[Incentivized Review] Royce Bradley did an excellent job with my light change, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure I was comfortable with the process before getting started. The work itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Royce made sure everything was installed properly and safely, and he even checked that the lighting looked right in the space before finishing up. I appreciated how clean and organized he kept the area, leaving no mess behind. What stood out the most was his knowledge and willingness to answer questions. He explained things in a simple way, which made me feel more confident about the changes being made. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be satisfied. Overall, I would definitely recommend Royce Bradley to anyone needing help with lighting or similar work. He’s reliable, skilled, and genuinely cares about doing a great job.

Rockledge is a beautiful place to live. All apartments are large and spacious with modern features. The grounds are well maintained. There is a large exercise facility and pool with hot tub. Monthly get-togethers promote a family atmosphere.

One important improvement would be better oversight of the third-party companies that manage parking and towing. At the very least, their staff should answer phone calls in a respectful and courteous manner. No resident deserves to be treated rudely when simply calling to ask about their vehicle. It would also be helpful if Rockledge could provide residents with a visible parking tag or permit for their vehicles when they have a valid registration. This could help prevent situations where cars are mistakenly towed even though they have an active permit.

We have lived here for 3 years and We like to live in this community. Since that we moved here a lot of things are better and in my opinion the illuminations around the apartments are great and the park app helper a lot because we didn’t have space enough to park our cars.

A staff of uncaring leasing agents, A maintenance team that won’t communicate anything. Clear cases of retaliation immediately after the worst customer service experiences of my life. 0/10 would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody.

From the second we arrived to tour the apartments till now - it has been easy, seamless, and an overall great move! With the gorgeous views around, the kind staff, the maintenance team, full gym with actual barbells and free weights, and olympic lifting station, park, community office area, pool tables, and extremely spacious floor plans...it's all amazing, we honstly love it here. No problems finding parking, no issues with other tenants being loud. Tons of families around and the staff and maintenance team are all so helpful—thank you to Jocelyn for finding us the perfect place while we were in Florida!

I’m writing to express my deep concern about several ongoing issues that have not been handled properly. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean, even though Jocelin said it would be. The front door lock is still broken, which is a safety issue. Most importantly, my car was towed even after I received written confirmation from Park M that I was approved to park in the underground garage. This situation shows a serious lack of communication, commitment, and respect toward residents.

Since I moved, I had to call for several reasons to maintenance, and they had come and resolve everything. In my opinion, that helps to keep the unit in good condition. I like to take care of the unit as if it were my own, and with they help the apartments will maintain their value.

Desde que llegamos sentimos que este era nuestro hogar, decidimos ir a otro complejo pero tuvimos mala experiencia (era más económico y la organización un desastre) salimos de allí desesperados y volvimos a Rockledge, el proceso de aprobación fue rapidísimo y Derek es un gran profesional con una paciencia increíble, nos ayudó, nos mostró de nuevo los apartamentos y hizo el desglose de los gastos. Y aunque creo que hay gastos innecesarios que en total suman como 200$ extras, es un complejo bien cuidado. Aun no he tenido la oportunidad de tratar con mantenimiento por falta de tiempo, pero creo que algunos electrodomésticos están anticuados para lo que se paga aquí. Las áreas comunes son impresionantes y las vistas increíbles! Llevamos 3 semanas aquí así que aun no tengo mucho más que decir, pero por el momento estoy contenta!

We love living at Rockledge at Quarry Bend. The location is perfect, with easy access to a quiet walking trail, public park, and convenient shopping center. The staff has been friendly and helpful throughout the leasing and move-in process (especially Jocelyn). The apartments themselves are beautiful, with lots of intentional storage space built in. We definitely made the right choice moving here!

My experience here has been good. For the most part it is a pretty standard apartment experience. The grounds can be gross at times, (dog poop, overwatering/stinky swamp grass) but there is almost always a guy walking around cleaning things up, so they try. Location is stellar. Mountain view from the community area is great. Apartment layout is good, bedrooms are on the smaller side. Parking is a mess and the new system they put in place for guests is a joke.

The community is quiet and clean. I really like how responsive management is and my neighbors are all respectful. I love having a carport and my kids love the pool and hot tub. Maintenance is always quick. I love my apartment and the big open floor plan. The nice bright windows. And the kitchen is huge!

Renters beware!

DO NOT rent from here!!! 2 years after moving out they are claiming we still owe over $2.k, which is a discrepancy in their system and we had paid in full. The lack of communication with management and corporate is astounding, while somehow being the tennants fault. Dog waste trash is NEVER picked up, the trash is always over flowing as well, the parking situation is also a huge headache. The pool had been closed for a majority of the 2 years we were here due to health department shut downs. Hidden fees and required packages that are outdated. Check out their google reviews! RENTER BEWARE!!!

These apartments are big and roomy. We have a lot of stuff and can fit it more easily than in most other apartments. We love that there is an included washer and dryer in our apartment. However the price is a bit steep for only 1 bathroom, being on the 3rd floor and no included parking. The guest parking policy is a bit dumb as well. We’ve had a bit of a mold issue here in the appliances where water comes from.

I really like the Rockledge apartments but it’s been months now and they still haven’t put a door next to my unit, so the heater is exposed with all the components, maintenance is kind of slow on fixing it

Rockledge is great

I love my home. It is very clean, close to shopping center, gym is a big part of why I moved here. I am glad I choose this place to live. I do like all the room we have to walk around with my dog and they also have a dog park.

Sometimes at night, we have a group of people that are pretty loud around 11pm at night. There has been yelling and loud music playing and it lasts for a while. Of that could be reduced, it would make the quiet score go up a star

Great location.

Rockledge at Quarry Bend is a great location to local shops and freeway access is easy. The property is well maintained, and the staff is very nice. I always see people cleaning up the place to keep it looking clean.

It's amazing here I constantly see people picking up trash and cleaning up the yard and property, the community is quiet and friendly. And the management is amazing. Pet friendly community. And the scenery is amazing here.

Don’t move here

Dont move here. Ive been here for about a month and a half and wish I never did. The complex itself has way more residents than it has parking spots, so much so that the residential streets are packed at night giving you two options. 1. Park your car a half mile away at Walmart or 2. Pay $150 more on top of your rent for a parking spot. Not only that the complex itself teams with a towing company to harass its residents and tow their vehicles all hours of the night should they have to park in any vacant spot thats available (Im sure Rockledge is getting some kick back on that from those companies too). They also force you like a lot of complexes to have direct TV at $160 a month, which is a terrible service, and about $100 more than any other streaming service that offer the same thing. Not only that ours hasnt worked since we moved in and are still forced to pay the service for the crap. If thats not enough you have to pay 2 utility bills one for the complex and your personal which they dont disclose(they actually tell you your utilities are part of the rent) so you can expect to pay an addition $200-250 a month on top of your rent every month. You cant pay early here because they never have the total amount of the utilities added to the ledger ever, so you will constantly pay late fees despite paying weeks early. Also upon moving in we had our blinds taped together looking like a 4 year old pieced it together, had giant holes in our silverware holder in the dish washer, have trash in the halls since we have moved in.Dog crap everywhere in the complex, have come out to dog pee on our door, and dog puke on the stairs for about 2 weeks. Dont be fooled go elsewhere and avoid this clown show. I will be soon enough.

The staff and maintenance crew are excellent. the only problem I have is with very noisy neighbors. I hope they realize I have moved in and will be more aware of the problem with noise traveling between these apartments.
