Beautiful building with large, sunlit apartments. Friendly staff and easy access to everything that Rosslyn, Courthouse, and Clarendon has to offer. The rooftop terrace is a hidden gem with amazing views.

Very nice apartment complex. Friendly and helpful staff. High quality appliances with very few maintenance issues. When I have had maintenance requests, they are resolved within 24 hours. It's a very walkable community which is a big plus.

Hidden gem in the Courthouse neighborhood. You can't beat the convenience factor and walkability. The units themselves are well appointed and very functional. Overall the staff is exceptional as well, maintenance requests are done quickly and with care. The staff generally knows your name, so the whole building has a family vibe in that way. You get the sense the team here honestly cares about your experience and isn't just viewing its residents as living, breathing money printers to exploit.

Our first impression when we came to tour 2001 Clarendon was how beautiful and spacious the apartment was. Our apartment also has a very large terrace that has been wonderful during the warmer months. The amenities, especially the rooftop pool, are also beautiful and always very clean. Plus the front desk (especially Daniel) are very friendly and helpful. We love living here and plan to stay for awhile!

We only moved in a week ago but have been talking to the leasing consultants for many months. They were always helpful, informative, responsive and professional. There are Some questions I cannot comment on because we haven't had occasion to utilize the service but thus far we are very satisfied.

Love this Apartment and the staff. It is a great location and very beautiful apartment. We are very happy with our choice to move here. Everything from from finding the apt to moving in has been the best.

It is in general very well kept up. The units are attractive, bright, and fairly quiet. While very nice, the fitness center is a bit underequipped. Location is superb, close to the metro and lots of restaurants.

Spacious apartment, modern finish, nice appliances in the kitchen and good hardwood throughout. Staff is very nice and responsive. Pool, rooftop and clubhouse are great, gym is average. We really love it here!

We have only been here 6 months. However, our experience has been highly satisfactory. The move-in went smoothly. The staff has been helpful and friendly. Although other residents are friendly, our privacy is respected. We love our apartment and the convenient location.

Building is kept very clean, and living spaces feel very new. The proximity to the court house metro station is a huge plus. While the ages within the building are mixed, the atmosphere is a bit on the younger side. Gym is clean, but could use more equipment for strength training.

LEGEND management is fantastic. Extremely responsive, communicates well with tenants, everyone is friendly and there is a good sense of community. Amenities are great, location is key -- walking distance to everything!

Beautiful apartment with incredible amenities and a very friendly and helpful staff. The location is very convenient, walking distance to lots of transportation so I was able to get rid of my car. My roommates and I love living here!

2001 Clarendon has been a great place to live. The staff team is great, complex is clean and the mints/coffee in the front office are a nice morning addition! The whole rooftop is beautiful and can't wait for the pool to be open!

Enjoy it, will stay if there isn't a large rent increase. Apartments are beautifully finished and very spacious. The amenities are all well maintained and top end of what is seen in the area. Would recommend this building to a friend

Overall, this has been a great experience. The building and apartments are very nice and it is very close to the Court House metro stop, which is convenient for every day commuting. The only downsides I have experienced living here are a few minor problems regarding maintenance. Otherwise, a great apartment.

Expensive and not much availability, but the building is great (and near-soundproof), amenities are great, and staff are great. Two block walk to the metro, four blocks to Safeway, safe area with great restaurants and bars.

Nice spacious living room, nice big windows, beautiful rooftop pool and indoor outdoor lounge. Nice office space to work. Limited gym on floor 1, no windows. Nice bike storage, parking not included, expensive

The staff made deciding to move to 2001 easy and they were quick to answer all of our questions and concerns. The combination of price, floor plan, and convenience really won out for us and we haven't been disappointed yet. Our only tangible complaint is that our preferred elevator is very frequently used for move-ins.

Great apartment, 2 minute walk to metro, hard wood floors, rooftop pool, pet friendly, clean, 24/7 front desk, quick maintenance requests, brand new/modern washer and dryer, grills, and location/neighborhood are very convenient (shops, convenience store, restaurants, bars)

We are new to this community but really like it. Moving in process was very easy and we got management support when needed. The apartment is georgeous and everything we've been hoping for. We are close to public transportation, a number of restaurants and grocery stores.

Pool and roof top deck are nice. Kitchen appliance and setup are good quality. Washer and dryers are lower quality and broke frequently. Rent is high for the quality and the Legend management company does not provide flexibility to its office staff to offer incentive to retain renters.

It really has everything you'd want in an apartment. Close to all, clean, well maintained and quiet! I love the apartment and layout of the apartment. It has a spectacular location and the pool and community room are fantastic!

Great location. Decent apartment. Gets dirty too easily. Good amenities and recreation nearby. Not allowing dogs on the rooftop common area (even leashed) is a head scratcher for a building which touts itself as pet friendly.

Very nice apartments, clean building, pool. Convenient to everything in Arlington and to public transportation. It's expensive and while we have young kids there are not many amenities for kids other than the pool.

Really love living at 2001 Clarendon Blvd. I've been there almost 2 years and will probably stay and additional year. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when I lock my self out of my apartment. Definitely would recommend this place to friends.
