Overall we have been very pleased living here. We really enjoy the location and the apartment itself. I often use the gym which is great and am excited for the pool to open! I highly recommend this apartment building.

The apartment condition and appearance and great and management does an excellent job in creating a sense of community within the apartment. The apartment building is also located in a great location for public transportation, restaurants, etc.

We love living at 2001 Clarendon. The front desk staff is very friendly, our service requests have been completed extremely fast and the office staff is also very nice and efficient. The building is well maintained, clean and new. It is located really near metro. Finally, our apartment is beautiful, we love our open kitchen/living room area and the finishings. We would recommend this building to anyone looking in this area.

My spouse and I have been here six month and love it here. We walked out the front door and can walk to numerous restaurants and shops. It is close to the metro. We have lived in many places apartments and houses and the kitchen we have now is the best kitchen we've ever had.

My time at 2001 Clarendon has been a positive experience and the location is great for young professionals in the DC area. There is a lot to see and do in the area with excellent access to the Metro and DC.

I have lived here for two months and I have found the leasing agents, managers, and concierge staff to be outstanding from day #1. I have had no maintenance requests yet, so I cannot speak to the efficiency, but I believe there would be a quick response time based on the management's positive attitude. The common areas are kept clean and up-to-date. I

Due to my re-location from abroad, the time it is taking me to move in has been atypically long and complicated. My belongings and furnishings are still arriving in multiple shipments, and the end is nowhere in sight: more is scheduled over the coming months. However, this experience has been made bearable due to the flexibility, cooperation, and understanding of the leasing management (Glen and Petra) alongside the kind, courteous, and friendly concierges. Although I cannot yet report on actual life at 2001 (because I am still in moving mode), I can say that my first impressions (spanning one month to date) are nothing short of positive. -BKT

The move in has been good but the appliances in particular washer/dryer and dishwasher are dating quickly and do put out more noise then higher end models. The building is cleaned very nicely on regular basis. I did have new neighbors move in and they have started to make banging noises on the walls to bedroom in the middle of the night which is very frustrating.

We love living at 2001 Clarendon. The staff is really friendly and the building is well-maintained, when we have had service orders they have responded really fast. My apartment is beautiful! Cannot ask for more. Hopefully we can keep living here for a long time to come.

Though the maintenance team is always very nice and always trying their best, the apartments in this building seem to have so many problems that issues keep popping up regularly, making the experience in this building a bad one. The management is not willing to address arising issues, rather tries to get rid of requests by delaying any help. Like other neighbors, we cannot recommend to rent a apartment in this building.

Very good experience here very nice and up to date modern community nice pool and outdoor area is great and very big. Any maintainable issues are addressed quickly and done well. We are buying a home but other than that we would've stayed

Great amenities- pool, gym,club house. Great staff- 24 hour desk person/ good security. Reasonable rent for area and size of apartments. Very Convenient to metro as well as restaurants, bars, stores, etc

Property is relatively new - not the lowest rent in the area by far but in a great walkable neighborhood near numerous bars and restaurants. Fitness facility is good - rooftop pool is one of the largest in Arlington

Very nice apartments for the area. Looked at multiple ones but none had these amenities and quality. Front desk staff is courteous and willing to help any way they can. Property manager can be hard to reach at times but they do their best to get back to you eventually.

I only have positive things to say about this apartment complex. The front desk staff are friendly and willing to help with anything you need. The maintenance staff responded to my service request the day after it was submitted. The leasing office is readily available, always willing to hear any comments/concerns, and consistently approach issues with the mentality of putting the resident first. The buildings amenities speak for themselves but the service provided to residents by the staff are the true differentiator that sets 2001 Clarendon apart from other complexes.

I enjoy living here for the most part. The apartments are quiet and well kept. Concierge is nice. Space is pretty spacious for the area. I like that it is quiet but wish the are would develop some more restaurants. Many of the restaurants and stores are closed with no signs of new business coming in. There is construction next to it that hasn't started or moved in over a year. Someday there will be a large high rise office building which may block some views.

Great building and great staff. No managed property is perfect but the staff of 2001 Clarendon seems to care about the residents and the building. There are continued efforts to maintain and improve the space. And the building is very convenient to both a Clarendon and Georgetown. I walk everywhere. Plus the metro is only a block away. If you want to live in NOVA (lower taxes!), I highly recommend this building.

We loved the apartment as soon as we saw it. Ironically enough, it was not on our "list" during our apartment hunting, but we saw the entrance and knew we had to check it out. Upon entering the lobby and waiting to be helped by one of the office staff, one resident began chatting with us and telling us how much he enjoyed the space. That pride in his community stuck with us and when we saw the room, we knew we had to live here! Nice modern appearance to the community spaces as well as private apartments and good quality!

Overall it's a very friendly, clean and enjoyable place to live. The office and service staff are incredibly helpful and kind. The building is new and modern and close to many places of interest. It's a great place to call home.

It's been great. Huge spaces and modern floor plans. Amenities, rooftop and pool are excellent. Very well maintained. Our apartment is a little bright from outside light but we installed blackout curtains and it has been great!
