I remember one time I lost my wallet, and needed to have my bank account information updated. I paid my rent on time, but the online portal still had my old account details. I realized my mistake 2 minutes afterward, corrected the mistake, and submitted a valid payment, again still on time. I even sent an email to the entire front office staff to communicate this to avoid confusion or issue. I was still charged a fee for NSF, and had my online privilege taken away. I went to the office to address it, and not only did nobody look at the email I sent ( through the approved, managed online portal) but they also refused to remove the NSF fee, even though I paid ON TIME, IN FULL. The lady even had the audacity to act like she was doing me a favor by turning online functionality back on, even though I didn't really do anything wrong in the first place.

The move in is going smoothly. The apartment is so nice. I love the balcony. And the neighbors are very nice. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The maintenance crew are very good and responsive

I chose here because of location. It seemed fair, nice community. Unfortunately, at the move-in process, I was misguided. On my contract my parking spot was 13 however, the agent asked me to park at 36. After about 10 days my car got towed. So, for the future residents, do not believe leasing managers here, make sure whatever they told you is written, do not get fooled by their words. That misguiding caused me $348.

My experience has been very positive thus far. We do have an issue with the amount of people that smoke weed inside of their apartments because the smell goes through the vents into our apartment. But outside of that, this place always has something going on and is a fun vibe.

Rockledge at Quarry Bend has been one of the best places I have lived in. All the staff has been super helpful during our move in they have really made it feel like it is home for me and my wife I highly recommend people live here

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The community has seen a big growth in a specific population group. The police is constantly on the property. Kids are seen driving motorcycles and four-wheelers all over the property, trashing and vandalizing. We can’t even go to the community pool in peace because people are drinking and bringing loud speakers playing music with profanity, not family friendly at all. Neighbors are not picking up after their pets, can’t use green areas. Management doesn’t follow through with complaints. We moved here in hopes of experiencing a higher end community, we couldn’t be more wrong.

Our experience has been great.However we still have a broken cabinet in our bathroom that we put in a work water for and haven't heard anything back. Other Then that everything is wonderful and the community is Beautiful. Hate how crowded the pool But what are you gonna do. It's a very nice pool.

My very bad decided to selected this complex for living. Very noisy Not Clean public area. Every where seeing poop dog. Never can my family used easy pool and bbq area because always possessed by a group. My Neighbor is very noisy. Bad experience for safety, Stolen my license plate and mail package. The amenities are great, but on the weekends people in the community blast their music by the bbq pit. This can go on early in the morning to late at night which is our biggest hold back from recommending.

Terrible place to live. I have lived here for 7 years and the first 5 were nothing short of amazing honestly. In the last 8 months specifically it has gone down hill drastically, all of the people I know surrounding my buidling hate it too and have been moving out. New neighbors are disrespectful, don’t follow policies, leave trash and their dogs poo everywhere. Amenities are unavailable a lot of the time yet you still pay for them monthly. Staff and management do not care at all and hardly make any effort to help ever. Rent is very overpriced for what you pay

Rockledge is wonderful place to live, a family environment and accommodating to single adults as well. It is beautifully located close to shopping, restaurants, and possess some of the most beautiful views The Salt Lake City has to offer. I highly recommend Rockledge to anyone seeking a home in this area. I will also add that that pricing is quite affordable and will meet anyone's budget and needs. There are a lot of fun things to do around these apartments, however it is not very safe. Our doormat was stolen by a woman who left it in a field across the street. The maintenance here is not good. I’ve had service requests for the past 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for things to be fixed. We’re paying for pest control but we’re finding bugs everywhere and pest control says they’re going to come, but we’re still waiting on them.

Our move-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very responsive. Since we’ve moved in, when we needed to reach the staff or maintenance, they are quick to respond. The living area is very spacious and modern. Neighbors are quiet. No issues since we’ve moved in.

I have enjoyed my time at Rockledge. Every year I think I am going to move and end up staying because of the perks I have here. I do wish that somehow we could get the dogs to pee on the grass instead of the sidewalks or corners of the building by the stairs.

0/10. Would not recommend. Rockledge is unsafe, dirty, and management does not care about its tenants. Twice we have had to call the fire department on our downstairs neighbor who has fallen asleep (because he was drunk) with food on the stove. This person continues to live here even though he could have burned down the building. Oh and not to mention two other tenants who live here kidnapped someone and tortured him for 12 hours in their apartment. Management has yet to address this. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I’ve been very happy with the rockledge community. The only issues I have are noisy neighbors and occasionally other residents do not clean up after their pets. Otherwise, my experience has been very good.

Some residents do not rotate the parking spaces, keeping defective cars in the parking spaces. Another bad example is to turn a free vacancy into your exclusive vacancy, parking a motorcycle in the same vacancy along with the car and having an eternal vacancy. (see an example of these in the very few vacancies we have next to building 8) In addition, the stairs that give access to the apartments are unclean and are never cleaned or washed. The outdoor areas are always full of dog feces.
