Since living here, I must say that I really like this community. The staff are friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that the people who have dogs should definitely clean up after them. Let's all work together to keep this community nice and clean.

Excellent apartment. More outdoor area could be better preserved when it accommodates two animals, mainly inside two elevators and in parts where there is grass, it is noticed a lot left behind by two animals that do not clean because you hold two animals as needed. I noticed a lot, no elevator at the door of my apartment where the neighbor's dog faces pee.

This place used to be awesome and now it's terrible! Dog poop everywhere, unresolved security issues, and the management won't return phone calls or answer emails. I absolutely cannot wait to get out! Don't live here!

Had a clogged disposal and they came to my apartment immediately. They were very courteous and professional. Have always had a good experience with these guys! Great place to live, I have had great experienes.

Big fan of the fitness center. No need to join a gym as there is everything you need here. My apartment is also great. Have been able to work from home in comfort. Nice that you can always count on the staff to take care of things.

Love my apartment. The high ceilings and big windows are great. Nice and open. My view is excellent. The maintenance team is always prompt and friendly. I plan on staying at Rockledge for another year.

I have always had my items fixed timely and the guys are very respectful and nice. This last problem was a thermostat issue and they were able to guide me thorough some setting issues. I am now able to feel comfortable handling it myself. Thanks Rockledge Maintenance!

Work was completed when i was at work, no complaints. Everything was completed and they left a note letting me know they were there and done. That was nice. Overall great experience with all of the staff in the office as well.

Jade is unbelievable! He has been always curteous and so helpful since the day my kids and i moved in. I couldn’t be happier with him. The apartment itself is modern and spacious. I feel like i live in a luxury apartment.

Overall okay but no help from the management when dealing with the problems with our neighbors. We have contacted the office multiple times over the course of 8 months and done everything they have asked and still have seen no help from them.

My main concern is the cleanliness of the apartments. The dog poop trashcans are constantly overflowing with poop that the owners do pick up and poop everywhere on the grass from the ones that aren't picked up. Either way it gross. Also when you switched trash vendors NOBODY picked up the old trash cans so they were all over the buildings for months. Lastly the elevators and walkways are rarely cleaned and have dog piss or trash all over them. The office staff is awesome and the maintenence crew is super nice. But for super expensive apartments like these it should be cleaner.

Office and maintenance guys are great, love our apartment. Its huge and we love the modern look. Love the high ceilings. Big windows are great as well. Of course you cannot beat the huge fitness center. Hot tub is nice and like the convenience of underground parking.

Like how close we are to shopping and entertainment, My apartment is nice and bright and has a good set up. I really like that we were able to use the clubhouse.. which is gorgeous, for my sisters bridal shower. Office staff is very courteous and helpful.

Maintenance person was very nice and quick. I generally have a great experience with the office and maintenance team, no complaints. Really like the underground parking and the park area for my children.

Love my apartment, this high ceilings and the view is amazing. Nice to be on the top floor with the luxury of an elevator. Nice neighbors and nice people in the office. My kids love the pool in the summer.

It is very close to my work and the apartment is nice. Good price for the area and the large gym. Would recommend to anyone that wants a great place for a fair price and if you like to work out! Elevators are a huge bonus as well.

Living here is very convenient for me. Its close to my work and its nice to have the things I need around me. I like having a gym in the apartment complex and that it is open 24 hours. I enjoy having underground parking, especially this time of year

The units are beautiful! I need certain features because of my disability. I needed no stairs & a very short distance from my car to the apartment. It was extremely difficult to find what I needed, but this complex has it all. An added bonus is that it is close to my family!

Most everything is good except they have issues keeping the pool and hot tub in working condition. Their is also a lot of dogs in this apartment complex and so there can be a smell of dog pee in the corridors.

Decent enough place to live. Sometimes management and their record keeping can be sketch. Ive had to have random extra charges taken off a few times and service requests were marked as done when they werent. The managers have always been quick to rectify those mistakes when I bring them up

Nothing special about living here! Sorry. We are moving the first chance we get. Only do it if you have to. The apartment are big and it would be great for a transitional period or you had no other choice. Gym is super convenient.

Everyone is nice to you if you encounter them and it's clean looking. The inside is awesome and it's a nice floor plan. A lot of space and very affordable. The internet basic plan has been doing well and the kitchen looks great. I spend most free time just in my apartment but there is this other guy with a cat and our cats are meow pals

I have emailed many times about garbage and dog feces around the property and nothing has changed. No tenants are being held accountable for picking up after the dogs. I send photos of our hallways filled with garbage bags and it sometimes smells like a dump.
