It is a clean and neat place to live. It was a fast and easy process to get all my stuff together for move in. Thank you Rockledge for making everything great. Amenities was a huge thing for me and they have great amenities that you can enjoy worth your money.

------ apt complex, won’t be renewing lease. This management team sucks, they don’t respond to any email or complaint, the apartment has needed constant maintenance on appliances, the neighbors are extremely loud. Kids run around all over with no supervision, dogs ---- all over the sidewalks and management doesn’t enforce anything. There’s been multiple events that had cops called to the parking lot in front of the building because of fights and damage to property.

No creo que vayan a compartir esto, no me agrado que me cobren cosas que no se estipularon, que los parques esten llenos de caca de perros, mas cuando no tengo animales, los que tienen animales que paguen por ello, tengo claro que tienen a alguien que cobra por llamar a la grua, aun pagando estacionamiento me llevan el vehiculo, aun estando en el subterraneo. Horrible, solo quiero irme de aca, pero si me voy antes, me cobran multa, como si todo lo que me Han robado no sea suficiente

The apartments are nice but the landscape could be taken care of better. There’s a lot of animal feces and some garbage that doesn’t seem to get taken care of. Also noise ordinance doesn’t seem to be enforced regularly. Upstairs tenants through a party until 1:30 AM and nothing got done about it.

Great apartment complex so far for the first few weeks I have been here. I’ve enjoyed the ease of the move in process. I’m looking forward to getting to know the community more and seeing what events they hold throughout my lease.

It's excellent, I would really recommend it, you can really count on them for anything, they do activities and have a really interesting social part, the departments are really very good. It is one of the best apartments you can live in.

My husband and I moved here last year and have really enjoyed it, we renewed our lease for another year. The maintenance team is fantastic and always very prompt with their responses to any maintenance requests

You dont want my review, it would have been good when I first moved in but it would be a bad review at this point in time. At 7:00 am on a weekend, other residents are driving LOUD 4 wheelers around and around the parking lots. Kids are on these vehicles while an adult watches them from the garage. Its not pleasant to be woken up on a weekend to this. Not the appropriate place to ride 4 wheelers!

Nice This is a good place to live. I’ve lived here for 8 years! The service is excellent! I enjoy the amenities and location of Rockledge!!! The maintenance team especially David is amazing and Derek in the main office is amazing as well thanks for the nice place I have to live!!!

I have loved living here. Being a single mom I feel safe with my daughter. Love the new manager. Making sure the community rules are followed by ALL who live here. Being fixed slowly but seeing little improvements happen.

The only good thing about living at Rockledge is that the floor plans are spacious. Other than that, everything else about this community is trash. I’ve lived at Rockledge for many years and this year has not been the worst experience yet and management could care less. I will not be renewing our lease and can’t wait to be living somewhere else.

Love Jessica, Jade, Derek, Sabrina, and Christina, they are always helpful. The pool is usually open and there is little to no trash around the property. I really appreciate my assigned carport after a long day at work.

Overall, it's a good community. There are some things to improve on. Maintenance of elevators and security devices for garages and other entries. Also communication on important things like say, a transfer to another apartment. Otherwise a good community

Sabrina Parrish was amazing to work with! She made leasing my apartment very seamless, and kept in constant communication with me about my leasing process and move in. The community is beautiful, and the fitness center had all the equipment I needed.

Not well managed and won't recommend after high rent increase in 2 years and poor managed trash, dog poop, garbage outside, pool often closed, etc. Paying 160 for cable and internet that we don't even use is a waist. The trash service is ---- and I'd been without cans for months but still had to pay.

We love loving here! The staff has always been kind & helpful. The apartment that we live in is just so awesome!! And the people/neighbors keep to themselves and when I’m passing they/I always get each other with a “good morning”, “hello”, a nod or a smile.

Overall, I enjoy living at Rockledge. It is a quiet and tranquil community. I really enjoy my home. The front office are very kind. The few experiences I have mentioned in this survey are only a few things that can be easily fixed.

The people here are nice and friendly for the most part. The office people have been of great help. I think the grounds could be cleaner...Beware when the say they tow, you will given any kind of warning no matter how new you are. Bath tubs are quiet small. The kitchen looks as if there is plenty cupboard space but there is only 3 drawers and had to get an extra cabinet for more storage space.

Community overall is good, can't complaint much. Parking space is not managed as per resident place of apartment which is bad management. Not clean quickly during winter. Management team is not knowledgable. Still not resolved my parking ticket issue yet despite it is their fault.

Have had a good time here. Do not need maintenance often but when i do they are fast and clean. Like the people in the office. They are always very nice. I did refer some friends to come and take a tour. There favorite part of Rockledge was the gym.

David was over to my place the next day after putting my work request in at the office. He took care of our problem, as he always does. He is a very nice man and makes me very comfortable. I have always been happy in my apartment.

The maintenance guys are great, as I said before David is always very happy and helpful. The office people have always been very nice and helpful as well. It is awesome that they already have their pool open. Very excited to enjoy it with my kids.

It's so nice and big. Plenty space. I love the club and I love how they do the activity. It was wonderful. The hard part I hate is when getting so many snow blocking the car and wouldn't be able to get out.

Living at Rockledge is awesome!
Overall, it is a great place: location is perfect, it is secure, customer service is optimal, gym is awesome, apartments are nice and parking is pretty well. I like living here. When I have had an issue, staff is there to help you.

Had to call the guys out to open my door as the lock was not working, it was late but they showed up within 10 minutes. Nice to have them available to help out with situations like this. Very happy with my time spent here.
