Rockledge has been a safe, comfortable place to live. Management has been prompt and engaging with the few issues weve had in over two years. Its a nice place to live that feels like a nice place to live.

Other than the quiet time issue I have had since my first night in my apartment, everything else I LOVE about this place. I already have a friend who is going to come look at the complex since her lease is about to end at another community.

The best apartment I have ever lived at. The grounds and apartments are so nice and they are so good at keeping it clean and maintained. They are quick to resolve maintenance issues and the community in general is very nice

Parking needs to be improved and garbages are frequently overflowing. Also the wifi is slow at times. Lastly, the cost of paid parking is higher than it should be in comparison to complexs in the area. (Especially with how bad parking is here). Overall, the unit is nice and clean and updated.

I personally have not enjoyed living here, very poorly made. I can literally hear my neighbors talking through the walls. lots of dogs off leash - kids not being watched, etc.. my layout looks nice but has very little storage - I have had a constant ant problem and when I asked for help I was basically told they "have a company that sprays" even though I work from home and have NEVER actually seen anyone. I have also had constant allergies but never seen a filter changed.. I am sorry but I cannot recommend this place to anyone

We have lived here for 5.5 years and things here started out pretty rough in that management was not very good and lots of amenities weren't available yet or unfinished and management promises were frequently not kept. Since that time there has been a change of management and while there have been some rough patches with the new management as well, I would generally say that things are improving and they seem to want to improve which is really important. I would probably say things are at 80% of what I think they should be but that's progress.

My experience in the community has been overall positive. There is some concern about the number of car break ins. The community itself feels safe and the access to shopping and entertainment is great in this area! So far, we are really enjoying being part of the Rockledge community.

We have had nothing but an exceptional experience in the Rock Ledge community...I've already referred at least two other people to come live with us. While we have had needs like a refrigerator repair, they have been nothing less than prompt, attentive, and courteous.

Nice, clean, and beautiful luxury apartments!!! The large private parking is amazing!!!! Have been here 3 years and nothing compares to the amount of room and parking we have. Love it!!! Rent is comparable to other places but the apartments here are much larger and beautiful! the underground private parking holds our 2 lifted trucks perfectly. If you have nice cars or trucks this is the place to be.

Nice apartments. New and updated with high quality appliances. Parking is a major problem as there aren't enough spaces to go around. That's all I have to say, but your character requirement is making me type more. That's pretty inconvenient.

The community is decent. There are lots of nice people living here. It holds a higher standard than most apartment complexes. Definitely safer and cleaner than most places. Amenities are good but some should be optional.

We fell In love with how this place looked but after living here for for 9 months we do not like it at all for multiple reasons and plan on moving after our lease is up. We also plan on letting any of our friends and family know not to move here.

A covered parking stall should be included after being at Rockledge for a couple of years especially since parking is very limited in the area due to the high number of residents. I wish we had Dish Network for TV. DirecTV seems really expensive and very limited channels are available unless you pay even more. 6 months leases are insanely expensive too. It boarders on ridiculous. Why treat long term tenants like that? If it was to a new resident that's one thing but maybe 6 months is all you need after 5 years of renting before you buy a house. I realize Rockledge is a business but please keep in mind that many people struggle to make ends meet so please be reasonable and extend compassion where you are able to.

The community has everything to be a better place to live, but has to improve several services. You can see the difference if you go to the community next to Rockledge. if they improve the cleanliness in the building and control in a better way the pet issue (feces everywhere) that will be a very nice place to live

Have lived here since Covid shut everything down in March. The internet speed has been great, the pool is clean and the staff are very friendly. The apartments are open and have a nice, modern feel to them. Would definitely recommend!

I have only lived here a month and a half, but this place is quite ridiculous on restrictions. We were just pushed out of the pool by a police officer which I think is highly unnecessary. Also, I have friends that smoke (off campus) but there have been complaints about smelling smoke in the garages/"byways" which is none of this business establishment's business who smokes what off premises. Honestly there are way too many ridiculous restrictions here and I would think twice about choosing this place as a home as it is very far from comfortable ESPECIALLY for the price we pay.

