows, has built in bookshelves, plenty of cabinet space and ceiling fans in every room. It has a fireplace, which is nice because last winter it was colder than usual in this area. It comes with things for free that other properties charge extra for such as a full size washer and dryer, and a carport. We also have curbside trash pickup three times per week. And the staff here is super friendly!! I am glad I chose to live here, and very pleased to call this home.

I have been at The Vineyards for one and one half years and have seen a lot of changes. Most of them for the best. I see well maintained grounds, a maintenance supervisor that can really fix things and a real feeling of neighbors. I am apprehensive about the changes, but I will say I have enjoyed my time here and have seen none of the bad things people have been posting. I know for a fact the would not allow bed bug infestation and the office staff is more caring than any other place I have lived. Definitely would recommend this a a great place to live.

Think again in case you are planning to rent an apartment here. This community has lot of issue like: 1. So many theft incidents. 2. Rude behavior of Leasing Manager 3. Poor Maintenance and bad quality of equipment. 4. very - 2 high water bills. 5. Lot of apartment has bed bugs
