Excelente neighborhood!! But to many big dogs in the apartments that is the noise parts due to floor vibrations and really became and serious issues! At least could be restricted the size of the animals allowed to stay in the apartments that could be a nice solution! Beside the overall higiene it will be superb! Today really sone oeople are irresponsible with the pops they don’t pick up and put it into the sacks! That really bothers me! The rest is fine! Just certain things that are need to be corrected.

As discussed already, the elevator is out of order more often then it should be for what we pay. You can never reach the office staff over the phone and no one can leave a message (for almost 3 years). The snow is NEVER removed in a timely fashion even on the required Sandy sidewalks. The garage doors seem to always break down as well leaving an opportunity for theft. We pay Too Much in rent for what we are NOT getting, this needs to change!!!!!

I’ve been living here at Rockledge for a few years now and my experience here has been great. I always hear great things when I have friends over, very clean and nice place to be. Headache when I moved out

After living in the apartment for 3 years and paying all my rent on time I'm trying to get my refund check two months ago, and when I go to the office they say they can't help me as it's not up to them, it's up to the head office! I expected more attention and help from Rockledge, as I just want to receive the agreed amount! my deposit! They say I would have 3-5 weeks to receive my check, but so far I can't get a refund and I don't even have an answer on how to do it! The manager does not respond to the email, I have already been told the amount of my refund check by an assistant manager. The refund period is 30 days after you leave, I'm waiting for more than 60 days. I don't recommend you live in Rockledge! The apartment was delivered very clean and even so they will deduct part of the money from the deposit. Pretty sure they didn't clean my apartment before I moved in. The floors were so dirty the my kid's feet turned black. Splashes of goop on the walls and ceilings and there was someone else's hair everywhere. I complained at the front office but nothing was done. Dog poop everywhere. Neighbors have 4 dogs. Everyone smokes. Butts everywhere. I won't be resigning my lease. Nickled and dimed for every little thing.

The place is great but things need to be taken care off. Stairs and hallways are never cleaned. Pools was going to open in winter and still waiting. JacuZi is cold. It is a pity since is a great place

I love living here. It is hard to walk on the grass because people do not clean up after their dogs. There are feces everywhere. Landscapers seem to take care of it but they should not have to. Kids are always at the gym endangering themselves and others due to horseplay.

Someone is letting their dog pee in the hallway. There are at least 10 pee spots and it smells like piss in the hall. I have told the office twice and no one has come to clean it up or done anything about it. I don’t pay almost $2000 a month to have to dodge dog piss when walking out of my front door.

Emails are never answered. Being a good tenant isn’t valued. They’re renting to anyone and the community has gone downhill. I no longer feel safe. I don’t use the community amenities because kids use the gym as a playground and the pool is always crowded beyond belief. And the amenities fee is --------. 140 for ------ internet, ------ directv, a pool that was closed forever, and a gym that kids use more than the adults. There is no ada compliance. Don’t bother.

I recently moved in so far the experience has been great front desk assistant is really good, Clean community and organized. Easy to apply, everything is done by online if that’s what you prefer. For the parking they also offer you and under parking garage which is really helpful with heavy weather.

This complex is fantastic. Their staff is personable and friendly and always greet you with a smile. They are pet friendly and welcome dogs and cats. There are plenty of pet stations throughout the complex and even a dog park on the north east side of the complex. Their maintenance team takes care of issues promptly. The property is also very central to shopping areas and bus lines. This is the best complex I have ever lived at.

Overall these apartments are some of the nicest that I've lived in. Everything looks the same in real life as in the pictures. The only thing that is slightly problematic is that garbage removal leaves the stairs very dirty. Otherwise a great place to live.

Very good except your maintenance is very poor. the cement is so stained and so dirty in our halls and steps. ALL hallways so covered in dust. Hit and miss on cleaning. trash has been a pile up on weekends and the metal gates are a eyesore for over 3 years now of chipped paint. You need a better gate. Not corrageted metal that chips! It needs constant painting! Fencing material that never needs paint is so much better! Wash around those dirty trash can containers! Terrible stains and need soap and water power jet cleaning! Clean up the pool and keep trash cleaned up daily! Someone needs to monitor that pooltrash for broken bottles and dirty diapers that can hurt or contaminate us! The seatinf furniture is just so darn dirty! I try so hard to keep it picked up and off the cement and wet lawn where thrown. Fire burn holes all over, stains! Needs replacing! Grills all broken and only one side works on both grills. The whole gad hookup just laying there, broken, not even really coneccted. Hit it, move it up, hope it will work. We have to help each other to try and cook on broken not maintained grills. Can not the Bld. manager hire someone to maintain those grills. Clean and check them weekly and keep them in working order? And why not? We pay plenty for rent here and many apartments like ours have many grills!Need to power wash the whole area out here routinely to! I hope someone will start taking care of simple routine maintanence to keep this a really nice place to live. Also a note, a dog space for bathroom designated for only that purpose would Best! Then no more DOg crap on rocks and all over all the complex wherever I go to walk! Sidewalks, All beds with rocks and plants have dogs using mother nature and dumping all over! I am sick of the smell ! Hot weather only makes it worse! The doggy doo box sometimes is so too Full! Who ever is supposed to clean it out? It is so discouraging! I love the dogs and visit and pet so many of them But it is poop hell and poop city. I want to trow a blanket down on some clean green space where I know NO ANIMALS use the BATHROOM! Complaining about the filthy conditions in the breezeway, stairs, elevator and underground garage is like talking into an empty bag. Nothing has ever gotten done about it so I just gave up. That’s what they’re counting on that you just get tired of complaining and give up.

Do not move here. Too many fees for things you either can’t or won’t use. AC has been broken for weeks with no resolution. Would not recommend anyone move here until changes are made to maintance and management.

Too Expensive and bad management

The staff are often very friendly but not helpful. I’ve had almost zero issues for months until the AC went out. It’s been 2 almost 3 weeks of no AC. My kids bed room gets to about 78 during the day and every room has a warm mouse cough coming from the ac vents. I’ve had a few techs come out but all made non improvement and the last made it worse. With the exception of one, nothing has been done to fix this. It’s quite ridiculous considering the charge so much in fees for things that do not work. No pool, no hot tub, no ac in the club house l, and for months no working BBQ grills. Dog owners let animals go everywhere and anywhere. If you can afford to live her just don’t. I do not know many residents who are happy to live here and stick around past the first lease.

Trash pick up is inconsistent. Had requested maintenance to come out and fix two separate issues and neither of them were resolved and there’s no follow up. Pool never works, or is being worked on. Dog pop is everywhere.

So far it has been a pretty good place to live. I love the amenities. I'm excited for the pool and my kids love the park. I love that there is a 24 hour gym. The only thing is that I am still waiting on my garage entrance clicker