THE INTERNET HERE HARDLY WORKS.. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU OUT THE --- FOR AN OBSOLETE "MEDIA PACKAGE" ONLY MOVE HERE IF YOU DONT USE ANY DEVICES THAT REQUIRE INTERNET. THEY CONTINUALLY TELL US THAT THEY ARE NEGOTIATING THEIR CONTRACT WITH THEIR PROVIDER BUT THEY JUST DONT WANT TO LOWER THEIR PROFIT MARGIN AND PROVIDE DECENT INTERNET TO THEIR RESIDENTS.

Shared green spaces are covered in dog feces, rent is raised a lot each time you renew - theres no loyalty to the residents. Limited free parking but tons of empty garages & covered spots because people dont want to pay the extra fees on top of expensive rent. Internet is slow & cuts out.

The staff here are very professional and willing to listen. Our neighbors are fantastic. I just wish we could have different internet service providers to choose from. Having only one poor choice is frustrating.

Its good, only downside is rental price, lack of parking and the noise in the breezeways. People do not know how to quietly go up or down the stairs and you can hear everything they talk about like as if they are in your living room.

I've enjoyed living here for the most part! It's a very clean, beautiful place. The price for how nice these apartments are are very fair! The only complaint I would have is the limited parking we have. I've had to park on the street very many times and a few times someones car has gotten broken into, which makes it very nerve wrecking to park there now. Other than that, great place to live!

Ive called this place home for 3 years. I love how close it is to retail, love how we can have our fur babies here and the residents here are kind. The office staff is great, kind and understanding. Hands down best apartment living experience!!

It's definitely a nice apartment at first glance, but after living there for a while you notice a lot of the materials used were cheaply made. The grounds are gorgeous and I love all the green areas. The stairs/breezeway are really gross though. It's strange because the exterior is so pretty, then you walk into the stairwell and it feels like you're in the ------- maybe it's a petty complaint but regardless it's a good price for the area. I wish it had smart home features like most other places have now adopted. Parking is also a complete nightmare which if I knew before I wouldn't have moved there to be entirely honest. However, with apartments you win some you lose some. Staff is friendly and the square footage for the price is stellar.

Tldr - Don't move here if you value your sanity. CONS (up front because f*** Rockledge @ Quarybend) Cleanliness - Dog feces everywhere. Trash everywhere due to constantly overflowing dumpsters. Hallways are filthy. Peace and quiet - Neighbors stomping and slamming things around WELL past quiet hours, seemingly a lot of bachelors that like to party well past 3 a.m. on the weekends. I'm very lucky to sleep through the night once or twice a week. While it's winter currently, AC is VERY loud in summer. Like, how can it be so loud type of loud. I'm very happy for all the 5 stars that lucked out with good neighbors. If you get a bad one, it's absolutely miserable and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. It was fine for the first few months we lived here and completely miserable after due to winning the wonderful neighbor lottery. Office management - While extremely pleasant, they are obviously incompetent. Frequently undercharged rent and then given a nasty-gram like I'm the one that screwed something up and not the other way around. They forgot to add utilities (~$50) this month until the third (I paid my rent on the first, like a good tenant.) and I get a nasty gram taped to my door on December 17th saying I need to correct it by the 18th or I'll be charged an $150 late fee. Admittedly, they gave me the option of paying on the 31st but I don't get paid until the 1st so that doesn't do jack for me. Bad budgeting on my part? Absolutely! Donkey move from the apartment complex that made the mistake? Absolutely! Merry Christmas! Price - These apartments are not nearly worth what we pay a month. They will add any fee they possibly can. Although, I think most places are like that. Parking - Absolute joke - if you're not home by 5:30PM, prepare to park on the street or pay $50 a month for a garage spot. Speaking of which, they (Sandy PD) highly restrict parking on the street in the winter due to interference with plows. Which leaves you with the option of parking a mile away or eating another $50 for an apartment that is already way too expensive as it is. Internet - AWFUL service. Everyone is on the same connection and you can absolutely tell when people start getting home from work. The network turns to crap. Frequent, multi-hour, outages during this past summer. PROS Leasing agents/front staff/maintenance are extremely helpful and delightful to work with. The apartment is pretty. If this review can help one person avoid making a terrible mistake, I'll consider this a success. Sincerely, Pissed Off
