Poor Maintenance and Poor Renovations
Lived here for over 2 years. Here's the positive: They accepted us eventhough we had poor rental history. They also allowed us many times to pay rent our rent late without charging late fees. The staff were very understanding when it came to this sort of thing. I now realize why. Here's the negative: Our air conditioning unit could not keep our apartment cool at all during the summer, we endured many days where the inside temperature was 85 degrees or higher, we would complain to the office and maintenance was slow to respond. Overall, a poorly renovated apartment, incompetent maintenance workers and an unprofessional staff.

Bad Management!!!!
I lived in a duplexed owen by the management of Plantations at Trophy Club.

On the positive: the duplex is nice and it is in a nice neighborhood. Price is average.

Now the negative: When I moved in I was told we would have marble put into the kitchen, apparently they told the same to the person that moved in before me (overheard a conversation from tenant). The tenant before never saw it and I never saw it. Also, we asked them to send their maint's guys to replace small things around the house. They never show up, I told them over 4 times about one small item and they never did anything about. They are very shady and will say anything to get you to move in. Plus I had to push to get the walls repainted before move in and they didn't even change out the carpet. It had what looked like animal stains on it that was steamed out. If I had the time before move in I would of had them change it out.

Love it!
We were having a rough time financially and they took us without question and worked with us if we need a few extra days to make a payment.
Whe lived in a larger 2 br in the same complex and had problems with the A/C and it completely went out one summer and they immediately said we could move to another unit and even though it was upgraded and would have cost more kept it at the same price for us. the staff is very friendly and even remembers our name and always answer any questions I have.

We can hear our neighbors upstairs and there are cooking smells from the apartment next door but other than that, I like living here and say it's a great apartment.

Good place to live
I lived in the Plantations Apt's for awhile. I was upset because my ac was always breaking. BUT- they'd always come work on it. I was at the end apt next to the woods, so I got a lot of spiders and couldn't handle it. I NOW live in Indian Creek Townhomes, right behind the Plantations, same owner. I love it. No problems. They were exceptional nice to work with. They gave me options of color of appliances. Put a chandlier up instead of the ugly light. Gave us a cheaper price than listed. Extremely friendly. The only reason I might move is because I have so much junk I am running out of room. I think this home is around 1,200 sqft I don't remember. Which is plenty of room for most people. AND-There is attic storage! Two car garage! ( hard to find )
Can not hear the neighbors through the walls ( like our last condo ) GREAT PLACE!!!
