Really enjoy living here. Quite, clean, and well maintained apartments. Definitely would recommend. Recently I asked the office to submit a work order. They were very kind and found the specific issue. Maintenance came and fixed it with one visit.

      Need security cameras very badly. Dumpsters need to be emptied more often. Lots of theft of bikes, packages, gas cans. Dog feces everywhere. Not worth the expensive rent. Large apartments though. Apartment was filthy on move in.

        VERY disappointed in my experience here. I paid over 20k over the course of my lease and was treated very unprofessionally upon moveout. It took them 7 months to return my security deposit and when they did it was for $139. There was ZERO information on why they stole those funds. I was single with no kids or pets. Everything was SPOTLESS on move-out and and I have video and photos to back my claims. If I am not given my deposit back or at least an explanation of why they removed those funds, I will be following up with legal action and they will lose, dreadfully.

            Apartment was not ready when we moved in and its still not ready. Weve lived here for two weeks and the maintenance people cannot seem to get the apartment ready as agreed keeps giving excuses and one time they went into the apartment and let my service animals out sent me an email confirming that they were in the apartment and then denied being in the apartment

                  Great, we have not lived here long enough to sat. Our experience has been great so far. Ending has been very helpful and kind to halo us with any questions we may have. I don't know what else to say, other than you need to shorten the 200 character requirement, that is a bit excessive

                    I don't recommend this apartment it smells like dog feces, our bike was stolen even though it was chained under the stairs, I have been attacked by multiple people's dogs while walking to and from my car. Neighbors are very loud.

                      I was lied to on a very specific detail the lead to signing a lease I wouldn't have otherwise. When confronted management seems to blame me for believing our leasing agent. I guess I agree, that was a mistake. Don't make the same one.

We cannot predict the future and know what your pricing will look like. We also have no record of what you claim you were told by the assistant manager that is no longer here.                         Overall happy with our experience at Rockledge. Maintenance doesnt seem to be a priority. We finally received help wit our AC after a month of phone calls, however the valet trash is great, gym and pool and kept clean, and the community is friendly.

                          Maintenance team is incredible. Staff seems irritated when asked questions or asking for a package that was delivered. Safety is a big concern due to always hearing about car break ins at night. Gym is amazing as well.

                              Its a good place to live if you dont mind dog ---- everywhere and a dirty pool. Other than that, its ok I guess. Certainly is a convenient location. Mail and package delivery is a massive pro, so much so that I send every Internet purchase to my office because I never know if it will actually show up at my apartment.

                                Terrible management. Poorly built. Terrible mail system. No garbage can but paying for valet garbage. Repairs and any maintenance take forever and are do half the job. Management is a joke, not sure what eachother are doing or who does what. Internet has been terrible, shut down multiple times in the last 6 months.

                                  Hi Mandi, We are sorry to hear that the numerous times we have tried to resolve your concerns, we have been unsuccessful. We do have the hub lockers and we accept packages here in the office. If you would like them delivered to your door, we have requested that you put that in your delivery notes with the carrier. When you leave your trash can out after the allotted hours it can be out, you risk it being removed. Maintenance requests are done in the order they are received and order of importance. If you will not give us permission to enter, it can take longer to get to your request. Our internet upgrade is still being finalized to give you the best service we can. While it has been down a lot in the past few months to complete that upgrade for faster speeds, we have notified all residents in a timely manner so residents can make accommodations.                                   Just want to personally thank Kennadi for making my move from out of state SEEMLESS. I had very specific requirements for my move and she exceeded my expectations. Great unit w/ great views at a reasonable price point. She handled my maintenance requests and the maintenance staff was equally diligent. The grounds are quiet and clean and the gym is amazing. Best in SLC area. I could not be more pleased with my move overall and would highly recommend Rockledge Apts. Very thankful to have such a lovely home. Glenn C.

                                    The management is very nice but the application process if very deceitful. They convinced us to allow them to keep the holding fee for hopeful approval in the next few weeks (just finishing a bachelors and about to start work but they wouldn't approve until start). There was conversation (evidence can be provided) where we thought that they were holding it and we could be refunded if the apartment wasn't secured soon. But after a week they will not refund us now and have taken a lot of money just to tell us to shove off. Wouldn't feel good about management that isn't going to help prospective renters. Makes me worry about those that are already living there.

                                      Overall, this is a great place to live. The apartments are huge and reasonably priced. I don't feel gouged for money (except for the required media plan....). In rent alone I pay less than a dollar per square foot in a beautiful apartment with modern cabinets, countertops, flooring and appliances. That is more than most apartments give you. Noise is a little tough if you have heavy footed upstairs neighbors, but the staff is responsive if you have a complaint. The grounds so far is hard to tell. I have only lived here in the winter and there are waaaay too many people that don't clean up after their dogs. Even if most do, it only takes a few dogs a few days to create a nightmare, but other than that, trash is picked up and snow is plowed quickly. One other gripe I have is that I was sold on the workout station in the gym that has on demand guided workouts cast to a projector screen from an iPad. I was excited for that, but I moved in a month later and the projector is gone only leaving a power cable and HDMI hanging out of the ceiling. A bit disappointing. You only ever see people complaining in reviews like this, but I will say that it is definitely a nice place to live and I would recommend it to anyone that can afford it.

