This is a very welcoming community. All of the neighbors are friendly and you will love this place if you are a pet lover. The location is prime, right next to a metro stop. Plus, you are only a 15-20 minute walk from DC or the heart of Arlington depending on which direction you go!

Nice apartment, rent is very high and the interior, gym and apartment appliances need updating. Staff and Maintenance are great. Construction going on now next door so lots of noise. Gym equipment is old and outdated.

Overall good area to live in with many amenities and easy access to lots of places. A recommended area to live with lots of things to do. Building is nice, great staff and nice neighborhood. Place is pet-friendly.

We love this apartment - the staff really accomodated the fact that we were coming from out of state and even helped move our furniture for us and do zoom walk-throughs etc. They are so friendly and available, always responding extremely quickly and in an extremely friendly way. We have renewed and highly recommend!

The staff is wonderful to interact and always helpful and responsive. The apartments are highly quality with any maintenance need being addressed immediately. The location and amenities can't be beat. This by far the best apartment building I have ever lived in.

It has been amazing! The staff especially is extremely helpful and responsive. Maintenance is also very quick to address any issues. The location is also excellent in terms of taking advantage of the Arlington and DC offerings

I've enjoyed living in this apartment the last 2 years! It's much more spacious and affordable for the area yet still new and nice. The staff are very nice as well! I would recommend living here if you're on the fence.

Great apartment rental community. Best leasing office and maintenance staff we have ever experienced in a rental community. Everyone that lives in this place is very nice and friendly. A bit expensive for the area but the staff make the difference. If you've had problems with apartment staff or maintenance in the past and don't want to deal with it again, this place is definitely worth the money.

The property is a resort! Clean, very quiet, respectful residents (no wacky Cheech and Chong skunk-like smelling weed smokers in the building, if they smoke it is somewhere else). Neighborhood very walkable, sushi across the street, super safe. An oasis compared to other properties!

We have lived at 2001 Clarendon Blvd since December of 2018. Our experience here has been wonderful. The management and staff are responsive, courteous and professional. The amenities are good especially the rooftop. The location is super convenient close to the metro and restaurants and shopping.

This apartment is in a great neighborhood was good amenities and convenient to my work and to DC. I have not met many of my neighbors but it is mostly a young community (20s-30s). The pool and fitness center are not busy which is a feature. The rooftop is a nice feature.

Great place to live overall. Really great floorplans and the views from the rooftop are also a selling point. Floor to ceiling windows in our unit are a big plus. Would love to have a gym with more equipment in it, but the one on site is still useful enough

It very Convenient for everything. Leaving at 2001 Clarendon close to DC and Maryland and some other some other spot make it convenient. The Maintenance and office team are so amazing they always there to help me what I need.
