Moved in November of 2025. All staff were helpful and friendly. Using the loading bay and having a reserved service elevator made the entire process super smooth. We chose this apartment because of the friendly staff and proximity to the metro. Have been pleased with building, amenities, and community.

I really like the apartment. The location is extremely convenient and common areas of the apartment are always very clean. While my apartment is on the smaller side the shelves very much enhance the storage space.

2001 has been a great place to live for the past year! While the prices can occasionally be high, they're well worth it for the care the staff provides for their tenants. The location also can't be beat; anything you could want is just a 5 minute walk away, if that.

I found 2001 Clarendon through ApartmentRatings, and I can't recommend it enough. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, and the kitchen islands have been gorgeous spaces to host! The management team (Petra, Glenn, and George) are all very approachable and engaged with the community. I feel comfortable talking to them about anything when it comes up. Maintenance are prompt to fix any issues, and all issues I've encountered have been extremely minor like recaulking a faucet. Rent renewals are fair - standard 3% increase - and overall I'd say the building is well worth the price.

Very good apartments with excellent building management and maintenance team. Clean common areas with good amenities like a basic gym, rooftop area with grilling and pool. Neighborhood is amazing, very close to Metro, and just a short walk away from shopping and a vibrant restaurant life.

This is a community that truly feels like home thanks to the staff and leasing team who have taken the care to know every resident. Every month, there is a community gathering, that allows you to get to know your neighbors. The units are quiet, and maintenance requests are addressed immediately. Living at 2001 Clarendon is like living in a 5 star hotel. Our experience has been wonderful. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving to Florida. The staff, the apartment itself, the grounds, the amenities, the location are all fantastic.

I've lived at 2001 Clarendon Blvd for over 2 years. The experience has been wonderful, especially compared to my experience at another apartment complex in the area. The front desk staff are kind and helpful, the maintenance is timely and fixes things the first time around, the gym has everything I need, the rooftop pool is awesome, and it's super accessible / in a great location. I highly recommend!

2001 Clarendon is a well-maintained and secure community in a nice neighborhood. There is an abundance of restaurant options nearby, and the nearby metro station makes it very easy to get into DC or to an airport.

Great service from the staff managers

Very fast service. Solves problem immediately. Both Carlos and the head manager are great. I do wish the appliances are better quality though, so we don’t need to request help so many times. Our microwave, washer, and toilet broke within a few months