                                        Assistant managers have been awesome. The newest head manager is good. Maintenance are GREAT. There is a rehab that has rented out 4 units for there clients for sober living. Which is wonderful. Unfortunately some seem to have not stayed sober/drug free. If it was just me I would have no problem but with having children I dont like it around them.

                                          Worst management EVER!!!!!!!! Do not live here. Run!!! My family was supposed to move into these apartments in December but place was so dirty couldn't move in. Was told "no one is on site until next week to clean so you'll have to move in now or wait until then..." this was after already paying for a move in date that had now passed. Once we did get moved in, we had to call the maintenance again to clean the dryer vent and replace flooring that was missed in repairs. I wish I could attach pictures here. The cabinets are falling off, they painted over the dirt and and spills on the walls and baseboards. This place is cheaply made and poorly managed. 1 week into living here....our car was towed from our PAID parking spot. This great Management team "forgot" the parking pass and had my car towed. This same weekend the entire complex was without wifi service which is MANDATORY to pay for as a resident, no other options. I was forced to miss work because my car wasn't returned by the tow company, a vendor of the complex hired, until after 7pm the next evening. Then....1 week later we got a new car from a salvage yard who had old tags on it. Dropped it off to our complex, already making an apt with the DMV for new tags, within 1 hr the car was towed from the parking lot, by the same vendor. Management refused to address the concern by replying in email "take it up with the tow company" and "we won't talk to you because you mentioned an attorney". Within month 1 of living at these apartments - Had to move in 3 days later than agreed due to condition of home. - car #1 was wrongfully towed - management forgot parking pass - zero communication about tow company or rules after working with management to get car back - no wifi for 3 days - had to miss 1 day of work due to wrongfully towed car - car #2 towed after 1 hr of being in lot -immediately following the purchase of car. - no warnings given in the apartments parking lot - paid $250 to get car #2 back - 2 kids missed 1 day work due to towed car - no response or support from management until 2 days after the car #2 was towed - they were "out of the office" - no resolution or support from management whatsoever. **Warning** your lease is full of fine print and management doesn't mention ANY OF IT!!!!! The communication from the staff and management at this complex is terrible!!!!

Our records indicate that you did move in during the month of December and when you mentioned concerns regarding the cleaning the apartment was recleaned the same day. During our multiple conversations, we have not been made aware of any issues regarding the cabinets, but we are happy to send maintenance over to address any issues you are having would you like us to enter the work order on your behalf, or would you prefer to submit it through our resident portal? I do apologize for the confusion regarding your car being towed the first time. Unfortunately, when you had someone pick up keys to your new home they refused to take the parking tag and several additional items stating you would pick them up personally. For the inconvenience, we did have the car returned to you at no cost and discussed in great detail the requirements to park on the premises for all vehicles. We specifically provide our parking pass as a tag to be hung from your rearview mirror so that it can easily be transferred between your vehicles. We share your frustration with the internet outage and wish we had more control over the service provider. As previously discussed, please feel free to contact the internet provider regarding your concerns. A lease contract is a legal and binding document and we encourage all persons to thoroughly read it before signing. To make this possible, we emailed you the lease contract prior to your move in date to review. If you have any questions regarding the lease contract we encourage you to review it with your attorney to gain a full understanding of all rules and regulations as listed in the lease. We are hopeful that as we move past this, we will be able to improve your experience and you will enjoy calling Rockledge at Quarry Bend your home. Have a great day!

                                              If I could give 0 stars I would. This has definitely been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had renting. The apartments themselves are nice, but you quickly forget because of the plethora of other issues. Parking here is horrrible, Not to mention, they are partnered with a towing company to tow you as quickly as possible if you make any mistake parking. Trash bins are overflowing constantly as there just simply isn't enough bins. The valet trash service will leave pieces of trash sitting on your stairs and stains all over the outside areas from the trash bags. And then we get to the internet. We just had a 48 hour period of no internet, with horrrible communication about when it would be fixed. From about 3pm-12am your internet speeds will slow to 2-3 Mpbs essentially making it completely worthless. If you work from home, or use the internet for leisure DO NOT LIVE HERE. They will claim they are upgrading the internet, but we've been hearing about this for 4-6 months now and anytime we ask, there is no answer about when the internet will be upgraded. Your mail will consistently get delivered to the wrong address, which I'm not sure is their fault but it's still a massive issue. Not to mention, there have been at least 3-4 instances of many cars being broken into (mine included) - Points here as they have hired a security firm to start patrolling the area, seems to have helped. Management just frankly doesn't care about your experience here and will lie to get to you sign the lease. Don't do it.

We do have multiple parking options to help with the small amount of free parking offered and are happy to discuss those with you. During the holidays we do experience more trash than normal causing the bins to be mo re than full, but we do have staff that addresses the bins each morning. The internet is in the process of being upgraded, please check your email and your Active Building account for updates on the timeline and where we are in the process. It was hard to give updates during our outage as our office was without internet and phones as well, but we tried to send as many updates as we could after hours, from home and when we could connect to a hotspot. We were also open in our office for anyone to stop by for updates during our business hours.                                                 Please revise your permit parking rules, I pay for parking and there has been someone in my stall. When I called the towing company, they were unable to tow this person because they have a parking pass... What's the point of assigning stall numbers if you can park anywhere?

Apartment layout is awesome with great appliances, amenities are great, and the staff has always been friendly to my family and I. My only concern is parking which can get a little crowded at times, but again, overall the experience has been great!
